BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the chinese Acute-on-Chronic liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3.75 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(23./53.)for type-C ACLF,3..0%(3./100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Experimental study on the effect of wind on pointing accuracy of antenna structures

Wind loads have instantaneity and turbulence characteristics that will lead to pointing errors in antenna structures,and these errors cannot be ignored in high-frequency *** the Tianma 65 m radio telescope(TMRT)as an example object,the pointing errors caused by wind loads are investigated using an accelerometer ***,the resonant frequency range of the antenna structure is used for reference to acquire useful signals through the bandpass filtering ***,the direct current(DC)component of these signals is filtered out using the fast discrete Fourier transform method,and the baseline of the acceleration is corrected using the least-squares ***,the acceleration integral is solved approximately using the discrete trapezoidal area method,and the structural vibration displacement of the antenna is determined using a double integral of *** pointing errors are then obtained based on the displacement relationship between the primary and subreflector *** the wind speed is 3.2 m/s,the antenna pitch angle is 61.7°and the wind direction angle is 80°,the generated pitch pointing error is 3.05'',and the azimuth pointing error is 1.14''.These results are consistent with those obtained via inclinometer measurements,thus validating the signal processing method and the pointing error calculation method proposed in this *** research methods and data analysis results reported here provide a basis for further wind-induced pointing error correction studies.

The exponential growth of astronomical datasets provides an unprecedented opportunity for humans to gain insight into the ***,effectively analyzing this vast amount of data poses a significant *** response,astronomers are turning to deep learning techniques,but these methods are limited by their specific training sets,leading to considerable duplicate *** overcome this issue,we built a framework for the general analysis of galaxy images based on a large vision model(LVM)plus downstream tasks(DST),including galaxy morphological classification,image restoration object detection,parameter extraction,and *** the low signal-to-noise ratios of galaxy images and the imbalanced distribution of galaxy categories,we designed our LVM to incorporate a Human-in-the-loop(HITL)module,which leverages human knowledge to enhance the reliability and interpretability of processing galaxy images *** proposed framework exhibits notable fewshot learning capabilities and versatile adaptability for all the abovementioned tasks on galaxy images in the DESI Legacy Imaging *** particular,for the object detection task,which was trained using 1000 data points,our DST in the LVM achieved an accuracy of 96.7%,while ResNet50 plus Mask R-CNN reached an accuracy of 93.1%.For morphological classification,to obtain an area under the curve(AUC)of~0.9,LVM plus DST and HITL only requested 1/50 of the training sets that ResNet18 *** addition,multimodal data can be integrated,which creates possibilities for conducting joint analyses with datasets spanning diverse domains in the era of multi-messenger astronomy.

Objective To understand the genetic load in the chinese population for improvement in diagnosis, prevention and rehabilitation of deafness. Methods DNA samples, immortalized cell lines as well as detailed clinical and audiometric data were collected through a national genetic resources collecting network. Two conventional genetic approaches were used in the studies. linkage analysis in X chromosome and autosomes with microsatellite markers were performed in large families for gene mapping and positional cloning of novel genes. Candidate gene approach was used for screening the mtDNA 12SrRNA, GJB2 and SLC26A4 mutations in population -based samples. Results A total of 2,572 chinese hearing loss families or sporadic cases were characterized in the reported studies, including seven X-linked, one Y-linked, 28 large and multiplex autosomal dominant hearing loss families, 607 simplex autosomal recessive hereditary hearing loss families, 100 mitochondrial inheritance families, 147 GJB2 induced hearing loss cases, 23. cases with enlarged vestibular aqueduct (EVA) syndrome, 169 sporadic cases with auditory neuropathy, and 1,283.sporadic sensorineural hearing loss cases. Through linkage analysis or sequence analysis, two X-linked families were found transmitting two novel mutations in the POU3.4 gene, while another X -linked family was mapped onto a novel locus, nominated as AUNX1 (auditory neuropathy, X-linked locus 1). The only Y-linked family was mapped onto the DFNY1 locus(Y-linked locus 1, DFNY1). Eight of the 28 autosomal dominant families were linked to various autosomal loci. In population genetics studies, 2,567 familial cases and sporadic patients were subjected to mutation screening for three common hearing loss genes: mtDNA 12S rRNA 1555G, GJB2 and SLC26A4. The auditory neuropathy cases in our samples were screened for OTOF gene mutations. Conclusions These data show that the chinese population has a genetic load on hereditary hearing loss. 大气的随机起伏会引起光束的畸变、扩展、漂移和闪烁等湍流效应。常用的抑制方法主要有自适应光学技术、信号处理技术和无衍射光束传输技术等,这些技术存在系统复杂或者效果不理想等问题。近年来,一种名叫锋芒光束的特殊光束被提出并用于抑制大气湍流,受到学术界广泛关注。锋芒光束在传输过程中具有自聚焦的特点,经过焦点后退化为类贝塞尔光束继续向前传输。随着对锋芒光束的深入研究,为了适应多种复杂的应用环境,其衍生的锋芒涡旋光束和稳定光束也被发现具有极高的研究价值。经过同等强度的湍流传输,锋芒涡旋光束比起LG涡旋光束在质心偏移和抖动量改善了50%以上。稳定光束在20 mm的传输距离范围内,其参数积仅为高斯光束参数积的49.40%。锋芒光束被证明可以有效抑制大气湍流,并实现长距离稳定传输。使用锋芒光束进行大气传输,系统结构简单、成本低,抑制湍流实时性高、效果好。文中综述了锋芒光束的产生、传输特性和应用研究,并对其发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。

Integrated analyses of transcriptomics and network pharmacology reveal leukocyte characteristics and functional changes in subthreshold depression,elucidating the curative mechanism of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder

Objective:To investigate the molecular mechanism and identify potential drugs for subthreshold depression(SD),and elucidate the detalied mechanism of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder(DZXY)in ***:Using RNA-sequencing,we identified differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in leukocytes of SD compared to healthy controls,deciphered their functions and pathways,and identified the hub genes of *** also assessed changes in leukocyte transcription factor activity in patients with SD using the TElis *** Connectivity Map database was retrieved to screen candidate drugs for *** on network pharmacology,we elucidated the"multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway"mechanism of DZXY in the treatment of ***:We identified 1080 DEGs(padj2(fold change)l≥1&protein coding)in the leukocytes of patients with *** DEGs,including hub genes,were primarily involved in immune and inflammatory response-related *** factor activity analysis revealed similarities between the leukocyte transcriptome profile in SD and the conserved transcriptional response to adversities in immune *** Map analysis identified 28 potential drugs for SD treatment,particularly SB-202190 and *** the"Direct Compounds-Direct Targets-Pathways"network for DZXY and SD revealed the curative mechanisms of DZXY in SD,primarily including inflammatory response,lipid metabolism,immune response,and other ***:These results provide new insights into the characteristics and functional changes of leukocytes in SD,partially illustrate the pathogenesis of SD,and suggest potential drugs for *** curative mechanisms of DZXY in SD are also partially elucidated.
