A graphical simulation is developed to calculate the map of the Indian Ocean debris drift, and using the experimental approach to study the alternative crash location of the vanished aircraft MH370. Drawing research used new discovered and known statistics of Oceanic surface currents map, and published satellite data of aircraft tracking to review the new critical data. Theory of prediction in a research for lost transport unit is the successful tool to control ongoing investigation. The entire area of the crash location of plane’s debris drift model is based on the early stage of the Oceanic mapping of underwater investigation. With discovering actual new facts, ongoing efforts are in stage to evaluate interpret factual findings. Appearance of MH370 aircraft wing part—flaperon ignited research trends of Indian Ocean debris drift mapping study with the purpose to isolate final crash location. On experimental basis, the article discusses the comparison of ongoing research of international groups in aim to point underwater search to the the site of plane crash. The process of Oceanic debris transport is a physics task, and the computation of debris drift can be observed on the interval statistics data set of Oceanic debris season. In this experimental simulation, on the base of Indian Ocean drift data—observer studied the possibility of the North Gyre debris transport trace to explain the timeout of single appearance of flaperon, declared in official investigation. The article resumes to study and to conclude the possible alternative approach of North Gyre crash location. Graphical computer visualization presented in a comparison to recent studies is conducted by Australian and Germany groups. Their trends on the scour survey of the first phase stage seabed mapping, oceanic surface search in a mean time, can be described as comparable approximations. There is substantial public concern about the health risks of proximity to petrochemical *** the Haifa Bay Area(HBA),which contains Israel’s densest industrial area,these concerns have been strengthened by elevated cancer mortality rates since the late *** studied the association between adolescent exposure to industrial air pollution in the HBA and adult-onset *** is a historical cohort *** study population comprised 2,187,317 subjects,using the Israeli medical corps data linked to the Israel National Cancer Registry with follow-up of up to 45 *** assessments were estimated by a spatial kriging interpolation model of SO2,serving as a marker for the dispersion of air pollution emitted from the complex during the study *** found increased crude(HR=1.23,95%CI=1.17 to 1.29)and adjusted(HR=1.16,95%CI=1.10 to 1.21)risk of cancer with increased exposure to air pollution in *** associations remained robust in analyses stratified by decade and socio-economic *** found evidence of monotonically increased risk in five of 13 cancer categories(leukemia,melanoma,female breast,central nervous system,and thyroid tumors).Our findings strengthen the hypothesis that this exposure posed a carcinogenic risk during the study period.

The main objective of this study is the search for methods of verification of bus rollover finite element simulation which can replace a full-scale verification rollover test using single bus section. An overview of the main verification methods of the computer simulation results of bus rollover is provided in the article. A bus section rollover test is conducted. A comparison between calculation and experiment results is performed. Features of bus section motion, which affect the construction deformation value, are analyzed on the basis of received good convergence between calculation and test results. The mathematical model of planar motion of the bus section until impact with ditch surface is given. This model can be used to verify values of the center of gravity velocities and accelerations of the bus section, obtained as a result of an FE (finite element) simulation.

Evidence for the existence of localized plastic flow au-to-waves generated in deforming metals

The localized plastic flow auto-waves observed for the stages of easy glide and linear work hardening in a number of metals are considered. The propagation rates were determined expe- rimentally for the auto-waves in question with the aid of focused-image holography. The dispersion relation of quadratic form derived for localized plastic flow auto-waves and the dependencies of phase and group rates on wave number are discussed. A detailed comparison of the quantitative characteristics of phase and group waves has revealed that the two types of wave are closely related. An invariant is introduced for localized plastic flow phenomena occurring on the micro-and macro-scale levels in the deforming solid.

A new approach is proposed to describe the autowave processes responsible for plastic deformation localiza-tion in metals and alloys. The existence of a quasi-particle, which corresponds to a localized plastic flow autowave, is postulated and its characteristics are determined. The above postulate leads to a number of cor-ollaries and quantitative assessments that are considered herein. The deformation processes occurring on the macro- and micro-scale levels are found to be directly related.

Investigation of male sterility mutations is an effective approach for identification of genes involved in anther and pollen development. The comparison of “cytological phenotypes” of newly induced mutants with phenotypes determined by already known genes favors elucidation of genetic control of diverse microsporo- and gametogenesis stages. In this paper, we describe pollen development in the grain sorghum line Zh10-asc1 with mutation of male sterility. This line was obtained from callus culture treated by sodium ascorbate. A wide spectrum of abnormalities in microsporogenesis have been found, such as cytomixis, chromosomal laggards, chromosome disjunction, adhesion of chromosomes, disturbed cytokinesis, and others. In tapetum, the cells with one nucleus, with unequal nuclei, and with micronuclei have been observed. During pollen grain (PG) maturation abnormalities in starch accumulation and delay of development often took place. In mature anthers, a variety of pollen grain types have been revealed: fertile, of irregular shape, incompletely filled with starch, PGs delayed at the uni-nucleate or bi-nucleate gametophyte stages, with partially or fully degenerated contents, and with abnormal coloration. Variation in spectrum and the frequency of disturbances between the flowers of one and the same plant have been revealed. The reasons for significant genetic and epigenetic instability are discussed.

Dear Editor , Artificial intelligence (AI) is the theory and development of computer systems that are able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. There are some knowledge and thinking tasks that humans cannot perform as perfectly as they wish to or should be able to. These tasks are closely related to security and responsibility. A multitude of cognitive distortions have been well explored1 and present opportunities to use AI for powerful assistance in thinking tasks. The core of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is the adoption of AI methods. This revolution has affected all aspects of human activities and medicine is one example. AI systems can usually include formal algorithms for subtasks that can be solved using logic, for example, a decision tree. The task solution process moves from logic point to logic point similar to a train on a railway. These algorithms are fast and have the ability to explain.

Two Algorithms of Power Loading for MCM System in Nakagami Fading Channel

We consider two non-iterative algorithms of adaptive power loading for multicarrier modulation (MCM) system, The first one minimizes the average power of the system transmitter and ensures the preset average bit-error rate, while the second reduces the average transmitting power subject to the given values of demanded bit-error rate and of the outage probability. The algorithms may be used for power-efficient management of the up-link in cellular communication, where mobile terminals use rechargeable batteries, or of the downlink in satellite communication with solar power source of a transponder. We present performance analysis of the adaptive MCM systems supported by computer simulation for the case of the m-Nakagami fading and additive white Gaussian noise in the forward and backward channels. Evaluation of the power gain of the proposed strategies and its comparison with uniform power loading shows that the gain depends on the fading depth and average signal to noise ratio in the system sub-channels.
