杂豆酚类化合物种类繁多,并影响杂豆的外观、感官特征及营养特性。杂豆酚类化合物多样性是杂豆营养特性研究的重点。本文总结杂豆酚类化合物多样性的影响因素,发现合理的提取与分析方法有利于酚类化合物提取的完整性以及表征的正确性。在此基础上,指出种属与产地、生长与贮藏及加工过程影响杂豆酚类化合物的合成、溶出与释放,并促使酚类化合物多样性的形成。最后介绍杂豆酚类化合物多样性的代谢组学技术在杂豆多样性研究方面的贡献与优势,提出今后工作的重点与挑战,以期为杂豆酚类化合物的变化机制、加工利用及育种等提供参考。

Background: Recently, microbotulinum, a new.technique that involves injecting botulinum toxin type A (BoNTA) microdroplets into superficial cutaneous tissue, has gained popularity. The precise distribution of BoNTA in the targeted area profoundly affects outcomes. Many factors may influence the effective area of BoNTA in the dermis. This study aimed to determine the dermal distribution properties of BoNTA to guide microbotulinum injection. Methods: Ten healthy males aged 18–65 years w.thout BoNTA treatment in the previous year w.re recruited to receive intradermal injections in the chest and back. Ultrasound w.s used to ensure the intradermal delivery of injections and measure the dermal thickness. The minor iodine starch test w.s performed at baseline and 3 days, 7 days, 21 days, 1 month, and 2 months after treatment. Results: All participants received intradermal injections. The dermis w.s thinner on the chest (thickness, 0.20 ± 0.03 cm) than on the back (thickness, 0.39 ± 0.07 cm) (Pw.up visit. The drug concentration did not affect the effective area except at 3 days after treatment. Injection speed did not influence the effective area at any follow.up visits. Conclusion: An injection in a thicker dermis leads to a smaller effective area for intradermal injections. w.en the BoNTA dose is the same, the drug concentration and injection speed do not matter. Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of combining traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), specifically Chinese herbal medicine (CHM), w.th w.stern medicine (w.), compared to w. alone to treat breast cancer endocrine therapy-related osteoporosis (BCET-OP) by meta-analysis. Methods: Thirty-eight randomized controlled trials involving 2170 participants w.re analyzed. Eight databases w.re searched for articles published betw.en inception and December 2023. Quality assessment w.s performed using the Risk of Bias 2 tool. Results: Significant increases w.re observed in the TCM-w. group in lumbar vertebrae bone mineral density (BMD) (P w.s observed betw.en the groups in the collum femoris T-score and estradiol levels. Bone gla-protein levels w.re significantly increased in the TCM-w. group (P = 0.0002, MD = 0.52, 95%CI: 0.25 to 0.79). Beta-CrossLaps decreased significantly in the TCM-w. group (P = 0.0008, MD = −0.10, 95%CI: −0.16 to −0.04). No significant difference w.s observed betw.en the TCM-w. and w. groups in alkaline phosphatase, in procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide, and in the Kupperman index. The visual analog score (VAS) w.s decreased in the TCM-w. group compared to the w. group (P w.s observed betw.en the tw. groups. Conclusion: Combining CHM w.th w. in patients w.th BCET-OP significantly improved BMD, T-score, and certain bone turnover markers and reduced the VAS score, indicating potential benefits for bone health and related pain.
