MOF-derived molybdenum selenide on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) with superior capacitive performance for lithium-ion capacitors

Two-dimensional Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) exhibits outstanding rate property and cycle performance in lithium-ion capacitors(liCs)due to its unique layered structure,excellent electronic conductivity,and high specific surface ***,like graphene,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) restacks during electrochemical cycling due to hydrogen bonding or van der Waals forces,leading to a decrease in the specific surface area and an increase in the diffusion distance of electrolyte ions between the interlayer of the ***,a transition metal selenide MoSe_(2) with a special three-stacked atomic layered structure,derived from metal-organic framework(MOF),is introduced into the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) structure through a solvo-thermal *** synergic effects of rapid li+diffusion and pillaring effect from the MoSe_(2) and excellent conductivity from the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) sheets endow the material with excellent electrochemical reaction kinetics and *** composite Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoSe_(2) material exhibits a high capacity over 300 mah·g^(-1) at 150 ma·g^(-1) and excellent rate property with a specific capacity of 150 mah·g^(-1) at 1500 ma·g^(-1).Addition-ally,the material shows a superior capacitive contribution of 86.0%at 2.0 mV·s^(-1) due to the fast electrochemical reactions.A Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoSe_(2)//AC liC device is also fabricated and exhibits stable cycle performance.

Alphabet of one-loop Feynman integrals

In this paper, we present the universal structure of the alphabet of one-loop Feynman integrals. The letters in the alphabet are calculated using the Baikov representation with cuts. We consider both convergent and divergent cut integrals and observe that letters in the divergent cases can be easily obtained from convergent cases by applying certain limits. The letters are written as simple expressions in terms of various Gram determinants. The knowledge of the alphabet enables us to easily construct the canonical differential equations of the d log form and aids in bootstrapping the symbols of the solutions.

The ocean is an important inventory of anthropogenic mercury(Hg),yet the history of anthropogenic Hg accumulation in the ocean remains largely ***-sea corals are an emerging archive of past ocean chemistry,which take in sinking or suspended particulate organic matter as their food *** organic matter would exchange Hg with the local seawater before being consumed by the deepsea *** such,the organics preserved in the coral skeleton may record the Hg evolution of the ambient seawater during the time of coral ***,we report the first data on Hg concentrations variability of a deep-sea proteinaceous coral in the oligotrophic North Pacific at the water depth of 1249 m,in attempt to understand the transfer of anthropogenic Hg into the deep Pacific ocean over the last seven *** find that the Hg concentrations of different coral growth layers have remained relatively constant albeit with considerable short-term variability through *** overall stable Hg concentration of the last seven centuries recorded in our sample suggests that anthropogenic pollution is not yet a clearly resolvable component in the deep oligotrophic North Pacific waters,in agreement with rece nt estimation from modelling works and observational studies of modern seawater *** there is hardly an unambiguous way to separate anthropogenic Hg from the natural background based on recent seawater profiles,our historical data provide valuable information helping to understand the oceanic cycle of Hg through time.

Mechanism of persistent hyperalgesia in neuropathic pain caused by chronic constriction injury

Transmembrane member 16 A(TMEM16 A) is involved in many physiological functions, such as epithelial secretion, sensory conduction, nociception, control of neuronal excitability, and regulation of smooth muscle contraction, and may be important in peripheral pain transmission. To explore the role of TMEM16 A in the persistent hyperalgesia that results from chronic constriction injury-induced neuropathic pain, a rat model of the condition was established by ligating the left sciatic nerve. A TMEM16 A selective antagonist(10 μg T16 Ainh-A01) was intrathecally injected at L5–6. For measurement of thermal hyperalgesia, the drug was administered once at 14 days and thermal withdrawal latency was recorded with an analgesia meter. For measurement of other indexes, the drug was administered at 12 days,once every 6 hours, totally five times. The measurements were performed at 14 days. Western blot assay was conducted to analyze TMEM16 A expression in the L4–6 dorsal root ganglion. Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the immunoreactivity of TMEM16 A in the L4–6 dorsal root ganglion on the injured side. Patch clamp was used to detect electrophysiological changes in the neurons in the L4–6 dorsal root ganglion. Our results demonstrated that thermal withdrawal latency was shortened in the model rats compared with control ***, TMEM16 A expression and the number of TMEM16 A positive cells in the L4–6 dorsal root ganglion were higher in the model rats, which induced excitation of the neurons in the L4–6 dorsal root ganglion. These findings were inhibited by T16 Ainh-A01 and confirm that TMEM16 A plays a key role in persistent chronic constriction injury-induced hyperalgesia. Thus, inhibiting TMEM16 A might be a novel pharmacological intervention for neuropathic pain. Synthesis of three-dimensionally ordered porous perovskite type LaMnO_3 for Al-air battery

LaMnO3 catalysts with three-dimensionally ordered holes perovskite structure were prepared via closepacked SiO2 template synthesized by Stober-Frink method. SEM, XRD and BET were employed to characterize the microstructure, phases and specific surface area. CV method was used to the oxygen electrode beha-vior of catalysts. Diameter of the holes was about 330 nm, corresponding to the size of SiO2 template. Full-cell discharge tests were performed on aluminum-air battery fabricated by porous *** showed that the discharge performance of porous LaMnO3 were 1.54 V, 1.42 V and 1.24 V respectively when the discharge currents were set at 5 ma/cm^2,10 ma/cm^2 and 20 ma/cm^2, respectively, which were higher than that of LaMnO3 prepared by coprecipitation method（1.33 V, 1.09 V, 0.63 V, respectively）.

Global Water Vapor Content decreases from 2003 to 2012： An Analysis Based on MODIS Data

Water vapor in the earth′s upper atmosphere plays a crucial role in the radiative balance, hydrological process, and climate change. Based on the latest moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS) data, this study probes the spatio-temporal variations of global water vapor content in the past decade. It is found that overall the global water vapor content declined from 2003 to 2012(slope b = –0.0149, R = 0.893, P = 0.0005). The decreasing trend over the ocean surface(b = –0.0170, R = 0.908, P = 0.0003) is more explicit than that over terrestrial surface(b = –0.0100, R = 0.782, P = 0.0070), more significant over the Northern Hemisphere(b = –0.0175, R = 0.923, P = 0.0001) than that over the Southern Hemisphere(b = –0.0123, R = 0.826, P = 0.0030). In addition, the analytical results indicate that water vapor content are decreasing obviously between latitude of 36°N and 36°S(b = 0.0224, R = 0.892, P = 0.0005), especially between latitude of 0°N and 36°N(b = 0.0263, R = 0.931, P = 0.0001), while the water vapor concentrations are increasing slightly in the Arctic regions(b = 0.0028, R = 0.612, P = 0.0590). The decreasing and spatial variation of water vapor content regulates the effects of carbon dioxide which is the main reason of the trend in global surface temperatures becoming nearly flat since the late 1990 s. The spatio-temporal variations of water vapor content also affect the growth and spatial distribution of global vegetation which also regulates the global surface temperature change, and the climate change is mainly caused by the earth's orbit position in the solar and galaxy system. A big data model based on gravitational-magmatic change with the solar or the galactic system is proposed to be built for analyzing how the earth's orbit position in the solar and galaxy system affects spatio-temporal variations of global water vapor content, vegetation and temperature at large spatio-temporal scale. Vapor-phase postsynthetic amination of hypercrosslinked polymers for efficient iodine capture

Hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs)with large surface areas,high intrinsic porosities and low production costs may be available platforms for iodine ***,the lack of iodine-philicity binding sites limits their adsorption *** we use vapor-phase postsynthetic amination strategy to introduce electron-donating amino groups into the prefabricated HCPs for enhancing their iodine capture *** simple vapor-phase exposure,the halogen-containing HCPs can be grafted by amines through nucleophilic substitution toward chloro *** with the abundant amino groups and high porosities,the amino-functionalized porous polymers show substantially increased iodine adsorption capacity,about 221%as that of original one,accompanied by excellent *** investigations reveal the key roles of the electron-donor amino groups andπ-conjugated benzene rings along with structure characteristics of porous polymer frameworks in iodine ***,this vapor-phase amination strategy shows good generality and can be extended to various amines,e.g.,ethylenediamine,1,3-diaminopropane and *** work proves that this simple vapor-phase postsynthetic functionalization strategy may be applied in other porous polymers with wide application prospects in adsorption,separation and storage.
