To the Editor:Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is a life-threatening vascular *** intervention is typically recommended when the maximum AAA diameter reaches a threshold of 5.5cm for men and 5.0cm for women,or when an AAA experiences a rapid expansion of greater than 1.0cm/year.[1]Survival after AAA repair is inuenced by various factors,and the identication of independent prognostic factors and the development of accurate prediction models are crucial for optimal treatment planning,counseling,and postoperative *** several scoring systems with varying degrees of accuracy have been developed to predict the risk of mortality after intervention for patients with ruptured AAA.

Background : Hypertension and dyslipidemia are considered reversible risk factors for cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of traditional and nontraditional blood lipid profiles on the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and to explore the superposition effect of dyslipidemia combined with *** : Data on 9134 participants(53.5 ±10.3 years old) from the Northeast China Rural Cardiovascular Health Study(NCRCHS) were statistically analyzed. The blood lipid profile was measured by total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), total glyceride(TG), and calculated nontraditional blood lipid indices including non-HDL-C, atherosclerosis index(AI), TC/HDL-C, and residual cholesterol(RC).Results : After the adjustment of age and gender, the odds ratios(ORs) of LVH in patients with hypertension, high LDL-C, high non-HDL-C, high AI, and high TC/HDL-C were 3.97(3.31– 4.76), 1.27(1.02– 1.59), 1.21(1.04– 1.39), 1.33(1.15– 1.53), and 1.42(1.22– 1.65), respectively. After full adjustment of potential confounding factors, high AI and TC/HDL-C were associated with LVH rather than traditional blood lipid *** combination of hypertension and nontraditional dyslipidemia(defined by high AI and TC/HDL-C) was associated with the highest risk of LVH, especially in participants under 45 years of age. The risk was more significant in men, 5.09-fold and 6.24-fold,respectively, compared with 3.66-fold and 4.01-fold in *** : People with dyslipidemia defined by nontraditional blood lipid indices(high AI and high TC/HDL-C) and hypertension were more likely to develop LVH.

Objective:Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)is a common gynecological disease in middle-aged and older women that seriously affects patients'physical health and quality of life,increases the financial burden for patients,and becomes a major public health *** aim of this study was to investigate the medium-term outcomes of laparoscopic pubocervical fascia reconstruction and sacrospinous ligament fixation with a posterior approach for patients with severe ***:Patients with severe POP quantitation stage III-IV who underwent laparoscopic pubocervical fascia reconstruction and sacrospinous ligament fixation with a posterior approach at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine between September 2016 and December 2020 were enrolled in this *** results and complications were *** were retrospectively ***:In total,124 patients were *** were followed up for 32.2712.90 *** objective cure rate for patients who underwent hysterectomy was 917%(100/109),with 7(6.4%)patients had anterior vaginal wall prolapse and 2(1.8%)patients had posterior vaginal wall *** objective cure rate for patients who retained uterus was 66.7%(10/15).All 5 patients with recurrence had uterine prolapse,and 3(20.0%)of them also had anterior vaginal wall ***:Laparoscopic pubocervical fascia reconstruction and sacrospinous ligament fixation with the posterior approach is a safe,minimally invasive,and effective method for patients with severe ***-term follow-up is needed to confirm the clinical effects.

目的:分析新鲜胚胎移植后妊娠结局的影响因素,并探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25-hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D]、抗米勒氏管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)水平对不孕症女性新鲜胚胎移植妊娠结局的预测价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年5月于东莞市松山湖中心医院行体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryotransfer,IVFET)/卵胞质内单精子注射-胚胎移植(intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer,ICSI-ET)助孕的132例不孕症女性的临床资料,根据助孕后妊娠结局将其分为妊娠组(n=60)和未妊娠组(n=72)。收集并比较两组一般资料及血清25(OH)D、AMH水平等实验室检查结果,应用多因素logistic回归分析筛选出影响不孕症女性新鲜胚胎移植后妊娠结局的独立影响因素,绘制受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析血清25(OH)D、AMH水平单独及二者联合检测对不孕症女性胚胎移植妊娠结局的预测价值。结果:妊娠组促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)/促黄体生成素(luteinising hormone,LH)≥1.8、获卵个数<8、窦卵泡个数<5的比例低于未妊娠组,血清25(OH)D及AMH水平高于未妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示:FSH/LH≥1.8、血清25(OH)D及AMH是不孕症女性IVT-ET妊娠失败的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示:血清25(OH)D、AMH及二者联合检测对妊娠失败的AUC分别为0.751、0.791及0.876,二者联合检测对妊娠失败的预测价值优于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:血清25(OH)D、AMH水平低与不孕症女性新鲜胚胎移植妊娠失败有关,且二者联合检测进一步提高预测价值。

The adipic acid is an important intermediate in the production of nylon,polyurethane and polye ster resin *** industrial approach for preparing adipic acid is through the liquid catalytic oxidation of KA oil with nitric *** this work,a comprehensive model is developed for this reaction based on the kinetic study conducted in a continuous flow tubular *** kinetic model fits well with the experimental results across the experimental conditions,and the average relative error between the calculated and experimental values is 5.7%.Results show that there was an induction period at the early stage of ***,it is found that at temperature range of 328-358 K,the formation rate of adipic acid strongly dependents on the temperature and nitric acid *** developed model is used to predict the yield of adipic acid at 359-368 *** work in this study could provide much knowledge for industrial tubular reactor design.

The book Seed and light： A General Examination of the Metaphor System1 in Wang Yangming＇s Doctrine of Heart-Mind is an attempt to trace back to the source of the metaphorical systems in Chinese thought with the help of modem cognitive theory of metaphor, and thus to reconstruct the genealogy of Wang Yangming＇s thought. Bao draws a picture showing that there are two main rivers flowing into the lake of metaphor in Wang Yangrning.

目的对比多角度缝合腹腔镜仿真子宫模型和传统外科手术模型的训练效果,探索出更适用于妇科住院医师培训的腔镜模型。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院培训的住院医师48名,分批训练,每批随机平均分为两组,观察组运用传统外科手术模型和普通手术视频进行训练,试验组运用本研究组成员自主研发、可多角度缝合的腹腔镜仿真子宫模型和配套手术视频进行训练。最后对比两组住院医师考核成绩以及对试验组进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 20.0统计软件对结果进行t检验或卡方检验。结果两组住院医师在年龄、性别分布、学历、临床经验方面差异无统计学意义。试验组[(82.63±3.93)分]和观察组[(85.00±6.15)分]理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在技能考核上,两组前壁考核差异无统计学意义[(83.08±4.47)分vs.(82.79±3.58)分,P=0.804]。但在侧壁和后壁考核时,试验组熟练度、精确度和双手协调程度均优于观察组,总分差异有统计学意义[(64.13±3.34)分vs.(46.75±3.50)分,(62.25±4.41)分vs.(45.00±2.89)分,P<0.001]。在调查问卷中,试验组对腹腔镜仿真子宫模型的满意度高,认为模型仿真度高,可从中受益。结论多角度缝合的腹腔镜仿真子宫模型相较于传统外科模型,能高质量地提高住院医师操作水平,为今后妇科住培腹腔镜模型训练提供了新思路。
