Game theory studies the mathematical models for self-interested individuals. Nash equilibrium is arguably the most central solution in game theory. While finding the Nash equilibrium in general is known as polynomial parity arguments on directed graphs(PPAD)-complete, learning in games provides an alternative to approximate Nash equilibrium, which iteratively updates the player's strategy through interactions with other players. Rules and models have been developed for learning in games, such as fictitious play and no-regret learning. Particularly, with recent advances in online learning and deep reinforcement learning,techniques from these fields greatly boost the breakthroughs in learning in games from theory to *** a result, we have witnessed many superhuman game AI systems. The techniques used in these systems evolve from conventional search and learning to purely reinforcement learning(RL)-style learning methods,gradually getting rid of the domain knowledge. In this article, we systematically review the above techniques,discuss the trend of basic learning rules towards a unified framework, and recap applications in large ***, we discuss some future directions and make the prospect of future game AI systems. We hope this article will give some insights into designing novel approaches.

In this study,we synthesized an organic material with near-infrared emission capabilities:4-(2-(4-(9-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)naphtho[2,3-c][1,2,5]thiadiazol-4-yl)phenyl)-1H-phenol-1-ylidene)malononitrile(TPA).Furthermore,TPA-PEG2000 fluorescent nanoparticles were prepared via coating the shells with ***-PEG2000 exhibited strong near-infrared emission near 700 nm,with a photoluminescence quantum yield of 15.09%,indicating a high emission *** biology experiments have confirmed its low toxicity and excellent *** cholesterol and phospholipid levels in liver cancer cell membranes with low sensitivity or high drug resistance lead to increased rigidity,reduced membrane fluidity,reduced endocytic efficiency,and reduced ***,the uptake of TPA-PEG2000 nanoparticles into cells and the near-infrared fluorescence intensity can be used to evaluate the sensitivity of systemic liver cancer treatment in a simple and efficient manner.

Evaluating the effects of temperature variations on animals plays an important role in understanding the threat of climate *** effects of developmental temperature on offspring performance are critical in evaluating the effects of warming temperatures on the fitness of ovipa-rous species,but the physiological and biochemical basis of this developmental plasticity is largely *** this study,we incubated eggs of the turtle Pelodiscus sinensis at low(24℃),medium(28℃),and high(32℃)temperatures,and evaluated the effects of developmental temperature on offspring fitness,and metabolic enzymes in the neck and limb muscles of *** hatchlings from eggs incubated at the medium temperature showed better fitness-related performance(righting response and swimming capacity)and higher activities of metabolic enzymes(hexokinase,HK;lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)than hatchlings from the eggs incubated at high or low *** addition,the swimming speed and righting response were significantly correlated with the HK activities in limb(swimming speed)and neck(righting response)muscles,suggesting that the developmental plasticity of energy metabolic pathway might play a role in determining the way incubation temperature affects offspring *** the fitness-related performance and the activities of metabolic enzymes,we predict that the P sinensis from high latitude would not face the detrimental effects of climate warming until the average nest temperatures reach 32℃.

Background Most studies on the association of maternal pregnancy weight with offspring weight trajectory have a short follow-up *** study aimed to explore the associations of maternal prepregnancy body mass index(BMI)and gestational weight gain(GWG)with childhood weight trajectories in a 7-year birth *** A total of 946 mother–child pairs(467 boys and 479 girls)from a longitudinal birth cohort in Tianjin City,China,were included in this study,ranging from pregnancy to offspring at 7 *** outcome variable was defined as overweight or not overweight in offspring at the last round.A group-based trajectory model was applied to identify childhood BMI trajectory *** Five discrete BMI trajectory groups were identified and characterized as constant underweight(25.2%),constant normal weight(42.8%),and high or increasing trajectory[at risk of overweight(16.9%),progressive overweight(11.0%)and progressive obesity(4.1%)].Maternal prepregnancy overweight was associated with 1.72(95%CI 1.14–2.60,P=0.01)to 4.02(95%CI 1.94–8.36,P<0.001)times the risk of all high or increasing trajectory groups,and excessive GWG was related to groups at risk of overweight[relative risk ratio(RRR)2.09,95%CI 1.27–3.46,P=0.004]and progressive obesity(RRR 3.33,95%CI 1.13–9.79,P=0.029).Children in all high or increasing trajectory groups were associated with greater overweight risk at the last round[risk ratios(RRs)ranged from 3.54(95%CI 2.53–4.95,P<0.001)to 6.18(95%CI 4.05–9.42,P<0.001)].Conclusion Maternal prepregnancy overweight and excessive gestational weight gain were associated with increasing or high-level childhood body mass index trajectories as well as a greater risk of overweight at 7 years.

Fracture propagation in shale under in situ conditions is a critical but poorly understood mechanical process in hydraulic fracturing for deep shale gas *** address this,hydraulic fracturing experiments were conducted on hollow double-wing crack specimens of the Longmaxi shale under conditions simulating the ground surface(confining pressure rcp=0,room temperature(Tr))and at depths of 1600 m(rcp=40 MPa,Ti=70C)and 3300 m(rcp=80 MPa,high temperature Ti=110C)in the study *** in situ stress was found to significantly increase fracture toughness through constrained microcracking and particle frictional bridging *** the temperature enhances rather than weakens the fracture resistance because it increases the grain debonding length,which dissipates more plastic energy and enlarges grains to close microdefects and generate compressive stress to inhibit ***,the fracture toughness anisotropy in the shale was found to be nearly constant across burial depths,despite reported variations with increasing confining *** water was not found to be as important as the in situ environment in influencing shale *** findings emphasize the need to test the fracture toughness of deep shales under coupled in situ stress and temperature conditions rather than focusing on either in situ stress or temperature alone.

While the spatial distribution pattern of fish is increasingly used for toxicological test o chemicals or wastewater,no ideal parameter is available for quantitative assessment of spa tial distribution,especially uneven distribution with multiple ***,to develop a quantitative assessment parameter for spatial distribution,the zebrafish were exposed to ethanol,pentylenetetrazole(PTZ),paraquat dichloride(paraquat)and wastewater,followed by a behavioral test in a narrow *** data was acquired and analyzed by id Tracker and *** comparing the effects of all treatments on behavior parameters we confirmed that the spatial distribution was more easily altered rather than general loco motor parameters,e.g.0.7-70 mg/L PTZ and 5-20 mg/L paraquat being effective for altering spatial distribution but having little effects on general locomotor *** on the heatmap,i.e.,the cumulative proportion of grids and that of frequency in grids,we calcu lated the behavioral Gini coefficient(G_(b))for quantitative assessment of fish spatial distri *** Gini coefficient ranged from zero to 1,with larger values meaning poorer even ness of spatial *** note,G_(b)showed smaller coefficient of variations(CV)with3%-19%between replicate tanks in all treatments than the highest frequency(4%-79%),dis playing well ***,G_(b)addressed the challenge of the complicated heatmap with multiple ***,the behavioral Gini coefficient we established is an idea parameter to quantitatively assess spatial distribution of fish shoal,which is expected to be applied in toxicity testing for chemicals and wastewater and automatic quality monitoring for surface water and aquaculture water.

Objective: To determine whether monotropein has an anticancer effect and explore its potential mechanisms against colorectal cancer(CRC) through network pharmacology and molecular docking combined with experimental verification. Methods: Network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to predict potential targets of monotropein against CRC. Cell counting kit assay, plate monoclonal assay and microscopic observation were used to investigate the antiproliferative effects of monotropein on CRC cells HCT116, HT29 and LoVo. Flow cytometry and scratch assay were used to analyze apoptosis and cell cycle, as well as cell migration, respectively in HCT116, HT29, and LoVo cells. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of proteins related to apoptosis, cell cycle, and cell migration, and the expression of proteins key to the Akt pathway. Results: The Gene Ontology and Reactome enrichment analyses indicated that the anticancer potential of monotropein against CRC might be involved in multiple cancer-related signaling pathways. Among these pathways, RAC-beta serine/threonine-protein kinase(Akt1, Akt2), cyclin-dependent kinase 6(CDK6), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), cell division control protein 42 homolog(CDC42) were shown as the potential anticancer targets of monotropein against CRC. Molecular docking suggested that monotropein may interact with the 6 targets(Akt1, Akt2, CDK6, MMP9, EGFR, CDC42). Subsequently, cell activity of HCT116, HT29 and LoVo cell lines were significantly suppressed by monotropein(PlinD1, CDK4 and CDK6, inhibited cell migration by suppressing the expressions of CDC42 and MMP9(Pling pathway.
