目的探究降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及D-二聚体在脓毒血症所导致的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)中的诊断及预后评估价值。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月于海南医学院第一附属医院治疗的脓毒症导致的ARDS患者82例,按照患者严重程度将其分为重症组(33例)与非重症组(49例),按照患者结局将其分为非死亡组(69例)与死亡组(13例),另选取同期100例健康体检者为健康对照组,分别对几组患者的血清PCT、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平进行评测和比较。结果血清PCT、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平,重症组>非重症组>健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P非死亡组>健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,血清PCT、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平与患者预后呈正相关(r=0.634、0.518、0.537,P<0.05)。结论血清PCT、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平与脓毒症所致ARDS病情和预后具有一定相关性,血清因子水平越高,患者病情越重、预后越差。

目的分析艾滋病并发血行播散性肺结核的临床及CT表现特点。方法采用回顾性分析,选取2014年1月至2017年12月经本院确诊的83例艾滋病并发血行播散性肺结核患者为研究组,同期94例艾滋病病毒阴性血行播散性肺结核患者为对照组。分析其临床症状、实验室检查及CT表现特点。结果研究组痰菌阳性、结核菌素试验阳性、发热、咳嗽、乏力、盗汗的发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05);CD4^+T淋巴细胞<200个/μL、纳差、体重下降、合并其他感染的发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组粟粒结节的大小、密度及分布表现为均匀一致者低于对照组(P均<0.05);斑片影、磨玻璃影、小叶间隔增厚、胸腔积液、心包积液、淋巴结肿大及肺外结核的发生率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论艾滋病并发血行播散性肺结核临床表现不典型,粟粒结节多呈"三不均匀"分布,常伴纵隔淋巴结肿大及胸腔积液。

目的编制适用于我国ICU医护人员对患者早期活动信念与态度量表，并检测其信效度。方法参考Jolley编制的ICU医护人员调查问卷和ICU患者早期活动相关文献拟定量表条目池，通过专家咨询、小样本预调查形成量表。对336名ICU医护人员采用量表进行调查，测定量表的信效度。结果ICU医护人员对患者早期活动信念与态度量表共38个条目，其中信念量表34个，态度量表4个。信念量表中探索性因子分析产生5个公因子，累积方差贡献率为60．50％。量表水平内容效度指数为0．911，各条目内容效度指数为0．667～1．000。信念量表与态度量表的Cronbach α系数分别为0．927和0．822，信念量表各维度的Cronbach α系数为0．616～0．906。结论本研究所编制的ICU医护人员对患者早期活动信念与态度量表具有良好的信效度和适用性。

泡沫沥青冷再生技术在我国迅速发展并取得了较好的实际应用效果,随着我国重载交通逐年增多以及高温多雨等极端天气影响,早期修建的泡沫沥青冷再生路面已出现损坏现象,车辙、水损坏尤其严重。本文重点研究如何确定泡沫沥青铣刨料级配,以使回收料得到最大化利用并且使其再生混合料性能达到最优。分别对铣刨料级配和真实级配研究并进行级配设计,对两种不同筛分方法的再生混合料分别进行劈裂强度及马歇尔稳定度试验。由试验结果得出,泡沫沥青冷再生技术应采用真实级配进行再生混合料设计,以提高再生混合料的高温稳定性能及防水损坏性能。

Tannic acid,riches in many natural plants,was used to study its effects on structure of gluten,the rheological properties of dough and toast bread,furthermore,to investigate the molecular structure of the gluten *** acid was added at 0.1,0.2 and 0.3%substitution level *** tannic acid had negative effect on disulphide bonds formation but could interact with gluten protein by hydrogen bonds and covalent bonds,which were detected by NMR,Raman spectra and UV-spectrometer.
