Interpretable data-driven fault diagnosis method for data centers with composite air conditioning system

Fault detection and diagnosis are essential to the air conditioning system of the data center for elevating reliability and reducing energy *** study proposed a convolutional neural network(CNN)based data-driven fault detection and diagnosis model considering temporal dependency for composite air conditioning system that is capable of cooling the high heat flux in data *** input of fault detection and diagnosis model was an unsteady dataset generated by the experimentally validated transient mathematical *** dataset concerned three typical faults,including refrigerant leakage,evaporator fan breakdown,and condenser ***,the CNN model was trained to construct a map between the input and system operating ***,the performance of the CNN model was validated by comparing it with the support vector machine and the neural ***,the score-weighted class mapping activation method was utilized to interpret model diagnosis mechanisms and to identify key input features in various operating *** results demonstrated in the pump-driven heat pipe mode,the accuracy of the CNN model was 99.14%,increasing by around 8.5%compared with the other two *** the vapor compression mode,the accuracy of the CNN model achieved 99.9%and declined the miss rate of refrigerant leakage by at least 61%*** score-weighted class mapping activation results indicated the ambient temperature and the actuator-related parameters,such as compressor frequency in vapor compression mode and condenser fan frequency in pump-driven heat pipe mode,were essential features in system fault detection and diagnosis.

The Voronoi grain-based breakable block model(VGBBM)based on the combined finite-discrete element method(FDEM)was proposed to explicitly characterize the failure mechanism and predict the deformation behavior of hard-rock mine *** influence of the microscopic parameters on the macroscopic mechanical behavior was investigated using laboratory-scale *** field-scale pillar models(width-to-height,W/H=1,2.and 3)were calibrated based on the empirically predicted stress-strain curves of Creighton mine *** results indicated that as the W/H ratios increased,the VGBBM effectively predicted the transition from strain-softening to pseudo-ductile behavior in pillars,and explicitly captured the separated rock slabs and the V-shaped damage zones on both sides of pillars and conjugate shear bands in core zones of *** volumetric strain field revealed significant compressional deformation in core zones of *** the peak strains of W/H=1 and 2 pillars were relatively consistent,there were significant differences in the strain energy storage and release mechanism.W/H was the primary factor influencing the deformation and strain energy in the pillar *** friction coefficient of the structural plane was also an important factor affecting the pillar strength and the weakest discontinuity *** fracture surface was controlled by the discontinuity angle and the friction *** study demonstrated the capability of the VGBBM in predicting the strengths and deformation behavior of hard-rock pillars in deep mine design.

The rise in breast cancer diagnoses among Chinese women has necessitated the use of X-ray breast screening,which carries a radiation *** study aimed to provide a dosimetry protocol for the Chinese female population to replace the traditional standard that utilizes simplified breast models,for the accurate estimation of the mean glandular dose of a patient undergoing digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT).The first set of detailed Chinese female breast models and representative breast parameters was *** backscatter radiation and computational efficiency,we improved the combination of these models and the Chinese reference adult female whole-body voxel *** acquisition for four commercial DBT systems that are widely employed in China was simulated using the Monte Carlo method to obtain the normalized glandular dose coefficients of DBT(D_(gN)^(DBT))and the glandular depth dose(D_(g)^(dep)(z))for different breast characteristics and X-ray *** calculated a series of D_(gN)^(DBT) values for breasts with different percentage mass glandularities(5%,25%,50%,75%,and 100%)and compressed breast thicknesses(2,3,4,5,6,and 7 cm)at various tube potentials(25,28,30,32,35,and 49 kV)and target/filter combinations(W/Rh,W/Al,Mo/Mo,Rh/Rh,and Rh/Ag).The parameter dependence of the breast characteristics and beam conditions on D_(gN)^(DBT) in detailed breast models was *** D_(gN)^(DBT) results were 14.6-51.0%lower than those of the traditional dosimetry standard in *** difference in D_(gN)^(DBT) was mainly due to a decrease in the depth of the main energy deposition area caused by the glandular distribution along the depth *** results obtained in this study may be used to improve breast dosimetry in China and provide more detailed information on risk assessment during DBT.

Objective Combination immunotherapy strategies targeting OX40,a co-stimulatory molecule that can enhance antitumor immunity by modulating the proliferation,differentiation,and effector function of tumor-infiltrating T cells,have attracted much attention for their excellent therapeutic *** this study,we aimed to evaluate the antitumor efficacy of combined anti-OX40 and hepatitis B core viruslike particles(HBc VLPs)therapy using a mouse colon cancer *** Humanized B-h OX40 mice were injected subcutaneously with MC38 colon tumor cells and treated with HBc VLPs+anti-h OX40 *** growth was *** cytometric analysis was performed to evaluate the populations of T cell subsets in the *** The combination of anti-OX40 with HBc VLPs resulted in a significant delay in tumor growth,suggesting that a potent antitumor immunity was induced by the combination *** studies revealed that HBc VLPs+anti-OX40 treatment induced a significant increase in effector T cells(Teffs)and a significant decrease in regulatory T cells(Tregs)in the tumor microenvironment(TME),which accounted for the synergistic antitumor effect of anti-OX40 in combination with HBc *** Combination therapy of anti-h OX40 and HBc VLPs provides synergistic antitumor activity in colon cancer-bearing mice,which may represent a potential design strategy for cancer immunotherapy.

In this paper,an island integrated energy system(IES)combining power,heat and hydrogen(CPHH)is built,and optimal power-heat-hydrogen scheduling is studied under actual plateau meteorological *** the comprehensive demands of residents,an IES including renewable energy sources(RESs),fuel cell,electrolyzer,electric boiler,thermal energy storage device and new energy vehicles is established and *** the first stage of operation,according to the prediction of RESs and demands,day-ahead optimization is carried out which aims to minimize operation cost,while electric vehicles(EVs)are considered as special demand response(DR)*** the second stage of operation,ultra-short-term prediction is implemented to provide prediction data for model predictive control(MPC),realizing real-time *** as a CPHH system,the fuel cell and electrolyzer collaborate to meet various needs of the plateau residential area with high *** addition,the method and IES structure proposed in this paper is compared with other options.
