li-S batteries are regarded as one of the most promising candidates for next-generation battery systems with high energy density and low ***,the dissolution-precipitation reaction mechanism of the sulfur(S)cathode enhances the kinetics of the redox processes of the insulating sulfu r,which also arouses the notorious shuttle effect,leading to serious loss of S species and corrosion of li *** get a balance between the shuttle restraining and the kinetic property,a combined strategy of electrolyte regulation and cathode modification is proposed via introducing 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoroprpyl ether(HFE)instead of 1,2-dimethoxyethane(DME),and SeS_(7)instead of S_*** introduction of HFE tunes the solvation structure of the liTFSI and the dissolution of intermediate polysulfides with Se doping(liPSSes),and optimize the interface stability of the li anode *** minor Se substitution compensates the decrease in kinetic due to the decreased solubility of *** this way,the li-SeS_(7)batteries deliver a reversible capacity of 1062 and 1037 mAh g^(-1)with 2.0 and 5.5 mg SeS_(7)cm^(-2)loading condition,***,an electrolyte-electrode loading model is established to explain the relationship between the optimal electrolyte and cathode *** makes more sense to guide the electrolyte design for practical li-S batteries.

The ignition tendency of diesel fuels is highly sensitive to ambient conditions and fuel *** this study,the ignition characteristics of different diesel surrogate fuels with the same derived cetane numbers(DCN)were measured and compared in varied thermodynamic and oxidizing *** combustion pressures,heat release rates,ignition delays,and combustion delays of the test fuels were *** experimental results showed that the diesel surrogate fuels with the same DCNs exhibit similar ignition propensity at standard DCN test ***,for the test conditions of high cetane fuels,high ambient temperatures,and suficient oxygen concentrations,surrogate fuels with the same DCN have similar ignition behaviors,and using the DCN to evaluate fuel ignition tendency is ***,for the test conditions of low cetane fuels,low ambient temperatures,and reduced oxygen concentrations,different ignition behaviors are observed for the surrogate fuels with the same DCN,so at these conditions using DCN as the evaluation index for fuel ignition tendency may lead to higher uncertainty.

Retrospective Clinical Study on Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of limited-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine extending the progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) of limited-stage small-cell lung cancer(LS-SCLC) patients after the first-line chemoradiotherapy. Methods: The data of 67 LS-SCLC patients who received combined treatment of Chinese medicine(CM) and Western medicine(WM) between January 2013 and May 2020 at the outpatient clinic of Guang’anmen Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Thirty-six LS-SCLC patients who received only WM treatment was used as the WM control group. The medical data of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Survival analysis was performed using the product-limit method(Kaplan–Meier analysis). The median OS and PFS were calculated, and survival curves were compared by the Log rank test. The cumulative survival rates at 1, 2, and 5 years were estimated by the life table analysis. Stratified survival analysis was performed between patients with different CM administration time. Results: The median PFS in the CM and WM combination treatment group and the WM group were 19 months(95% CI: 12.36–25.64) vs. 9 months(95% CI: 5.96–12.04), respectively, HR=0.43(95% CI: 0.27–0.69, P line chemoradiotherapy for LS-SCLC patients produced better prognosis, lower risks of progression, and longer survival than the WM treatment alone.(Registration No. Chi CTR2200056616)

Exploring efficient photocatalysts for solar driven CO_(2) reduction with water(H_(2)O)as a proton donor is highly imperative but remains a great challenge because the synchronous enhancement of CO_(2) activation,H_(2)O dissociation and proton transfer is hardly achieved on a ***,the sluggish H_(2)O dissociation impedes the photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction involving multiple proton–electron coupling transfer ***,a sulfur-doped BiOCl(S-BiOCl)photocatalyst with abundant oxygen vacancies(OV)is developed,which exhibits broadband-light harvesting across solar spectrum and distinct photothermal effect due to *** photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction with H_(2)O in a gas–solid system,the high CO yield of 49.76μmol·g_(cat)^(-1)·h^(-1) with 100%selectivity is achieved over the S-BiOCl catalyst under a simulated *** H_(2)O-assisted CO_(2) reduction reaction on S-BiOCl catalyst is triggered by photocatalysis and the photothermal heating further enhances the reaction *** kinetic isotope experiments indicate that the sluggish H_(2)O dissociation affects the whole photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction *** presence of oxygen vacancies promotes the adsorption and activation of H_(2)O and CO_(2),and the doped S sites play a crucial role in boosting H_(2)O dissociation and accelerating the dynamic migration of hydrogen *** a result,the ingenious integration of OV defects,S sites and photothermal effect in S-BiOCl catalyst conjointly contributes to the significant improvement in photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction performance.

Optical neural networks have significant advantages in terms of power consumption,parallelism,and high computing speed,which has intrigued extensive attention in both academic and engineering *** has been considered as one of the powerful tools in promoting the fields of imaging processing and object ***,the existing optical system architecture cannot be reconstructed to the realization of multi-functional artificial intelligence systems *** push the development of this issue,we propose the pluggable diffractive neural networks(P-DNN),a general paradigm resorting to the cascaded metasurfaces,which can be applied to recognize various tasks by switching internal *** the proof-of-principle,the recognition functions of six types of handwritten digits and six types of fashions are numerical simulated and experimental demonstrated at near-infrared ***,the proposed paradigm not only improves the flexibility of the optical neural networks but paves the new route for achieving high-speed,low-power and versatile artificial intelligence systems.

The incorporation of molecular switches into polymer networks has been a powerful approach for the development of functional polymer materials that display macroscopic actuation and function enabled directly by molecular ***,such materials sometimes require harsh conditions to perform their functions,and the design of new molecular photoswitches that can function under physiological conditions is highly ***,we report the design and synthesis of a spiropyridine-based photoswitchable hydrogel that exhibits light-driven actuation at physiological *** to its high p Ka,spiropyridine maintains its ring-open protonated form at neutral pH,and the resulting hydrogel remains in a swollen *** irradiation with visible light,the ring closure of spiropyridine leads to a decrease in the charge and a reduction in the volume of the *** contracted gel could spontaneously recover to its expanding state in the dark,and this process is highly dynamic and reversible when the light is switched on and ***,the hydrogel shows switchable fluorescence in response to visible *** deformation is observed in the hydrogel thin films upon irradiation from one ***,the independence of this spiropyridine hydrogel from the acidic environment makes it biotolerant and shows excellent *** biocompatible spiropyridine hydrogel might have important biorelated applications in the future.

In this paper,we address the problem of unsuperised social network embedding,which aims to embed network nodes,including node attributes,into a latent low dimensional *** recent methods,the fusion mechanism of node attributes and network structure has been proposed for the problem and achieved impressive prediction ***,the non-linear property of node attributes and network structure is not efficiently fused in existing methods,which is potentially helpful in learning a better network *** this end,in this paper,we propose a novel model called ASM(Adaptive Specific Mapping)based on encoder-decoder *** encoder,we use the kernel mapping to capture the non-linear property of both node attributes and network *** particular,we adopt two feature mapping functions,namely an untrainable function for node attributes and a trainable function for network *** the mapping functions,we obtain the low dimensional feature vectors for node attributes and network structure,***,we design an attention layer to combine the learning of both feature vectors and adaptively learn the node *** encoder,we adopt the component of reconstruction for the training process of learning node attributes and network *** conducted a set of experiments on seven real-world social network *** experimental results verify the effectiveness and efficiency of our method in comparison with state-of-the-art baselines.

In differentiable search architecture search methods,a more efficient search space design can significantly improve the performance of the searched architecture,thus requiring people to carefully define the search space with different complexity according to various *** rationalizing the search strategies to explore the well-defined search space will further improve the speed and efficiency of architecture *** this in mind,we propose a faster and more efficient differentiable architecture search method,***,we introduce a more efficient search space enriched by the introduction of two redefined convolution ***,we utilize a more efficient architectural parameter regularization method,mitigating the overfitting problem during the search process and reducing the error brought about by gradient ***,we introduce a natural exponential cosine annealing method to make the learning rate of the neural network training process more suitable for the search ***,group convolution and data augmentation are employed to reduce the computational ***,through extensive experiments on several public datasets,we demonstrate that our method can more swiftly search for better-performing neural network architectures in a more efficient search space,thus validating the effectiveness of our approach.
