Cerebral edema caused by blood-brain barrier injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is an important factor leading to poor ***-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural stem cell exosomes(hiPSC-NSC-Exos)have shown potential for brain injury repair in central nervous system *** this study,we explored the impact of hiPSC-NSC-Exos on blood-brain barrier preservation and the underlying *** results indicated that intranasal delivery of hiPSC-NSC-Exos mitigated neurological deficits,enhanced blood-brain barrier integrity,and reduced leukocyte infiltration in a mouse model of intracerebral ***,hiPSC-NSC-Exos decreased immune cell infiltration,activated astrocytes,and decreased the secretion of inflammatory cytokines like monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,and tumor necrosis factor-αpost-intracerebral hemorrhage,thereby improving the inflammatory *** sequencing indicated that hiPSC-NSC-Exo activated the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes and decreased monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion,thereby improving blood-brain barrier *** with the PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 or the monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 neutralizing agent C1142 abolished these *** summary,our findings suggest that hiPSC-NSC-Exos maintains blood-brain barrier integrity,in part by downregulating monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion through activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

在双碳政策和化石能源短缺的背景下,氢能作为高效环保的清洁能源,受到广大研究人员的关注。氢气/空气混合燃烧作为推动氢能规模化应用的重要途径,其燃烧机理和关键参数的测量技术成为目前研究的热点。燃空当量比是表征燃烧过程中燃料与氧化剂混合程度的重要参数,直接影响燃烧的开始、自持以及燃烧化学反应的活跃程度。因此,对燃烧过程中的局部当量比实时在线监测,对于改善燃烧效率、控制燃烧过程具有重要意义。目前,可以实时测量氢气/空气火焰当量比的方法相对较少,激光光谱技术作为一种非侵入式的测量方法,不仅具有实时在线测量的能力,还具有快速、原位、远程分析、多元素同时在线监测等特点,在燃烧测量领域具有重要的应用潜力。采用纳秒激光诱导击穿光谱技术对氢气和空气燃烧场的燃空当量比进行测量研究。氢气和空气在管内混合后,由射流口喷出形成射流燃烧火焰场。激光通过透镜聚焦到射流燃烧场中击穿并产生等离子体,其等离子体的发射光谱由光谱仪采集,实验发现光谱中H 656 nm和O 777 nm具有很强的发射强度,且光谱强度随着当量比的变化,呈现规律性变化趋势。因此,采用H 656 nm和O 777 nm的光谱分别标示氢气和空气,并将其比值作为燃空当量比的测量参量。实验在氢气空气混合均匀的低速流场中测量了不同当量比下H 656 nm与O 777 nm的光谱强度比值,并与当量比建立标定曲线,实验发现该标定曲线对燃烧场和非燃烧场同样适用。基于标定曲线,我们研究了存在外界掺混情况下,射流燃烧场的局部燃空当量比情况。在当量比1.0,流场速度为20 m·s^(-1)的射流燃烧场中,测量了射流中心位置不同高度的燃空当量比变化情况,并在相同工况下进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验测量吻合较好,验证了纳秒激光诱导击穿光谱技术测量氢气/空气混合气的燃空当量比的可行性。该方法可为氢气燃烧基础研究及数值模拟提供技术支持。

Inpainting images with occlusion or corruption is a challenging task. Most existing algorithms are pixel based, which construct a statistical model from image features. However, in these algorithms, the frequency component is not sufficiently addressed. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm that utilizes compressed sensing （CS） in frequency domain to reconstruct corrupted images. In order to reconstruct image, we first decompose the image into two functions with different basic characteristics - structure component and textual component. We seek a sparse representation for the functions and use the DCT coefficients of this representation to generate an over-complete dictionary. Experimental results on real world datasets demonstrate the efficacy of our method in image inpainting. We compare our method with three state-of-the-art inpalnting algorithms and demonstrate its advantages in terms of both quantitative and qualitative aspects.

The one-dimensional interacting Kitaev chain at half filling is studied. The symmetry of the Hamiltonian is examined by dual transformations, and various physical quantities as a function of the fermion-fermion interaction U are calculated systematically using the density matrix renormalization group method. A special value of interaction Up is revealed in the topological region of the phase diagram. We show that at Up the ground states are strictly two-fold degenerate even though the chain length is finite and the zero-energy peak due to the Majorana zero modes is maximally enhanced and exactly localized at the end sites. Here Up may be attractive or repulsive depending on other system parameters. We also give a qualitative understanding of the effect of interaction under the self-consistent mean field framework.

Usually the reflection of two level atoms by a detuning evanescent laser wave was studied in past few years.1-3 In previous paper we have presented an exact solution for this model based on the matrix Laplace transformation technique,and proceeded the numerical calculations for a given set of parameters.4 However in the special case of resonance interaction considered in this paper,the solution for Schrödinger wave equation and reflectivity calculation can be greatly simplified;besides,the resonant solution provides a check to the numerical data based on the general solution of the previous paper.

The Ginzburg-Landau equations are microscopically derived for an anisotropic(d+s)-wave superconductor by assuming a non-Fermi-liquid normal state characterized by a nonvanishing exponentα.The transition temperature Tc as functions ofαand the anisotropic parameter g which measures the ab anisotropy is *** is found that the anisotropic effect,which results in the enhancement of T_(c) and the nonzero bulk value of the s-wave order parameter,is strengthened due to the non-Fermi behavior.

Porous ceramics were prepared from kaolinite gangue and Al（OH）3 with double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 by the pore-forming in-situ *** characterizations of porous ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,and mercury porosimetry measurements,*** is found that although the decomposition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 has little contribution to the porosity,the double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 strongly affects the formation of liquid phase,and then changes the phase compositions,pore characterization,and *** appropriate mode is the sample containing 1.17wt% MgCO3 and 1.17wt% CaCO3,which has high apparent porosity（41.0%）,high crushing strength（53.5 MPa）,high mullite content（76wt%）,and small average pore size（3.24 μm）.

Interval-valued data and incomplete data are two key problems for failure analysis of thruster experimental data and have been basically solved by the proposed methods in this paper. Firstly, information data acquired from the simulation and evaluation system formed as intervalvalued information system （IIS） is classified by the interval similarity relation. Then, as an improvement of the classical rough set, a new kind of generalized information entropy called ＂H＇-information entropy＂ is suggested for the measurement of uncertainty and the classification ability of IIS. There is an innovative information filling technique using the properties of H＇-information entropy to replace missing data by some smaller estimation intervals. Finally, an improved method of failure analysis synthesized by the above achievements is presented to classify the thruster experimental data, complete the information, and extract the failure rules. The feasibility and advantage of this method is testified by an actual application of failure analysis, whose performance is evaluated by the quantification of E-condition entropy.
