In this study, the effects of Nb substitution on the Bi-based superconducting materials have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction measurement indicated coexistence of Bi-2212, Bi-2223 phases and some impurity phases of CuO, CuNb2O6, CaNb2O6, CaCuO2, and Sr5Nb5O16. With increasing Nb content, impurity phases consistent with the Nb element appeared in the samples. Also with increasing Nb content, the Bi-2223 phase of samples gradually was decreased and in contrast, the Bi-2212 phase was increased. From the SEM, results have been seen that with increasing of Nb contents, the crystal structure of the samples was slightly changed because of the disrupted grain growth. From the electrical resistivity measurements, it has been found that with increasing of Nb contents, critical temperature decreases and the superconducting transition width (ΔT) increases. Estimated critical current density showed that Jc decreases with increasing Nb content, as expected.

目的:探讨渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性( AMD) 患者激光治疗的预后。方法:前后比较,以评价治疗的有效性。结果:共纳入341 例392 眼渗出性 AMD 病例,其中77.6%伴有脉络膜新生血管( CNV) 。未使用吲哚氰绿( ICG) 血管造影时,仅在 1. 8% 患眼发现隐匿性 CNV; 而使用 ICG血管造影后,该比例提高到 19. 5% ( P < 0. 001) 。激光治疗后,共 349 眼进入随访,其中 68. 2% 视力保持稳定。经统计学检验,病变部位与治疗前后视力改变相关( P <0. 001) ,也与病变复发相关( P < 0. 05) 。在黄斑中心凹区病变的复发率小于旁中心凹或中心凹外病变。结论:ICG 血管造影对研究隐匿性 CNV 治疗效果相当重要。

目的开发一个有效、可靠的评估工具,用以评判家长和教师对校园护士角色的期望。方法设计家长和教师对校园护士角色期望量表,应用于土耳其中小学。采用条目变异评估、内部一致性评价、因子分析、各量表总分与各维度的相关系数、量表重测信度进行数据分析。结果量表的内容效度指数为0.94。主成分分析方差最大化旋转结果,从54个项目获得了7个因子。其Cronbach's a系数为0.82~0.92。重测信度的组内相关系数为0.859。结论该量表是一个有效和可靠的评估工具,可用于评判家长和教师对校园护士角色的期望。

目的:使用频域光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)检测口服异维A酸患者角膜及结膜上皮厚度。方法:共64例64眼寻常痤疮患者纳入研究。32例患者为A组,每日口服异维A酸0.5mg/kg。另外32例患者为B组,每日口服异维A酸0.8mg/kg。使用SD-OCT于服药前、治疗45d、4mo以及结束治疗1mo后,检测中央角膜厚度(CCT)、中央角膜上皮厚度(CCET)、中央角膜上皮基底膜厚度(CCEBMT)、非上皮中央角膜厚度(NECCT)和球结膜上皮厚度(BCET)。结果:共有44例女性(68.75%)和20例男性(31.25%),平均年龄21.68±3.75岁。在两组中,CCET、CCT和BCET于服药45d、4mo以及治疗结束1mo后较治疗前变薄。CCEBMT于治疗45d以及4mo时降低,但最后一次随访时与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义。治疗中和治疗后NECCT与治疗前相比无明显差异。结论:口服异维A酸治疗的患者,眼表上皮厚度降低,而NECCT未受影响。这些患者角膜上皮厚度降低主要是因为上皮变薄。结束治疗1mo后,CCEBMT恢复到治疗前水平,眼表上皮厚度有所增加。

Oyotún组火山岩为中安第斯西北缘中生代出露范围最广的一套火山岩,对研究中安第斯早白垩世壳幔相互作用具有重要意义。研究区西部Oyotún组火山岩出露面积小,厚度薄,岩性单一,而东部出露范围大,厚度厚,岩性复杂。LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年表明,Oyotún组火山岩时代集中在139.7~131.0ma之间。主量元素SiO_2含量介于54.44%~72.33%之间,中等富MgO(0.56%~1.55%),偏铝-强过铝,A/CNK=0.98~3.51,富集Cs、Rb、Th、U、Pb和轻稀土元素,无明显Eu异常,亏损Nb、Ta、Ti、P等,具明显的火山弧特征。Oyotún组火山岩εHf(t)值在3.37~8.42之间,且底部εHf(t)值显著低于顶部,指示其可能形成于活动陆缘弧后伸展背景下,由亏损地幔衍生的新生玄武质下地壳,经板片流体作用而产生的低程度部分熔融过程,并受到太古宙古老陆壳物质的混染,其混染程度随时代变新而逐渐减小。

manganese is an essential metal in human that functions in many enzymes. In contrast excessive exposure to Mn results in neurotoxicity. Accumulation of manganese damages central nervous system and causes Parkinson disease like syndrome called manganism. Mn neurotoxicity has been suggested to involve an imbalance in catecholamine neurotransmitters. It hypothesized that Mn can obstruct catecholamine synthesis pathway by inhibition of Tyrosine hydroxylase. Previous studies demonstrated that chronic and acute dose of Mn has different possible effects on catecholamine synthesis. It’s assumed that an acute dose of manganese can kill dopaminergic cells. Therefore, we focused the effect of Mn in catecholamine concentration on the rat’s brain by MnCl2 injection intraperitoneally and analyzed their brains after the time interval. This study used different acute doses in short time courses and different chronic doses at different exposing times to investigate which of them (exposing dose or time) is more important in Mn toxic effect. Measurement of catecholamine concentration performed by fluorescence assay in acidic and oxidant environment.

The discrepancy between the surgical technique and the type of adjuvant chemotherapy used in clinical trials and patient outcomes in terms of overall survival rates has led to the generation of different adjuvant treatment protocols in distinct parts of the *** adjuvant treatment recommendation is generally chemoradiotherapy in the United States,perioperative chemotherapy in the United Kingdom and parts of Europe,and chemotherapy in *** options mainly rely on the United States Intergroup-0116,United Kingdom British Medical Research Council Adjuvant gastric Infusional Chemotherapy,and the Asian Adjuvant Chemotherapy Trial of S-1 for gastric Cancer and Capecitabine and Oxaliplatin Adjuvant Study in Stomach Cancer ***,the benefits were evident for only certain patients,which were not very homogeneous regarding the type of surgery,chemotherapy regimens,and stage of *** the dissimilarities in survival are attributable to surgical technique or intrinsic biological differences is a subject of *** of the extent of surgery,multimodal therapy may offer modest survival advantage at least for diseases with lymph node ***,in the era of individualized treatment for most of the other cancer types,identification of special subgroups comprising those who will derive more or no benefit from adjuvant therapy merits further *** aim of this review is to reveal the historical evolution and future reflections of adjuvant treatment modalities for resected gastric cancer patients.

The present work is undertaken to studies the important factors affecting the stability of a light emission at immobilized photobacteria, and application PVAGs luminous biosensors for biomonitoring of toxicants. The intensity and stability of a light emission is competently controlled by: 1) intensity and persistens of a luminescent cycle using bacterial strain;2) type of the carrier and the composition of the gel-formation medium;3) freeze-thawing procedures;4) physical and chemical conditions of storage and application.

Kangaroo Mother Care and Neonatal Outcomes in the Pediatric Department of CHU gabriel Toure

Introduction: In mali, prematurity is currently the leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality at the gabriel Toure Hospital. Kangaroo Mother” care is an efficient and effective alternative care strategy for preterm and low birth weight babies. This study aimed to evaluate the epidemio-clinical and therapeutic profile of premature/hypotrophic newborns admitted to the “Kangaroo-mother” care unit. material and method: It was a retrospective study from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2012. Were included all stable preterm with gestational age between 28 - 37 weeks and hypotrophic newborns with a birth weight 10th percentile for gestational age. Results: One thousand and eighty-four patients (n = 1084) were included. The sex ratio was 1.2 (F = 592;M = 492). The mean birth weight was 1300 g (600 g - 2000 g). The mean gestational age was 32.69 (28 - 37). The mean age of the mothers was 24 years (13 - 45 years). Single pregnancies accounted for 85.1%. Discontinuation of care was 56%. Follow-up to 24 months was effective in 14% of patients. Sixteen percent of the patients died (n = 176). The mothers’ lack of schooling (p = 0.03) and birth weight major factors in the patients’ mortality. Conclusion: The kangaroo-mother care is an alternative means to improve the survival of preterm and low birth weight babies in mali.
