Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT),heralded as the“king”of conducting polymers,is esteemed in bioelectronics for its mixed electronic and ionic conductivity,mechanical properties compatible with biological tissues,tunable healing ability and stability in diverse environments^([1]).Based on additive manufacturing of three-dimensional structures,PEDOT realizes the implementation in the efficient production of flexible bioelectronics,the construction of intricate electrode-neural implantations,and the development of smart brain-computer-interfaces^([2]).

By combining experimental α-decay energies and half-lives, the α-particle preformation factor for nuclei around neutron magic numbers N of 126, 152, and 162 were extracted using the two-potential approach. The nuclei around the shell closure were more tightly bound than adjacent nuclei. Additionally, based on the WS4 mass model (Wang et al., Phys. Lett.B 734, 215 (2014)), we extended the two-potential approach to predict the α-decay half-lives of nuclei around N values of178 and 184 with Z of 119 and 120. We believe that our findings will serve as guidelines for future experimental studies.

The technique of cutting slabstone with stone-sawi ng machine is analyzed completely. A new kind of cutting movement trajectory is gi ven whose actual cutting efficiency is near to 100%. It can reduce the energy w earing greatly, and the surface quality of the product is improved to the utmost extent. The design mechanism of the optimal cutting movement trajectory system structure is analyzed incisively. At the same time, the principle of the complex movement of horizontal movement and swing is researched. The optimal design scheme of th e cutting movement trajectory system structure is set up. The choice method to g et the superior value of the movement system structure is found. The mathematics function formula is established which exhibits the relationship between the par ameter of the complex movement structure and that of the system movement structu re. By the formula, the precision value of the offset can be figured out. The r ule is adapted to different types of energy-saving stone-sawing machines. The complex movement structure of horizontal movement and swing is designed to f ulfill the cutting movement. It can make the saw frame move up with the hanging pod deviating from the vertical direction. At the same time, the saw frame have a down-movement. Then the sum of the two movements is near to zero, and the saw blade and the stone can keep in touch during the whole horizontal cutting. The result is that the actual cutting efficiency is 100%. Also, when the hanging pod moves to the limited position, the saw frame can keep the original inertia, and continue to swing up. It makes the back-cutting have high energy-storing. The optimal design of the eccentricity balance wheel is done. The mathematics fo rmula for expressing the movement system structure is deduced. In this work,melanin nanoparticle-resveratrol(MNP-RES)nanosystem was excogitated and constructed for the treatment and imaging of folate-induced renal fibrosis(RF)mice model to fulfill the combination of diagnosis and *** characterization indicated that MNP-RES was a monodisperse spherical framework with a uniform diameter of(18.6±2.7)nm and the drug loading content of RES was 44.8%.The inhibition ratios of reactive oxygen species,such as·OH,·O_(2)−,ABTS’and DPPH were all greater than 80%.After systemic therapy with MNP-RES,the levels of serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were decreased,and the extent of renal fibrosis was considerably relieved,which was verified by H&E,Masson and terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL)*** MNP-RES nanosystem can diagnose and monitor the therapeutic efficacy of RF in real time and noninvasively via photoacoustic/magnetic resonance imaging(PA/MRI)dual-modality imaging,and the MNP-RES diagnostic-therapeutic nanosystem had satisfactory biocompatibility in vivo,which facilitated its future bio-transformation for RF treatment in clinical application.

Oxidation of organic amines(OAs)or aromatic hydrocarbons(AHs)produces carbonyls,which further react with OAs to form carbonyl-amine condensation products,threatening environmental quality and human ***,there is still a lack of systematic understanding of the carbonyl-amine condensation reaction processes of OAs or between OAs and AHs,and subsequent environmental health *** work systematically investigated the carbonyl-amine condensation coupled ozonolysis kinetics,reaction mechanism,secondary organic aerosol(SOA)formation and cytotoxicity fromthe mixture of dipropylamine(DPA)and styrene(STY)by a combined method of productmass spectrometry identification,particle property analysis and cell exposure *** results from ozonolysis of DPA and STY mixture revealed that STY inhibited the ozonolysis of DPA to different degrees to accelerate its own decay *** barycenter of carbonyl-amine condensation reactionswas shifted from inside of DPA to between DPA and STY,which accelerated STY ozonolysis,but slowed down DPA *** the first time,ozonolysis of DPA and STY mixture to complex carbonyl-amine condensation products through the reactions of DPA with its carbonyl products,DPA with STY’s carbonyl products and DPA’s bond breakage product with STY’s carbonyl products was *** condensation products significantly contributed to the formation and growth of *** SOA containing particulate carbonyl-amine condensation products showed definite *** findings are helpful to deeply and comprehensively understand the transformation,fate and environmental health effects of mixed organics in atmospheric environment.

Bisphenol compounds(BPs)have various industrial uses and can enter the environment through various *** evaluate the ecotoxicity of BPs and identify potential gene candidates involved in the plant toxicity,Arabidopsis thaliana was exposed to bisphenol A(BPA),BPB,BPE,BPF,and BPS at 1,3,10 mg/L for a duration of 14 days,and their growth status were *** day 14,roots and leaves were collected for internal BPs exposure concentration detection,RNA-seq(only roots),and morphological *** shown in the results,exposure to BPs significantly disturbed root elongation,exhibiting a trend of stimulation at low concentration and inhibition at high ***,BPs exhibited pronounced generation of reactive oxygen species,while none of the pollutants caused significant changes in root *** exposure concentration analysis indicated that BPs tended to accumulate in the roots,with BPS exhibiting the highest level of *** results of RNA-seq indicated that the shared 211 differently expressed genes(DEGs)of these 5 exposure groups were enriched in defense response,generation of precursormetabolites,response to organic substance,response to oxygen-containing,response to hormone,oxidation-reduction process and so *** unique DEGs in each group,BPS wasmainly associated with the redox pathway,BPB primarily influenced seed germination,and BPA,BPE and BPF were primarily involved in metabolic signaling *** results provide newinsights for BPs induced adverse effects on Arabidopsis thaliana and suggest that the ecological risks associated with BPA alternatives cannot be ignored.

Distributed optimal consensus control for multiagent systems based on event-triggered and prioritized experience replay strategies

This study uses event-triggered(ET) and reinforcement learning methods to investigate the optimal consensus control problem for cooperative-competitive multiagent systems. It proposes a novel distributed ET control strategy, which relies on a prioritized experience replay(PER) policy. This strategy not only conserves communication resources but also ensures acceptable system performance. To implement the proposed method, actor-critic(AC) dual-structured neural networks(NNs) are used to approximate the value function and control policy. In the AC NNs, the weight estimates for the NNs are updated at the moment of event triggering, resulting in a nonperiodic weight adjustment pattern. This approach decreases the computational cost in comparison with the traditional ET mechanism. The PER-based ET mechanism makes full use of valid historical data and effectively establishes a balance between system performance and communication resource ***, it does not require the following two conditions in most existing studies:(1) requirement of the system dynamics model to be known, and(2) persistent excitation. In addition, Zeno behavior is excluded from this study. Finally, a simulation is conducted to confirm the validity of the suggested approach.

Obtaining the sulfonamides(SAs)concentrations in the water body and sediment bulk was a prerequisite to reveal their transport and partitioning behavior in sediment-water environments and accurately assess their ecological *** the present study,the influences of multifactor interactions on the performance of o-DGTs with XAD-18 binding gels were analyzed by central combination experiments and response surfaces analysis,in which the target compounds were 9 *** results indicated that dissolved organic matter(DOM),pH,and suspended particulate matter(SS)had significant effects on the o-DGT sampling,whereas this o-DGT was independent of the ionic strength(IS).Concentning the composite influence of the four factors,the interaction between DOM and SS posed the most significant effect on all 9 SAs ***,an o-DGT and DIFSmodel was applied to explore the SAs migration between the water-sediments *** difference between desorption rate(k_(b))and adsorption rates(k_(f))values suggested that the kinetics of SAs was dominated by ***,the short-term sediment-water partitioning of SAs was clarified on the basis of distribution coefficient(K_(dl))for the labile SAs,among which the sulfadiazine(SDZ)had the largest labile *** ability of sediments to release SAs to the liquid phase as a sink was determined by response time(T_(c)).Among the 9 SAs,the longterm release of soseulfamethoxypyridazine(SMP)from the solid phase of sediments would have a potential risk to the aquatic environment,to which more attention should be paid in the future.

Rosa banksiae,known as Lady Banks'rose,is a perennial ornamental crop and a versatile herb in traditional Chinese *** the lack of genomic resources,we assembled a Hi Fi and Nanopore sequencing-derived 458.58 Mb gap-free telomere-to-telomere high-quality *** genome with a scaffold N50=63.90 *** genome of *** exhibited no lineage-specific whole-genome duplication compared with other *** phylogenomic analysis of 13 Rosaceae and Arabidopsis through a comparative genomics study showed that numerous gene families were lineage-specific both before and after the diversification of *** of these genes are candidates for new genes that have evolved from parental genes through fusion *** genes are divided into three types:Type-I and Type-II genes contain two parental genes that are generated by duplication,distributed in the same and different regions of the genome,respectively;and Type-III can only be detected in one parental ***,Type-I genes are found to have more relaxed selection pressure and lower Ks values than Type-II,indicating that these newly evolved Type-I genes may play important roles in driving phenotypic *** analysis exhibited that newly formed fusion genes can regulate the phenotype traits of plant growth and development,suggesting the functional significance of these *** study identifies new fusion genes that could be responsible for phenotype evolution and provides information on the evolutionary history of recently diverged species in the Rosa *** data represents the major progress in understanding the new fusion genes evolution pattern of Rosaceae and provides an invaluable resource for phylogenomic studies in plants.
