Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of duragesic in the treatment of cancerous pain in patients with advanced tumors,Method Before entering the study.all patients suffered from moderate to sever cancerous pain,All patients were given 5 doses of duragesic within 15 day.,Evaluation was performed every.12 hous,We assessed pain intensity.and pain relief by.using numoral rating scale(NRS).q.ality.of life was also *** Eventual dose was 2.5 mg in 10cases,5 mg in 49 cases.,7.5 mg in 5 cases,10 mg in 3cases,and 12.5 mg in 1 cases,15mg in 1 case complete relief was observed in 13 cases,partial relief observed in 45 cases, effective rate was 84.06%,The therapeutic effect of duragesic was similar to that of MS contin,Therapeutic dffect occurred 48-72house later and became most significant 2-4 day. later,and maintain at constant level,Conclusion By.the special pattern for delivery.via transdermal sy.tem,duragesic produces lasting and stable analgesic effect,In addition,it is characterized by.simple operation,convenient application,insignificant adverse .Hence,duragesic can replace oral strong opiod drugs.

Copy.Move Forgery.Detection (CMFD) is a techniq.e that is designed to identify.image tampering and locate suspicious areas. However, the practicality.of the CMFD is impeded by.the scarcity.of datasets, inadeq.ate q.ality.and q.antity. and a narrow range of applicable tasks. These limitations significantly.restrict the capacity.and applicability.of CMFD. To overcome the limitations of existing methods, a novel solution called IMTNet is proposed for CMFD by.employ.ng a feature decoupling approach. Firstly. this study.formulates the objective task and network relationship as an optimization problem using transfer learning. Furthermore, it thoroughly.discusses and analy.es the relationship between CMFD and deep network architecture by.employ.ng ResNet-50 during the optimization solving phase. Secondly. a q.antitative comparison between fine-tuning and feature decoupling is conducted to evaluate the degree of similarity.between the image classification and CMFD domains by.the enhanced ResNet-50. Finally. suspicious regions are localized using a feature py.amid network with bottom-up path augmentation. Experimental results demonstrate that IMTNet achieves faster convergence, shorter training times, and favorable generalization performance compared to existing methods. Moreover, it is shown that IMTNet significantly.outperforms fine-tuning based approaches in terms of accuracy.and F1 Copy.ight © 2024 The Authors. Published by.Tech Science Press.

A 499.8 MHz SOLEIL-ty.e superconducting cavity.was simulated and designed for the first time in this paper. The higher-order mode (HOM) properties of the cavity.were investigated. Two kinds of coaxial HOM couplers were designed. Using 4 L-ty.e and 4 T-ty.e HOM couplers, the longitudinal impedance was suppressed to 3 kΩ, and the transverse impedance below 30 kΩ/m. The HOM damping req.irements of Hefei Advanced light Facility.(HALF) were satisfied. This paper conducts an in-depth study.on the radio freq.ency.(RF) design, multipacting optimization, and thermal analy.is of these coaxial couplers. Simulation results indicated that under operating acceleration voltage, the optimized couplers does not exhibit multiplicating or thermal breakdown phenomena. The cavity.has the potential to reach a higher acceleration gradient.

Background: With public health emergencies (PHE) worldwide increasing, the perceived risk of PHE has been one of the critical factors influencing college students’ psy.hological distress. However, the mechanisms by.which the perceived risk of PHE affects college students’ psy.hological distress are not clear. The study.s purpose was to investigate the mediation roles of deviation from a balanced time perspective (DBTP) and negative coping sty.es between the perceived risk of PHE and psy.hological distress. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to survey.1054 Chinese college students with self-reporting. Data was collected using the Public Risk Perception Scale (PRPS), the Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory.(ZTPI), the Simplified Coping Sty.e q.estionnaire (SCSq., the PHE Anxiety.Scale, and the Chinese version of the Patient Health q.estionnaire (PHq.. The associations between the perceived risk of PHE, DBTP, negative coping sty.es, and psy.hological distress were clarified using the correlation analy.is. Additionally. the mediating roles of DBTP and negative coping sty.es between the perceived risk of PHE and psy.hological distress were investigated using a structural eq.ation model. Results: The findings revealed low to moderate correlations between the variables studied. Students’ perceived risk of PHE was a positive predictor of their psy.hological distress (b = 0.219, p y.es play.d chain mediation roles between them with the effect being 0.009 and a 95% Boot CI of [0.003, 0.023]. This chain mediation model had an excellent fit index (χ2/df = 4.732, CFI = 0.973, Tli = 0.930, RMSEA = 0.048, SRMR = 0.047). Conclusion: These findings showed how the perceived risk of PHE affected college students’ psy.hological distress. Specifically. these results suggested that improving students’ mental ability.to switch effectively.among different time perspectives depending on task features and situational considerations and reducin

Background: In this study. the Universal Mental Health literacy.Scale for Adolescents (UMHL-A) was revised and tested for its reliability.and validity.in Chinese middle school students, thus establishing a useful tool for assessing the mental health of individuals in this occupation. Methods: Our sample comprised 1208 junior high school students (58.85% male), aged between 11 and 15 y.ars old. The Chinese version of the scale includes a mental health attitude subscale and mental health knowledge subscale, including attitudes towards seeking help, attitudes related to stigma, general mental health knowledge, and knowledge about specific mental illnesses, encapsulated in a total of 17 items. A series of psy.hometric analy.es such as exploratory.factor analy.is (EFA), confirmatory.factor analy.is (CFA), and internal consistency.reliability.estimation were carried out in this study. Results: The results of the CFA indicated that the two-factor model had an acceptable model fit (Attitude (UMHL-A likert): χ2/df = 4.107; RMSEA = 0.072; SRMR = 0.045; Tli = 0.932; CFI = 0.954; Knowledge (UMHL-A T/F): χ2/df = 3.647; RMSEA = 0.066; SRMR = 0.044; Tli = 0.923; CFI = 0.945). The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of subscales of the Chinese version UMHL-A were 0.80 and 0.78, respectively. Conclusion: In general, the Chinese version of the Universal Mental Health literacy.Scale for adolescents has good reliability.and validity.and can be used as a tool to measure the mental health literacy.of Chinese adolescents. © 2024 The Authors.

Background: In recent y.ars, online trolling has garnered significant attention due to its detrimental effects on mental health and social well-being. The current study.examined the influence of peer victimization on adolescent online trolling behavior, proposing that hostile attribution bias mediated this relationship and that trait mindfulness moderated both the direct and indirect effects. Methods: A total of 833 Chinese adolescents completed the measurements of peer victimization, hostile attribution bias, trait mindfulness, and online trolling. Moderated mediation analy.is was performed to examine the relationships between these variables. Results: After controlling for gender and residential address, the study.found a significant positive correlation between peer victimization and online trolling, with hostile attribution bias serving as a mediator. In addition, trait mindfulness moderated the direct relationship between peer victimization and online trolling. Specifically. the effect of peer victimization on online trolling was attenuated when adolescents had high levels of trait mindfulness. The results of the study.emphasized the joint role of peer and personal factors in adolescents’ online trolling behavior and provide certain strategies for intervening in adolescents’ online trolling behavior. Conclusion: The results of the study.suggest that strategies focusing on peer support and mindfulness training can have a positive impact on reducing online trolling behavior, promoting adolescents’ mental health, and their long-term development. © 2024 The Authors.

Non-alcoholic fatty.liver disease (NAFLD), characterized by.hepatic steatosis, is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide. Currently. satisfactory.drugs for NAFLD treatment remain lacking. Obesity.and diabetes are the leading causes of NAFLD, and compounds with anti-obesity.and anti-diabetic activities are considered suitable candidates for treating NAFLD. In this study. biochemical and histological assay. revealed that a natural lignan schisanhenol (SAL) effectively.decreased lipid accumulation and improved hepatic steatosis in free fatty.acid (FFA)-treated HepG2 cells and high-fat diet (HFD)-induced NAFLD mice. Further, molecular analy.es, microRNA (miRNA)-seq. and bioinformatics analy.es revealed that SAL may.improve NAFLD by.targeting the miR-802/adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) pathway. liver-specific overexpression of miR-802 in NAFLD mice significantly.impaired SAL-mediated liver protection and decreased the protein levels of phosphory.ated (p)-AMPK and PRKAB1. Dual-luciferase assay.analy.is further confirmed that miR-802 inhibits hepatic AMPK expression by.binding to the 3' untranslated region of mouse Prkab1 or human PRKAA1. Additionally. genetic silencing of PRKAA1 blocked SAL-induced AMPK pathway.activation in FFA-treated HepG2 cells. The results demonstrate that SAL is an effective drug candidate for treating NAFLD through regulating miR-802/AMPK-mediated lipid metabolism. © 2024 The Authors
