For increase in hardness (durability) and fire resistance (stability to melts metals) corundum ceramics on the basis of Al2O3 authors of the present work have suggested to protect for the first time its surface stronger and fire-resistant coverings, for example, from TiB2. In work results of high-temperature diffusion TiB2 in a surface of plates from Al 2O3 are shown. For the first time the method cathodeluminescencium (KL) for identification and a condition of atom Ti after diffusion is used, in for an establishment of its quantity used method X-ray spectrum the microanalysis (RSMA). Durability increase defined a method microindentification by means of a pyramid of Knoop and strength at a bend. Researches have shown perspectivity of hardening of a surface corundum ceramics and use of the above-stated methods for studying of results of diffusion.

A detailed analysis of the influence of Rydberg states to the behavior of GPS satellite signals in the D and E atmospheric layers has been carried out. It is demonstrated that these states are the main reason for the GPS signal distortion. It is shown that the behavior of satellite signals is associated with the spectral characteristics of the UHF radiation of the Rydberg states depending on the geomagnetic conditions of ionosphere. The foundations of the quantum theory of distortion and delay of GPS satellite signal propagation through D and E atmospheric layers are analyzed and expounded. The problem reduces to the resonant scattering of photons, moving in the electromagnetic field of the signal, to the Rydberg complexes populated in a two-temperature non-equilibrium plasma. The processes of creation of additional photons because of stimulated emission and resonance scattering of photons are considered. In the present work, the quantum theory of the propagation of a satellite signal in the Earth’s upper atmosphere, firstly earlier proposed by the same authors, is described in detail. The general problems of the theory and possible theoretical and applied consequences are discussed. It is explained that two main processes occurring here, are directly related to the resonant quantum properties of the propagation medium. The first process leads to a direct increase in the power of the received signal, and second—to a shift in the signal carrier frequency??and the time delay??of its propagation. The main reasons of the processes are scattering of the Rydberg electron by the ion core and presence of the neutral medium molecule in the intermediate autoionization states of the composite system populated by the strong non-adiabatic coupling of electron and nuclear motions. Purpose of the article is a presentation of possible solutions to the problem of global warming. The first is based on the physical properties of the Earth and its atmospheres. Another way represents reduction of anthropogenous influence on the climate. Efforts of international association in an agreement achievement among issuers’ greenhouse gas emissions on reduction of emissions are analyzed. It discusses an actual objectification problem of emissions quotes distribution based on the principle of differentiated responsibilities. For decision of this problem, it presents a mathematical algorithm of objectification of greenhouse gases distribution.

BACKGROUND One of the most notable applications for circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)detection in peripheral blood of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)is a long-term postoperative *** referred to as a“liquid(re)biopsy”it is a minimally invasive procedure and can be performed repeatedly at relatively short intervals(months or even weeks).The presence of the disease and the actual extent of the tumor burden(tumor mass)within the patient’s body can be *** is of particular importance,especially when evaluating radicality of surgical treatment as well as for early detection of disease progression or *** To confirm the radicality of surgery using ctDNA and compare available methods for detection of recurrence in metastatic colorectal *** total of 47 patients with detected ctDNA and indications for resection of mCRC were enrolled in the multicenter study involving three surgical *** postoperative follow-ups using imaging techniques and the determination of tumor markers were supplemented by ctDNA *** addition to the baseline ctDNA testing prior to surgery,a postoperative observation was conducted by evaluating ctDNA presence up to a week after surgery and subsequently at approximately three-month *** presence of ctDNA was correlated with radicality of surgical treatment and the actual clinical status of the *** Among the monitored patients,the R0(curative)resection correlated with postoperative ctDNA negativity in 26 out of 28 cases of surgical procedures(26/28,93%).In the remaining cases of R0 surgeries that displayed ctDNA,both patients were diagnosed with a recurrence of the disease after 6 *** 7 patients who underwent an R1 resection,4 ctDNA positivities(4/7,57%)were detected after surgery and associated with the confirmation of early disease recurrence(after 3 to 7 months).All 15 patients(15/15,100%)undergoing R2 resection remained constantly ctDNA positive dur
