Background The liver manifestations of Alagille syndrome(ALGS)are highly variable,and factors affecting its prognosis are poorly *** asked whether the composition of bile acids in ALGS patients with good clinical outcomes differs from that in patients with poor outcomes and whether bile acids could be used as prognostic *** Blood for bile acid profiling was collected from genetically confirmed JAG1-associated ALGS patients before one year of age.A good prognosis was defined as survival with native liver and total bilirubin(TB)liver transplantation,death from liver failure,or TB ≥ 85.5 μmol/L at the last *** We found that the concentrations of two poly-hydroxylated bile acids,tauro-2β,3α,7α,12α-tetrahydroxylated bile acid(THBA)and glyco-hyocholic acid(GHCA),were significantly increased in patients with good prognosis compared to those with poor prognosis[area under curve(AUC)=0.836 and 0.782,respectively]in the discovery *** same trend was also observed in the molar ratios of GHCA to glyco-chenodeoxycholic acid(GCDCA)and tetrahydroxylated bile acid(THCA)to tauro-chenodeoxycholic acid(TCDCA)(both AUC=0.836).A validation cohort confirmed these ***,tauro-2β,3α,7α,12α-THBA achieved the highest prediction accuracy of 88.00%(92.31%sensitivity and 83.33%specificity);GHCA at>607.69 nmol/L was associated with native liver survival[hazard ratio:13.03,95%confidence interval(CI):(2.662-63.753),P=0.002].Conclusions We identified two poly-hydroxylated bile acids as liver prognostic biomarkers of ALGS *** hydroxylation of bile acids may result in better clinical outcomes.

Background Telehealth interventions （THI） were associated with lower levels of cardiovascular risk factors in adults, whereas the effect of THI on cardiovascular disease （CVD） still remains controversial. A meta-analysis was conducted to summarize the evidence from randomized controlled trials （RCT） which investigated potential impact of THI on the incidence of CVD in patients with or without prior CVD. Methods PubMed, EmBase, and the Cochrane library were searched to identify RCTs to fit our analysis through December 2016. Relative risk （RR） with its 95% confidence interval （CI） was used to measure the effect of THI using a random-effect model. Sensitivity analysis, subgroup analysis, heterogeneity tests, and tests for publication bias were also conducted. Results Eight RCTs were included and with a total of 1635 individuals. The summarized results indicated that participants who received THI showed a significant reduction of the CVD incidence as compared with usual care （RR： 0.59; 95% CI： 0.47-0.74; P 〈 0.001）. Furthermore, the effect of THI was greater in patients with history ofCVD （RR： 0.55; 95% CI： 0.44-0.70; P 〈 0.001） than in patients without history ofCVD （RR： 0.99; 95% CI： 0.51-1.94; P = 0.977）. Sensitivity analysis suggested that the intervention effect persisted and the conclusion was not changed. Subgroup analysis indi- cated mean age, study quality might play an important role on the risk of CVD. Conclusions The findings of this study indicated THI could reduce the recurrence of CVD. Further large-scale trials are needed to verify the effect of THI on CVD in healthy individuals.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

Background:The application of Pringle maneuver(PM)during hepatectomy reduces intraoperative blood loss and the need for perioperative transfusion,but its effect on long-term recurrence and survival for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remains *** sought to determine the association between the application of PM and post-hepatectomy oncologic outcomes for patients with ***:Patients who underwent curative hepatectomy for HCC at 9 Chinese hospitals from January 2010 to December 2018 were *** two propensity score methods[propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weight(IPTW)],cumulative recurrence rate and cancer-specific mortality(CSM)were compared between the patients in the PM and non-PM *** competing-risks regression models were performed to adjust for the effect of non-cancer-specific mortality and other prognostic risk ***:Of the 2,798 included patients,2,404 and 394 did and did not adopt PM(the PM and non-PM groups),*** rates of intraoperative blood transfusion,postoperative 30-day mortality and morbidity were comparable between the two groups(all P>0.05).In the PSM cohort by the 1:3 ratio,compared to 382 patients in the non-PM group,1,146 patients in the PM group also had the higher cumulative 5-year recurrence rate and CSM(63.9%and 39.1%vs.55.3%and 31.6%,both Pyielded in the entire cohort and the IPTW *** competing-risks regression analyses demonstrated that no application of the PM was independently associated with lower recurrence rate and CSM based on various analytical cohorts[hazard ratio(HR),0.82 and 0.77 in the adjusted entire cohort,HR 0.80 and 0.73 in the PSM cohort,and HR 0.80 and 0.76 in the IPTW cohort,respectively].Conclusions:The findings suggested that no application of PM during hepatectomy for patients with HCC reduced the risk of postoperative recurrence and cancer-specific death by appr

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

研究了深冷处理对固溶处理后的电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。在-196℃下,对固溶后的电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金采用不同深冷时间深冷处理,并进行了力学性能测试及组织观察。结果表明,在深冷处理后,AZ91镁合金的抗拉强度、伸长率得到提高,晶粒得到细化,并且在深冷过程中有第二相粒子的析出。在深冷处理24 h后,合金的抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度分别达到249 MPa、11.6%和HB 68.1。

目的观察达那唑海藻酸钠微球(DKMG)用于兔子宫动脉栓塞术后对其卵巢功能和妊娠的影响。方法选择32只雌性大耳自家兔,随机分为3组,即 DKMG 栓塞组(DKMG 组,12只)、海藻酸钠微球(KMG)栓塞组(KMG 组,12只)和未进行子宫动脉栓塞组(对照组,8只)。比较3组兔栓塞术前和术后1～3个月血清雌二醇、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮水平,观察 DKMG用于子宫动脉栓塞术后对卵巢功能的影响,同时配种繁育观察 DKMG 对兔妊娠的影响。结果子宫动脉栓塞术后1～3个月,3组兔血清雌二醇、FSH、LH、睾酮水平分别与自身栓塞术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2～4个月的累积妊娠率,DKMG、KMG 组均为0,与对照组(4/8)比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后8～10个月的累积妊娠率,DKMG、KMG、对照组分别为42%(5/12)、50%(6/12)、6/8,3组间比较,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DKMG 用于子宫动脉栓塞术后对兔卵巢功能没有明显影响;栓塞术后兔有成功妊娠,但近期妊娠率受到影响。
