An automatic Q-factor matching method for eliminating 77%of the ZRO of a MEMS vibratory gyroscope in rate mode

Mismatching quality factors(Q-factors)is one of the main factors causing zero-rate output(ZRO)in degenerate(DE)Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems(MEMS)vibratory *** eliminate the ZRO of the DE MEMS gyroscope,this study introduces a method for real-time identification and automatic matching of Q-factors in rate *** leveraging the vibration characteristics of the DE MEMS vibratory gyroscope in rate mode,dedicated online test methods are designed to determine the Q-factors for both the drive and sense modes,enabling online identification of the Q-factor ***,an automatic Q-factor matching system is designed utilizing the mechanical-thermal dissipation mechanism of the resistive *** effectiveness of this proposed method is validated through simulations and experiments conducted on a MEMS disk resonator gyroscope(DRG).The results show a measurement error within 4%for Q-factor identification,and automatic Q-factor matching effectively reduces the ZRO by 77%.Employing this automatic Q-factor matching method successfully reduces the ZRO that is caused by the mismatching of Q-factors in the MEMS DRG from 0.11°/s to 0.025°/s and improves the bias instability(BI)from 0.40°/s to 0.19°/s.

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of liBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

Introduction:Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)clinics play a critical role in identifying and diagnosing HIV *** study aimed to describe the trend of HIV positivity rate(HPR)among Chinese VCT clinics between 2015 and ***:This study utilized data from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention to analyze the trend in the HPR for VCT clinics from 2015 to *** HPR was calculated by dividing the number of newly-reported HIV cases by the number of HIV tests,multiplied by 100%.To identify temporal and spatial trends in the HPR,we employed joinpoint regression analysis and the Getis-Ord hotspot ***:From 2015 to 2022,VCT clinics in China performed a total of 22,075,386 HIV tests,leading to the identification of 260,353 HIV cases,resulting in a HPR of 1.18%.The HPR consistently declined over the study period,with an average annual percent change(AAPC)of−7.5%(95%confidence interval:−12.6%,−2.2%,Plinics in China have played a significant role in identifying HIV *** declining HPR observed in these clinics may indicates the progress has been made in some degree in mitigating HIV among high-risk ***,it is crucial to further improving the utilization of VCT clinics for HIV testing.

变形假单胞菌(Pseudomonas plecoglossicida)是大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)内脏白点病的主要病原，可导致巨大经济损失。前期研究表明免疫刺激复合物(immune stimulating complexes, ISCOMs)具有较好的口服免疫效果。为了评价口服变形假单胞菌ISCOMs免疫大黄鱼的效果，本研究制备具有笼格状纳米颗粒结构的变形假单胞菌ISCOMs疫苗(Pp-ISCOMs)，检测口服免疫后21 d大黄鱼头肾的各免疫因子的基因表达水平，通过菌体血清凝集方法测定免疫后大黄鱼血清效价，并测定其免疫保护力。结果显示，与灭活变形假单胞菌(Pp)和空白对照(CK)相比，口服免疫Pp-ISCOMs的大黄鱼头肾的髓样分化因子88 (myeloid differentiation factor 88, MyD88)(P<0.05)和白介素2 (interleukin 2, IL-2)(P<0.001)等免疫相关因子表达显著提高；受免21 d的大黄鱼血清凝集效价为2～2；用5.0×10～2 CFU/g剂量的变形假单胞菌腹腔注射攻毒后，Pp-ISCOMs和Pp受免鱼的相对免疫保护率分别为73.3%和40%。研究表明变形假单胞菌ISCOMs口服免疫可提高大黄鱼抗变形假单胞菌感染能力，具有良好的应用前景。本研究为大黄鱼内脏白点病的免疫防控提供了技术支撑。

Nowadays,the majority of the studies on the substitution are focused on cations(such as Y^(3+),Ti^(4+),P^(5+),etc.)in li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP),while there are few studies on the substitution of anion O^(2-).In this work,the modified LATP with a series of liCl(LATPClx,x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)additives is prepared to enhance ionic *** successful introduction of Cl-makes the length of the c axis decrease from 20.822(2)to 20.792(1)Å,and the bulk conductivity of 2.13×10^(-3) S·cm^(-1) is achieved in LATPCl_(0.3).Moreover,the Al/Ti-O1/Cl1 and Al/Ti-O_(2)/Cl_(2) distance decrease,while the li1-O_(2)/Cl_(2) distance *** ions migrate more easily in the nanochannel of *** addition,the liCl additive increases the relative density and the grain boundary conductivity of LATPClx ***,a higher ionic conductivity of 2.12×10^(–4) S·cm^(-1) and a low activation energy of 0.30 eV are obtained in LATPCl_(0.3).Correspondingly,the symmetric cell exhibits a low overpotential of±50 mV for over 200 h in LATPCl_(0.3).The solid-state li|LATPCl_(0.3)|NCM811(NCM811=liNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O_(2))battery exhibits high initial capacity 185.1 mAh·g^(-1) with a capacity retention rate of 95.4%after 100 cycles at 0.5 *** result suggests that liCl additive is an effective strategy to promote electrochemical properties of LATP solid electrolyte and can be considered for reference to other inorganic solid electrolytes systems.

Stretchable electronics that monitor joint activity and treat diseases based on liquid metal could be used in the development of healthcare *** devices can be seamlessly integrated with human ***,most high-precision microstructures and complex patterns are difficult to fabricate due to the limitations of conventional fabrication solutions,resulting in suboptimal performance under practical ***,a liquid-metal stretchable system utilizing natural leaf veins was reported as microstructures,which was based on a biomimetic concept and utilized an all-solution process for the preparation of complex *** systems are ultra-high tensile(800%tensile strain),environmentally stable(20 days)and mechanically durable(300-cycle).The system can accurately recognize the wearer's finger bending level as well as simple gesture *** the same time,the system acts as a wearable heater,which can realize the fast heating behavior of heating up to 50℃in 3 min under the human body-safe voltage(1.5 V).The tensile stability is demonstrated by the heterogeneous integration of lasers(405 nm)with the system interconnects for a stretchable and wearable light source.
