big data is a concept that deals with large or complex data sets by using data analysis tools(e.g.,data mining,machine learning)to analyze information extracted from several sources *** data has attracted wide attention from academia,for example,in supporting patients and health professionals by improving the accuracy of decision-making,diagnosis and disease *** research aimed to perform a bibliometric Performance and Network Analysis(bPNA)supported by a Scoping Review(SR)to depict the strategic themes,thematic evolution structure,main challenges and opportunities related to the concept of big data applied in the healthcare *** this goal in mind,4857 documents from the Web of Science covering the period between 2009 to June 2020 were analyzed with the support of SciMAT *** bibliometric performance showed the number of publications and citations over time,scientific productivity and the geographic distribution of publications and research *** strategic diagram yielded 20 clusters and their relative importance in terms of centrality and *** thematic evolution structure presented the most important themes and how it changes over ***,we presented the main challenges and future opportunities of big data in healthcare.

Stochastic seismic inversion and bayesian facies classification applied to porosity modeling and igneous rock identification

We apply stochastic seismic inversion and bayesian facies classification for porosity modeling and igneous rock identification in the presalt interval of the Santos basin. This integration of seismic and well-derived information enhances reservoir characterization. Stochastic inversion and bayesian classification are powerful tools because they permit addressing the uncertainties in the model. We used the ES-MDA algorithm to achieve the realizations equivalent to the percentiles P10, P50, and P90 of acoustic impedance, a novel method for acoustic inversion in presalt. The facies were divided into five: reservoir 1,reservoir 2, tight carbonates, clayey rocks, and igneous rocks. To deal with the overlaps in acoustic impedance values of facies, we included geological information using a priori probability, indicating that structural highs are reservoir-dominated. To illustrate our approach, we conducted porosity modeling using facies-related rock-physics models for rock-physics inversion in an area with a well drilled in a coquina bank and evaluated the thickness and extension of an igneous intrusion near the carbonate-salt interface. The modeled porosity and the classified seismic facies are in good agreement with the ones observed in the wells. Notably, the coquinas bank presents an improvement in the porosity towards the top. The a priori probability model was crucial for limiting the clayey rocks to the structural lows. In Well b, the hit rate of the igneous rock in the three scenarios is higher than 60%, showing an excellent thickness-prediction capability.

bladder cancer(bC)is the 10th most common cancer worldwide,with about 0.5 million reported new cases and about 0.2 million deaths per *** this scoping review,we summarize the current evidence regarding the clinical implications of single-cell sequencing for bladder cancer based on PRISMA *** searched PubMed,CENTRAL,Embase,and supplemented with manual searches through the Scopus,and Web of Science for published studies until February *** included original studies that used at least one single-cell technology to study bladder ***-one publications were included in the ***-nine studies showed that this technology can identify cell subtypes in the tumor microenvironment that may predict prognosis or response to immune checkpoint inhibition *** studies were able to diagnose bC by identifying neoplastic cells through single-cell sequencing urine *** remaining studies were mainly a preclinical exploration of tumor microenvironment at single cell ***-cell sequencing technology can discriminate heterogeneity in bladder tumor cells and determine the key molecular properties that can lead to the discovery of novel perspectives on cancer *** nascent tool can advance the early diagnosis,prognosis judgment,and targeted therapy of bladder cancer.

In Silico and in Vitro Analysis of Pyrazolone Derivatives against Zika Virus and Identification of Potential NS5 Methyltransferase Inhibitors by Molecular Docking

Zika virus (ZIKV), a mosquito-borne flavivirus, has been associated with benign infections for decades. However, it has become a public health concern due to its association with severe fetal and neurological complications. Although many efforts have been made to control ZIKV infection, approved vaccines or antiviral drugs are still lacking. Consequently, the development of new effective anti-ZIKV agents is urgently needed. In this context, we investigated the antiviral potential of pyrazolone derivatives against ZIKV replication using in silico and in vitro methods. The four pyrazolone derivatives evaluated (1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d) inhibited over 50% of ZIKV replication with low cytotoxicity. Among them, compound 1b exhibited the most potent activity (EC50 = 4.3 μM) and the highest selectivity (SI = 342). Mechanism of action studies indicated that these compounds act at early stages of virus replication, and compound 1b can also directly inactivate ZIKV particles. Molecular docking studies suggested that these compounds can bind to and block the activity of ZIKV NS5 methyltransferase. Finally, pharmacokinetic and toxicological predictions have reinforced the safety and drug-like profiles of these derivatives. In conclusion, the pyrazolone scaffold proved to be valuable for anti-ZIKV drug development, and the derivatives studied deserve further investigation.

Exact recession velocity and cosmic redshift based on cosmological principle and Yang-Mills gravity

based on the cosmological principle and quantum Yang-Mills gravity in the super-macroscopic limit, we obtain an exact recession velocity and cosmic redshift z, as measured in an inertial frame F≡F(t,x,y,z). For a matter-dominated universe, we have the effective cosmic metric tensor Gμν(t)=(b^2(t),-A^2(t),-A^2(t),-A^2(t)), A∝b∝t^1/2, where t has the operational meaning of time in F frame. We assume a cosmic action S≡Scos involving Gμν(t) and derive the ‘Okubo equation’ of motion, G^μν(t)■μS■νS-m^2=0, for a distant galaxy with mass m. This cosmic equation predicts an exact recession velocity, r=rH/[1/2+√1/4+r^2H^2/C0^2]b/A, as observed in the inertial frame F. For small velocities, we have the usual Hubble's law r≈rH for recession velocities. Following the formulation of the accelerated Wu-Doppler effect, we investigate cosmic redshifts z as measured in F. It is natural to assume the massless Okubo equation, G^μν(t)■μψe■νψe=0, for light emitted from accelerated distant galaxies. based on the principle of limiting continuation of physical laws, we obtain a transformation for covariant wave 4-vectors between and inertial and an accelerated frame, and predict a relationship for the exact recession velocity and cosmic redshift, z=[(1+Vr)/(1-Vr^2)1/2]-1, where Vr=r/Cobserved in the inertial frame F. These predictions of the cosmic model are consistent with experiments for small velocities and should be further tested.

The Catabacteriaceae is a new bacterial family aerobic, non-sporulating, Gram-positive coccobacillus that is with a unique member： Catabacter hongkongensis is a strictly anphylogenetically related to some clostridial clusters. Little is known of its epidemiology and environmental distribution, but the inclusion of its 16S rRNA gene sequence in Genbank has allowed it to be detected qualitatively. As a first approach for prospective surveys, a real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR） procedure to identify C. hongkongensis has been developed. The presence of Catabacteriaceae in 29 water bodies subjected to possible human or animal impact has been investigated. Four of them were positive. The results confirm that highly polluted water can contain C hongkongensis.

We report for the first time the presence of local populations of the starfish Odontaster penicillatus in the regions of Atacama and Antofagasta,*** finding indicates an extension of the distribution limit of 500 km with respect to the last observation made in 2007 in Isla Grande de Atacama.A total of 121 specimens of *** were recorded at depths of between 8 m and 24 *** were associated with rocky substrate and with different species of barnacles,sponges and *** presence of *** expands the knowledge of the benthic biodiversity of the region,and the development of studies on its ecological importance will be promoted.
