Preparation and atmospheric wet-reflow of indium microbump for low-temperature flip-chip applications

An urgent demand for lowering bonding temperature has been put forward by advanced flip-chip integration such as micro-LED packaging and heterogeneous integration of semiconductor *** microbump with low-melting point has attracted attention for its potential use as the interconnection intermediate,and the development of its fabrication process is therefore of great *** reveal the critical process factors for successfully fabricating a high-density In microbump array,this paper investigated a simple process flow of In patterning and reflow and detailed the flux-assisted wet reflow *** process conditions,including the patterned In volume,alignment accuracy,reflow reagent liquidity,and temperature profile,were described,with a particular emphasis on the role of surface tension of molten indium film during the formation of spherical microbumps.A high-density indium ball array with an overall yield greater than 99.7%can be obtained,which suggests that the In patterning and wet-reflow processes are robust and that a high-quality microbump array could be readily formed with low equipment ***,the interfacial reaction characteristics between In microbump and Au adhesion layer were investigated under thermal aging conditions,which revealed lateral intermetallic growth of AuIn2 compound and well-retained interfacial strength even after prolonged aging.

Identification of working conditions and prediction of FeO content in sintering process of iron ore fines

The iron oxide(FeO)content had a significant impact on both the metallurgical properties of sintered ores and the economic indicators of the sintering *** predicting FeO content possessed substantial potential for enhancing the quality of sintered ore and optimizing the sintering process.A multi-model integrated prediction framework for FeO content during the iron ore sintering process was *** applying the affinity propagation clustering algorithm,different working conditions were efficiently classified and the support vector machine algorithm was utilized to identify these *** of several models under different working conditions was carried *** regression prediction model characterized by high precision and robust stability was *** model was integrated into the comprehensive multi-model *** precision,reliability and credibility of the model were validated through actual production data,yielding an impressive accuracy of 94.57%and a minimal absolute error of 0.13 in FeO content *** real-time prediction of FeO content provided excellent guidance for on-site sinter production.

Synthesis of porous carbon nanomaterials and their application in tetracycline removal from aqueous solutions

The low-cost and efficient elimination of tetracycline from wastewater and to decrease the concentration in soils,sediments,rivers,underground water,or lakes are crucial to human ***,threedimensional porous carbon nanomaterials were synthesized using glucose and NH_(4)Cl by sugarblowing process at 900℃ and then oxidized under air atmosphere for surface functional group *** prepared 3D porous carbon nanomaterials were applied for the removal of tetracycline from aqueous *** sorption isotherms were well simulated by the Langmuir model,with the calculated sorption capacity of 2378 mg·g^(-1) for C-450 at pH=6.5,which was the highest value of today's reported *** porous carbon nanomaterials showed high stability at acidic conditions and selectivity in high salt *** good recycle ability and high removal efficiency of tetracycline from natural groundwater indicated the potential application of the porous carbon nanomaterials in natural environmental antibiotic pollution *** outstanding sorption properties were attributed to the structures,surface areas and functional groups,strong interactions such as H-bonding,π-π interaction,electrostatic attraction,*** paper highlighted the synthesis of porous carbon nanomaterials with high specific surfaces,high sorption capacities,stability,and reusability in organic chemicals'pollution treatment.

Efficient separation of phenols from coal tar with aqueous solution of amines by liquid-liquid extraction

In this paper,a method of extracting phenols from coal tar by amines aqueous solution was *** effects of various amines on the extraction properties of phenols in coal tar were researched from the views of molecular *** parameters such as molar ratio,concentration,extraction time and temperature for the extraction of coal tar by the monoethanolamine and ethylenediamine aqueous solution were *** results show that the organic amine with more amino groups,hydroxyl structure and strong electronegativity exhibited better extraction *** the optimal conditions,the extraction yields of phenols in coal tar by the monoethanolamine or ethylenediamine aqueous solution are above 80%,and the recovery yields of amines reach 99%.Furthermore,the probable geometries of complexes formed by the combination of phenols and organic amines were calculated by density function *** addition,several thermodynamic models were evaluated through comparing the relative deviation of simulation results by ASPEN PLUS to the experimental ones,which provide feasibility thermodynamic models for the simulation of extraction *** present work affords a mild,efficient and green approach for the extraction of phenols from coal tar by an aqueous solution of amines in industry application.

Overexpression of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ receptor as a pertinent biomarker for hepatocytes malignant transformation

AIM: To investigate the dynamic features of insulin-like growth factor-I receptor (IGF-IR) expression in rat hepatocarcinogenesis, and the relationship between IGF-IR and hepatocytes malignant transformation at mRNA or protein level.METHODS: Hepatoma models were made by inducing with 2-fluorenylacetamide (2-FAA) on male Sprague-Dawley rats. Morphological changes of hepatocytes were observed by pathological Hematoxylin and eosin staining, the dynamic expressions of liver and serum IGF-IR were quantitatively analyzed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The distribution of hepatic IGF-IR was located by immunohistochemistry. The fragments of IGF-IR gene were amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, and confirmed by sequencing.RESULTS: Rat hepatocytes after induced by 2-FAA were changed dynamically from granule-like degeneration, precancerous to hepatoma formation with the progressing increasing of hepatic mRNA or IGF-IR expression. The incidences of liver IGF-IR, IGF-IR mRNA, specific IGF-IR concentration (ng/mg wet liver), and serum IGF-IR level (ng/mL) were 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.63 ± 0.17, and 1.33 ± 0.47 in the control; 50.0%, 61.1%, 0.65 ± 0.2, and 1.51 ± 0.46 in the degeneration; 88.9%, 100%, 0.66 ± 0.14, and 1.92 ± 0.29 in the precancerosis; and 100%, 100%, 0.96 ± 0.09, and 2.43 ± 0.57 in the cancerous group, respectively. IGF-IR expression in the cancerous group was significantly higher (P livers and sera (r = 0.91, t = 14.222, P lity should be an early marker for hepatocytes malignant transformation.

We demonstrate here a novel method for the design of liquid crystals(LCs)via the cyclization of mesogens by flexible *** two azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate derivatives,the cyclic dimer,cyclic bis(tetraethylene glycol azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate)(CBTAD),shows LC properties with smectic A phase,while its linear counterpart,bis(2-(2′-hydroxyethyloxy))ethyl azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate(BHAD),has no LC *** difference is ascribed to the shackling effect from the cyclic topology,which leads to the much smaller entropy change during phase transitions and increases the isotropic temperature greatly for *** addition,the trans-to-cis isomerization of azobenzene groups under UVlight is also limited in *** the reversible isomerization of azobenzene groups,CBTAD showed interesting isothermal phase transition behaviors,where the LC phase disappeared upon photoirradiation of 365 nm UV-light,and recovered when the UV-light was *** with the smectic LC nature,a novel UV-light tuned visible light regulator was designed,by simply placing CBTAD in two glass *** scattered phase of smectic LC was utilized as the“OFF”state for light passage,while the UV-light induced isotropic phase was utilized as the“ON”*** shackling effect outlined here should be applicable for the design of cyclic LC oligomers/polymers with special properties.

Assembly of a New Fluorescent Cd(Ⅱ)Coordination Compound with a Versatile Multidentate N-Donor Building Block 3-(2-Pyridyl)-5-(3'-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole

Assembly of Cd（Ⅱ） nitrate with a new dipyridyltriazole building block 3-（2-pyridyl）-5-（3＇-pyridyl）-1H-1,2,4-triazole（2,3＇-Hbpt） and benzoic acid（Hba） yields a new coordination compound [Cd（2,3A-bpt）（ba）（H2O）] which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TGA and XRPD analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the complex belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8972（6）, b = 8.8182（7）, c = 16.0484（1） A, α = 75.6330（1）, β = 85.294（2）, γ = 69.3450（1）°, V = 884.76（13） A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.778 g/cm^3, μ = 1.276 mm-1, Mr = 473.76, F（000） = 472, the final R = 0.0380 and wR = 0.1054 with I 2σ（I）. The Cd（Ⅱ） ion is coordinated by three N-terminal atoms from two 2,3A-Hbpt ligands as well as three O-terminal atoms from ba- and lattice water forming a distorted octahedral coordinated geometry. With the lattice water as hydrogen bond donor, the structure of the title complex is linked into a 2D layer-hole structure from the 0D motif. Theoretical calculation based on density functional theory（DFT） for the ligand is also employed to explicate the stability of different conformations. Moreover, the complex exhibits strong solid state fluorescent emission at room temperature which indicates that the title complex could be a good candidate for potential photoactive materials.

Allograft rejection-related gene expression in the endothelial cells of renal transplantation recipients after cytomegalovirus infection

Objective： To explore the effects of cytomegalovirus （CMV） infection on rejection-related gene expression in the endothelial cells of renal transplantation recipients. Methods： Endothelial cells （ECs） were cultured and stimulated by a variety of factors： A, normal control group; B, inactivated human cytomegalovirus （HCMV） infection group; C, HCMV infection group; D, HCMV supematant infection group; and E, ganciclovir HCMV group. Expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ICAM-1） and major histocompability complex （MHC） class I and class II antigens was detected by flow cytometry （FCM） and immuno- histochemistry. Results： We found characteristic CMV-infected ECs in this study. There were no significant differences among groups A, B and D （P〉0.05）. Although the expression levels of ICAM-1 were not significantly different between groups C and E （P〉0.05）, the ICAM-1 expression in these two groups was significantly higher than that in group A （P〈0.05）. ICAM-1 expression was detected in groups C and E, while there was no expression in groups A, B and D. Furthermore, there was no significant difference of ICAM-1 mRNA expression between groups C and E （P〉0.05）. Human leucocyte antigen （HLA）-ABC expression was detected in all the groups, while HLA-DR expression was only detected in groups C and E. There were no significant dif- ferences of HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression among groups A, B and D （P〉0.05）. However, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in groups C and D were higher than those of the remaining groups previously reported （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in group E were lower than those of group C （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CMV could up-regulate the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MHC antigens, which was closely related to allograft rejection.

The electrochemical behavior and passivation properties of 2507 super duplex stainless steel(SDSS)in the hot concentrated seawater with different concentrations at different temperatures are characterized by electrochemical methods and X-ray photoelectron *** passive film formed on 2507 SDSS belongs to n-type semiconductor and mainly composed of hydroxides and oxides of Fe and Cr under all *** protectiveness of the passive film decreases with the increase in temperature mainly because of the increase in defect density in the passive *** corrosion resistance of 2507 decreases with the increase in seawater concentration,and the critical pitting temperature also decreases.

Color-polarization synergistic target detection method considering shadow interference

Aiming at the problem of shadow interference in UAV's ground reconnaissance,a color and polarization synergistic target detection method is proposed for anti-shadow interference,based on the influence of two physical characteristics(wavelength and polarization)under different illuminations.A valid fusion strategy is proposed via integrating two separate detection results on color and polarization ***,a local enhancement and recognition module(LER)is introduced to boost the *** on our built dataset,experimental results show that our method achieves mAPof 87.76%,and12.37%higher than that of color image and 14.68%higher than that of polarization image.
