User Objects are the basement in developing distributed PowerBuilder applications. There are two kinds of PowerBuilder objects: visual objects and non-visual objects. Usually we use non-visual objects to perform the PowerBuilder distriuted application. This paper introduces the method of developing PowerBuilder distributed application program, mainly discusses the application of nonvisual objects when developing PowerBuilder distributed application programs.

Polymeric nanoparticles with unique properties are regarded as the most promising materials for biomedical applications including drug delivery and in vitro/in vivo *** them,stimulus-responsive polymeric nanoparticles,usually termed as "intelligent" nanoparticles,could undergo structure,shape,and property changes after being exposed to external signals including pH,temperature,magnetic field,and light,which could be used to modulate the macroscopical behavior of the *** paper reviews the recent progress in stimulus-responsive nanoparticles used for drug delivery and in vitro/in vivo imaging,with an emphasis on double/multiple stimulus-responsive systems and their biomedical applications.

We have investigated the preparation and properties of Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O1. thin films. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O1. thin films were fabricated on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the films were characterized us- ing X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The thin films showed a perovskite phase and dense microstructure. The dielectric constant and the dissi- pation factor of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O1. thin films were about 1.2 and 0.031.at 1.kHz, respectively. The 2Pr and 2Ec of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O1. thin films were 67.1.μC/cm2 and 299.7 kV/cm, respectively, under an applied field of 600 kV/cm. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O1. film did not show fatigue up to 4.46×1.9 switching cycles at a frequency of 1.MHz, and showed good insulating behavior according to the test of leakage current.

Based on field observations and rheology analysis, we perform one analogue experiment and remold the 3D structural frame of Tongling deposit concentrating area firstly. Then we disassemble and dialyze the 3D structures of the model using the methods of "slicing" and "stripping". A series of sliced planes vertical to the fold hinges show similar landscapes of that in the drill hole profiles. Meanwhile, layer stripping analysis indicates that the deformation features of each layer in the model are qualitatively analogical to those obtained from field observations. Through contrasting the 3D structure between the experimental model and the field phenomena, we verify the following 3D deformation features of the caprock in this area: (1. the Tongling area mainly consists of three series of NE S-typed fold groups; (2) in the uniform stress field, the incoherent folds universally develop in different positions, along different axes as well as in different strata; (3) the faults propagate upward which are mostly inter-bedded detachment faults, while the fold amplitudes decrease while going deeper; and (4) the folds and cleavages are highly developed in the Silurian System indicating that the deformation effect of the Indosin-ian-Yanshanian structural layer terminates at this layer, which suggests that the Silurian System is the crucial layer for the inversion between brittle and plastic deformation domains and the underlying strata are subject to the control of another deformation system with distinct properties.

The Bi4Zr0.5Ti2.5O1. (BZT) thin films were fabricated on the LaNiO3 bottom electrode using sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the films were character-ized using X-ray diffraction, AFM and SEM. The results show that the films have a perovskite phase and dense microstructure. The 2Pr and 2Vc of the Pt/BZT/LaNiO3 capacitor are 28.2 μC/cm2 and 1..7 V respectively at an applied voltage of 25 V. After the switching of 1.1.1. cycles, the Pr value decreases to 87% of its pre-fatigue val-ues. The dielectric constant (ε) and the dissipation factor (tanδ) of the BZT thin films are about 204 and 0.029 at 1.kHz, respectively. The films show good insulating behavior according to the test of leakage current. The clockwise C-V hysteresis curve observed shows that the Pt/BZT/LaNiO3 structure has a memory effect be-cause of the BZT film’s ferroelectric polarization.

Traditional secret sharing (SS) schemes can reconstruct the secret precisely,but have high com-putation *** secret sharing (VSS) schemes use human visual system to reconstruct the secret without cryptographic computation,but have pixel expansion and loss of *** et *** a (2,n)-SS scheme for binary images based on Boolean operation,which has low computation complexity,no pixel expansion and the contrast is 1.*** this paper,we first construct an r runs (2,n)-SS scheme to improve the contrast of wang et al.'s binary (2,n)-SS *** we present two approaches to construct r runs (2,n)-SS schemes for grayscale image and color *** two approaches are both based on Boolean operation,while one approach uses halftone technology and the other uses bit level *** proposed schemes have low computation complexity and almost ideal contrast.

We briefly reviewed the experimental study on a-delayed proton decays near the proton drip line published by our group during the period of 1.96―2004, namely the first observation of the a-delayed proton decays of 9 new nuclides in the rare-earth region and the new measurements of a-delayed proton decays of 5 nuclides in the mass ～90 region near the N = Z line with the aid of the “p-?” coincidence in combination with a He-jet tape transport system. In the meantime some important experimental technique details were supplemented. The experimental results, including the half -lives, spins, parities, deformations and production reaction cross sections for the 1. nuclei were summarized and compared with the current nuclear-model predictions, and then the following points were represented. (1. The experimental half-lives for 85Mo and 92Rh as well as the predicted “waiting point” nuclei 89Ru and 93Pd are 5―1. times longer than the theoretical predictions given by M?ller et al. using a macroscopic-microscopic model. It considerably influences the predictions of the abundances of the nuclides produced in the rp-process. (2) The current-model predictions are not consistent with the experimental assignments of the spins and parities for the proton drip-line nuclei 1.2Ho and 1.8Pm. However, the nuclear potential energy surface (PES) calculated by using a Woods- Saxon-Strutinsky method reproduced the experimental results. (3) The Alice code overestimated the production reaction cross sections of the studied 9 rare-earth nuclei by one order of magnitude or two, while HIVAP code overestimated them by one order of magnitude approximately.

Aim:To investigate the effects of tanshinone ⅡA（Tan ⅡA）on the regulation ofthe production of endothelin（ET）-1.including large ET-1.,mRNA levels of ET-1.endothelin-converting enzyme-1.ECE-1.,endothelin-A receptor（ETA）andendothelin-B receptor（ETB）induced by TNF-α in rat brain microvascular endo-thelial cells（BMVEC）.Methods:The ET-1.release（including large ET-1.into theculture medium was determined by enzyme *** levels of ET-1.ECE- 1.ETA,and ETBmRNA were measured by *** receptor bind-ing was also ***:The induction of ET-1.release by TNF-α from cul-tured BMVEC was dose-dependently reduced by Tan IIA,but large ET-1.levelsprogressively increased in response to Tan ⅡA;the mRNA expression of ET-1.*** ⅡA also caused a decrease in ETAreceptor mRNA and ECE-1.xpression in a dose-dependent *** receptor binding was unal-tered in BMVEC stimulated with TNF-α alone or a combination of TNF-α and TanⅡ***:These findings suggest that Tan ⅡA may inhibit ET-1.produc-tion in TNF-α-induced BMVEC through the suppression of ECE-1.synthesis.
