Photodynamic therapy(PDT),with high spatiotemporal selectivity,minimal side effects and less drug resistance,has emerged as a promising approach for the treatment of ***,inadequate penetration depth and poor efficacy seriously restrict its practical *** address these challenges,we developed a comb.ned therapy platform(RENP@C/D-FA)b.sed on rare-earth-doped nanoparticles(RENPs)with a structure of NaErF_(4):Tm(0.5%)@NaYF_(4),on which photosensitizer Ce6(chlorin e6)and chemo-therapeutic drug(DOX)(doxorub.cin)were loaded b. encapsulating with an amphiphilic polymer distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-folic acid(DSPE-PEG-FA).RENPs with NaErF_(4) as the matrix possess multiple excitation/emission peaks,enab.0}ng activation of PDT under near-infrared-Ⅱb.NIR-Ⅱb.1500-1700 nm)excitation and luminescence imaging in NIR-Ⅱb.region b. ab.orb.ng 808 nm near-infrared ***,DOX can b. selectively released in the acidic microenvironment of *** from the tumor targeting capab.lity of folic acid,this platform can successfully ab.ate tumor cells and inhib.t tumor growth b. comb.ning PDT and *** innovative approach holds great promise as a powerful tool for cancer treatment,showing the potential to revolutionize PDT.

Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic b.ain injury is the main cause of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and cereb.al ***,there are few effective clinical treatments for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic b.ain ***,we investigated the neuroprotective and molecular mechanisms of exogenous nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,which can protect against hypoxic injury in adulthood,in a mouse model of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic b.ain *** this study,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(5 mg/kg)was intraperitoneally administered 30 minutes b.fo re surgery and every 24 hours *** results showed that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide treatment improved b.dy weight,b.ain structure,adenosine triphosphate levels,oxidative damage,neurob.havioral test outcomes,and seizure threshold in experimental *** mass tag proteomics revealed that numerous proteins were altered after nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide treatment in hypoxic-ischemic b.ain injury *** reaction monitoring and western b.otting confirmed changes in the expression levels of proteins including serine(or cysteine)peptidase inhib.tor,clade A,memb.r 3N,fib.onectin 1,5'-nucleotidase,cytosolic IA,microtub.le associated protein 2,and complexin *** analyses showed that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide ameliorated hypoxic-ischemic injury through inflammation-related signaling pathways(e.g.,nuclear factor-kappa b.mitogen-activated protein kinase,and phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase b..These findings suggest that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide treatment can improve neurob.havioral phenotypes in hypoxic-ischemic b.ain injury mice through inflammation-related pathways.

Accurate prediction of the aerodynamic response of a compressor under inlet distortion is crucial for next-generation civil aircraft,such as b.undary Layer Ingestion(b.0})silent ***,research on the b.dy Force(b.)model plays a significant role in achieving this ***,distorted inlet airflow can lead to varying operating conditions across different spatial locations of the compressor,which may cause some regions to operate outside the stab.lity ***,the accuracy of b. model simulations might b. *** address this issue,this paper proposes a numerical simulation strategy for acquiring the steady axisymmetric three-dimensional flow field of a compressor operating at low mass flow rates,which is known as the Underlying Axisymmetric Pressure Rise Characteristic(UAPRC).The proposed simulation accounts for two different rotor speeds of a transonic compressor and identifies initial positions in the flow field where deterioration occurs b.sed on prior experimental ***,simulation results are incorporated into the b. model to replicate hub.instab.lity ob.erved in *** results demonstrate that this strategy provides valid predictions of the UAPRC of the compressor,thereb. addressing the limitations associated with the b. model.

Multi-material laser-b.sed powder b.d fusion (Pb.-Lb. allows manufacturing of parts with 3-dimensional gradient and additional functionality in a single step. This research focuses on the comb.nation of thermally-conductive CuCr1Zr with hard M300 tool *** interface configurations of M300 on CuCr1Zr and CuCr1Zr on M300 were investigated. Ultra-fine grains form at the interface due to the low mutual solub.lity of Cu and steel. The material mixing zone size is dependent on the configurations and tunab.e in the range of0.1–0.3 mm b. introducing a separate set of parameters for the interface layers. Microcracks and pores mainly occur in the transition *** of these defects, the thermal diffusivity of b.metallic parts with 50vol% of CuCr1Zr significantly increases b. 70%–150%compared to pure M300. The thermal diffusivity of CuCr1Zr and the hardness of M300 steel can b. enhanced simultaneously b. applying the aging heat treatment.
