The four-coil wireless power transfer(WPT)technology can effectively improve the transfer *** high efficiency,however,cannot be obtained along the whole transfer distance due to the phenomenon of frequency splitting in the over coupled *** at this limitation,this paper presents a switchable WPT system to improve the overall efficiency by changing the number of working *** switching conditions for the designed system are determined based on the analysis of the transfer efficiencies of four structures,which is deduced through modeling the equivalent *** simulation results well comply with the experimental results and both of them indicate that the switchable system can greatly improve the overall transfer efficiency along the whole transfer *** overall efficiency of the experimental system can reach above 70%at9.97 MHz without additional complexity,which is higher than any single structure system.

基于转录组学探究T细胞衰老的分子机制

背景T细胞衰老是免疫衰老的关键环节之一,与多种老年相关疾病和肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,但缺乏基于转录组学探究T细胞衰老过程中分子机制的研究。目的建立T细胞衰老模型并进行转录组测序,利用生物信息学方法分析T细胞衰老过程中的潜在分子机制并筛选关键基因。方法从人类外周血单个核细胞中分选出T细胞,在体外经过短暂培养扩增后随机分为两组(衰老T细胞组使用含有20 mg/mL D-半乳糖的培养基,正常对照组使用不含有D-半乳糖的培养基),在培养48 h后,检测T细胞衰老前后端粒酶活性、端粒长度、衰老相关分泌表型、β-半乳糖苷酶活性等改变情况。通过对细胞模型的mRNA转录组测序并利用生物信息学方法分析显著差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs),通过对DEGs进行富集分析和蛋白质-蛋白质互作(protein-protein interaction,PPI)网络构建,分析T细胞衰老过程中DEGs的功能状态并筛选关键基因。结果D-半乳糖处理48 h后,T细胞发生端粒功能障碍,p21基因及蛋白质表达升高,分泌细胞因子增多,β半乳糖苷酶活性增加和细胞内脂质合成增加(P<0.05)。富集分析结果显示T细胞衰老后细胞因子-细胞因子受体相互作用、p53、PI3K/Akt/mTOR、NF-kappaB等信号通路活动增强;PPI网络分析发现ISGs和RPs基因家族可能在T细胞衰老过程中发挥关键作用。结论衰老T细胞端粒功能障碍、脂质代谢紊乱、促炎能力和细胞衰老相关信号通路活动增强,并且ISGs和RPs基因家族可能参与到T细胞衰老的关键过程之中。

This paper investigates the problem of finite frequency fuzzy H_∞ control for uncertain active vehicle suspension systems, in which sensor failure is taken into account. TakagiSugeno(T-S) fuzzy model is established for considered suspension systems. In order to describe the sensor fault effectively, a corresponding model is introduced. A vital performance index,H_∞ performance, is utilized to measure the drive comfort. In the framework of Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov theory, the H_∞ norm from external perturbation to controlled output is optimized effectively in the frequency domain of 4 Hz-8 Hz to enhance ride comfort level. Meanwhile, three suspension constrained requirements, i.e., ride comfort level, manipulation stability,suspension deflection are also guaranteed. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are developed to design a fuzzy controller to guarantee the desired performance of active suspension systems. Finally, the proposed control scheme is applied to a quarter-vehicle active suspension, and simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Metabolic reprogramming is a key feature of tumor cells and plays a key role in the adaptation of tumor cells to increased demands of biosynthesis and rapid proliferation.1 Numerous studies have shown that some key metabolic enzymes are essential for the initiation and progression of breast cancer(BC).These metabolic enzymes are involved in the regulation of many biological processes such as gene transcription,post-translational modification,and antioxidant capacity of cells,which endow tumor cells with the ability to adapt to divergent environmental stimuli.2 Therefore,it is of great significance to identify the role of important metabolic enzymes in the occurrence and development of BC to determine promising therapeutic targets.

Characteristics and main controlling factors of helium resources in the main petroliferous basins of the North China Craton

At present, the main controlling factors of helium accumulation is one of the key scientific problems restricting the exploration and development of helium reservoir. In this paper, based on the calculation results of He generation rate and the geochemical characteristics of the produced gas, both the similarities and differences between natural gas and He resources in the Bohai Bay, Ordos and the surrounding Songliao Basin are compared and analyzed, discussing the main controlling factors of helium resources in the three main petroliferous basins of the North China Craton. It is found that the three basins of Bohai Bay, Ordos and Songliao have similar characteristics of source rocks, reservoirs and cap rocks, that's why their methane resource characteristics are essentially the same. The calculated ~4He generation per cubic metamorphic crystalline basement in the three basins is roughly equivalent, which is consistent with the measured He resources, and it is believed that the ~4He of radiogenic from the crust is the main factor controlling the overall He accumulation in the three basins;there is almost no contribution of the mantle-derived CH_4, which suggests that the transport and uplift of mantle-derived ~3He carried by the present-day magmatic activities along the deep-large faults is not the main reason for the mantle-derived ~3He mixing in the basins. Combined with the results of regional volcanic and geophysical studies,it is concluded that under the background of the destruction of North China Craton, magma intrusion carried a large amount of mantle-derived material and formed basic volcanic rocks in the Bohai Bay Basin and Songliao Basin, which replenished mantle-derived ~3He for the interior of the basins, and that strong seismic activities in and around the basins also promoted the upward migration of mantle source ~3He. This paper considers the problem of reference tracking control for the flexible air-breathing hypersonic flight vehicle with actuator delay and *** constructing the Lyapunov functional including the lower and upper bounds of the time-varying delay,the non-fragile controller is designed such that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and satisfies a prescribed performance cost *** simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed control method,which is validated by excellent output reference altitude and velocity tracking performance.

Distributed event triggering control for six-rotor UAV systems with asymmetric time-varying output constraints

Inspired by the practical operability and safety of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in confined areas, this paper investigates adaptive trajectory tracking control problems in multiple six-rotor UAV systems with asymmetric time-varying output constraints and input saturation. Under model and disturbance uncertainties, six-rotor UAV systems are modeled as two non-strict-feedback systems, including attitude(inner-loop) and position(outer-loop) regulation systems. For the inner-loop design, the neural-based distributed adaptive attitude consensus control protocol is employed to realize the leader-follower *** first-order sliding mode differentiators and an auxiliary dynamic system are introduced to address the "explosion of complexity" and saturation nonlinearity issues, respectively. Then, an event-triggered condition is predefined to alleviate the communication loads and reduce the number of messages to be transmitted from the controller to actuator. In addition, a class of asymmetric time-varying barrier Lyapunov functions are constructed for preventing the violation of time-varying output constraints. Accordingly, the proposed double-loop control strategies guarantee that all signals of UAV systems are semi-globally and uniformly bounded. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control method is effective.
