If an explicit time scheme is used in a numerical model, the size of the integration time step is typically limited by the spatial resolution. This study develops a regular latitude–longitude grid-based global three-dimensional tracer transport model that is computationally stable at large time-step sizes. The tracer model employs a finite-volume flux-form semiLagrangian transport scheme in the horizontal and an adaptively implicit algorithm in the vertical. The horizontal and vertical solvers are coupled via a straightforward operator-splitting technique. Both the finite-volume scheme's onedimensional slope-limiter and the adaptively implicit vertical solver's first-order upwind scheme enforce monotonicity. The tracer model permits a large time-step size and is inherently conservative and monotonic. Idealized advection test cases demonstrate that the three-dimensional transport model performs very well in terms of accuracy, stability, and efficiency. It is possible to use this robust transport model in a global atmospheric dynamical core.

目的分析一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法96例胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组及观察组,每组48例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上给予一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及胃镜下效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜下总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎能够有效提高临床效果,促进患者临床症状缓解,效果较单纯西药治疗好,具有更高的推广价值。

In this study, we quantitatively compared relaxation enhanced compressed sensing(RECS-3D MERGE) with conventional 3D MERGE techniques on blood suppression efficiency, wall-lumen contrast and plaque burden measurement for carotid atherosclerotic imaging in equal scan time. Twelve patients were recruited in the study. RECS-3D MERGE and conventional 3D MERGE were implemented. 2D DIR-FSE was carried out as a reference standard. The lumen signal-to-tissue ratio(STR) was used as the quantitative measure of blood suppression efficiency. The contrast-to-tissue ratio(CTR) was used as the quantitative measure of wall-lumen contrast. Vessel lumen area(LA) and wall area(WA) were measured for morphological comparisons. The lumen STR of RECS-3D MERGE was significantly lower than that of 3D MERGE while the wall-lumen CTR of RECS-3D MERGE was significantly higher. There were no significant differences in plaque burden measurements between RECS-3D MERGE and 2D DIR-FSE. For comparison between conventional 3D MERGE and 2D DIR-FSE, there were no significant differences in LA measurement. However, the WA of 3D MERGE was significantly larger. The RECS-3D MERGE sequence achieved more sufficient blood suppression and higher image contrast without prolonging the scan time. These improvements lead to more accurate morphological measurements of carotid atherosclerotic imaging.

Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger(PCHE) with high-efficiency and compact structure has great application prospect in the supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_(2)) power systems for the next generation of high-temperature concentrated solar and advanced nuclear energy. However, the high operating temperature and pressure require PCHE to maintain good heat transfer performance, as well as reliable mechanical performance at the same time. It is necessary to carry out the fluid-thermal-mechanical coupled analysis of PCHE for the safe and efficient operation of the S-CO_(2) cycle. In this paper, a three-dimensional fluid-structure coupled numerical model was established to study the fluid-thermal-mechanical coupled characteristics of PCHE under different airfoil fin arrangements. The stress distribution of the single airfoil fin was studied, and a better airfoil arrangement that comprehensively considers heat transfer characteristics and stress distribution was obtained. Aiming at the high stress caused by the stress concentration at both ends of the airfoil fin, an optimized configuration combining straight channel and airfoil channel was proposed. The results show that the difference between the flow and heat transfer performance of the two optimized structures and the reference structure is only within 1.5%, but the maximum stresses of the two optimized structures are respectively reduced by 69.4% and 70.0% compared with that of the reference structure, which significantly reduces the stress intensity of PCHE. The result provides a new method to develop the airfoil PCHE with uniform stress distribution and good thermo-hydraulic performance.

Neurodegenerative diseases,including Alzheimer's disease(AD)and Parkinson's disease(PD),are the most common causes of dementia.Current drugs for such diseases can only provide temporary help with the symptoms,leaving the discovery of new drugs urgently in need.Microglial cells are the local immune cells in the nervous system and have been recognized as the key player in neuroinflammation that contributes to the process of neurodegeneration[1],raising the discussion of aiming microglia as the therapeutic target for clinical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

As a representative transition metal oxide,cupric oxide(CuO)has attracted a lot of interest in miscel-laneous fields.In the present work,the prominent third-order nonlinear optical(NLO)features of CuO nanosheets were demonstrated via the typical Z-scan technique at 1 m m.The open-aperture(OA)Z-scan measurements at different intensities clearly showed that CuO nanosheets possessed the saturable ab-sorption(SA),reverse saturable absorption(RSA)and optical limiting behaviors.The closed-aperture(CA)Z-scan technology was implanted to investigate the nonlinear refractive index and the third-order nonlinear susceptibility.In virtue of the strong nonlinear optical absorption properties of CuO nano-sheets,a stable all-solid-state mode-locked laser with the as-prepared CuO nanosheets as saturable absorber at 1.06 m m was realized for the first time.Our work confirmed that CuO nanosheets exhibited outstanding NLO properties,which might stimulate the development in ultrafast photonics and nonlinear optics.

International movement plays an important role in spatial spread of infectious diseases.Here,we share two successful COVID-19 interventions based on real-time digital information collected from international passengers,which have been performed in Greece and China respectively.Both of the interventions demonstrated good performance and showed the potential of real-time digital data in containing the spread.However,several key points should not be ignored when we promote similar strategies.

We investigated the real-time pricing demand response management system of multiple microgrids and multiple power users. Accordingly, we have proposed a Stackelberg-evolutionary joint game framework to examine the real-time pricing scheme of multiple microgrids and multiple power users so as to establish equilibrium strategies. Both a non-cooperative game among multiple microgrids and a multipopulation evolutionary game among multiple power users were considered. Furthermore, we constructed a Stackelberg game between microgrids and power users to reflect their sequential interaction, wherein the microgrids are leaders, and the power users are followers. We also proved the existence and uniqueness of the Stackelberg equilibrium. Furthermore, we proposed an iterative algorithm to compute the equilibrium strategy and demonstrate the convergence and effectiveness through numerical simulations, which demonstrated that the algorithm could achieve a balance between power supply and demand balance.

Mitophagy is one of the important targets for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI).Moderate mitophagy can remove damaged mitochondria,inhibit excessive reactive oxygen species accumulation,and protect mitochondria from damage.However,excessive enhancement of mitophagy greatly reduces adenosine triphosphate production and energy supply for cell survival,and aggravates cell death.How dysfunctional mitochondria are selectively recognized and engulfed is related to the interaction of adaptors on the mitochondrial membrane,which mainly include phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN)-induced kinase 1/Parkin,hypoxia-inducible factor-1α/Bcl-2 and adenovirus e1b19k Da interacting protein 3,FUN-14 domain containing protein 1 receptor-mediated mitophagy pathway and so on.In this review,the authors briefly summarize the main pathways currently studied on mitophagy and the relationship between mitophagy and MIRI,and incorporate and analyze research data on prevention and treatment of MIRI with Chinese medicine,thereby provide relevant theoretical basis and treatment ideas for clinical prevention of MIRI.
