＜正＞在自然的声环境中,声音通常以一定的序列出现。因此,了解一个声音的出现如何影响听觉系统对在时间上后续出现的声音的编码,对我们认识和理解听觉系统在复杂多变的声环境中如何编码听觉信息有很重要的意义。本研究以听皮层神经元的双耳强度感受野和反应域为研究对象,测定一个先前出现的声刺激如何影响猫的主听区神经元的双耳强度感受野和反应域。实验在由戊巴比妥钠麻醉的猫上进行。声刺激系统为封闭声场,声音为时程50m.、升降时间6m.的纯音,序列声刺激之间的时间间隔大于50m.。序列声中,在时间上先出现的声刺激为条件声刺激,后出现的声刺激

This study explores how the chem.cal interaction between m.gnesium.hydride(m.H_(2))and the additive CrO_(3) influences the hydrogen/lithium.storage characteristics of m.H_(2).We have observed that a 5 wt.%CrO_(3) additive reduces the dehydrogenation activation energy of m.H_(2) by 68 kJ/m.l and lowers the required dehydrogenation tem.erature by 80℃.CrO_(3) added m.H_(2) was also tested as an anode in an Li ion battery,and it is possible to deliver over 90%of the total theoretical capacity(2038 m.h/g).Evidence for im.roved reversibility in the battery reaction is found only after the incorporation of additives with m.H_(2).In depth characterization study by X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique provides convincing evidence that the CrO_(3) additive interacts with m.H_(2) and produces Cr/m.O *** free energy analyses confirm.the therm.dynam.c feasibility of conversion from.m.H_(2)/CrO_(3) to m.O/Cr,which is well supported by the identification of Cr(0)in the powder by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** high resolution transm.ssion electron m.croscopy(HRTEm.and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)we found evidence for the presence of 5 nm.size Cr nanocrystals on the surface of m.O rock salt *** is also convincing ground to consider that m.O rock salt accom.odates Cr in the *** observations support the argum.nt that creation of active m.tal–m.tal dissolved rock salt oxide interface m.y be vital for im.roving the reactivity of m.H_(2),both for the im.roved storage of hydrogen and lithium.

目的旨在对目前提供急性照护的医院识别认知障碍患者以及在病历中记录和管理认知相关信息的实际情况及政策要求和推荐方法进行综述。方法采用Whittem.re和Knaf1的五步法,系统检索m.dline,CINAHL和Scopus数据库,并检索了灰色文献来源。纳人了提供急性照护的医院已实施的患者认知障碍识别和认知信息管理相关的文献。采用混合方法评价工具和灰色文献质量评估清单对文章质量进行评价。采用主题分析法呈现和整合结果。该综述已在PROSPERO预注册(CRD42022343577)。结果共22篇原始研究文献和10篇政府/行业文件被纳人分析。结果显示,实践和政策之间存在差距。尽管在政策层面上高度重视认知障碍的识别、认知相关信息的透明度,以及与患者、家属和照顾者(如适用)之间的互动,但有时在临床实践中,认知评估是非正式的,患者的认知相关信息未作记录,与患者、家属和照顾者的互动也存在不足。结论.通过整合认知评估,利用信息技术开发信息管理综合系统,建立相关法律法规,提供教育与和培训,并采用国家层面的策略,有可能显著改善对认知障碍患者的识别和护理。

Objective To investigate the alterations in auditory brainstem.evoked responses (ABRs) and the changes of carboplatin-induced ototoxicity in the cochlear oxidant/antioxidant system. and otoprotection by an antioxidant lipoate. m.thods m.le wistar rats were divided into four groups and treated as follows: 1) vehicle (saline) control, 2) carboplatin (256 m./kg, i.p.), 3) lipoate (100 m./kg, i.p.), 4) lipoate + carboplatin. Post-treatm.nt ABRs were perform.d after four days and rats were sacrificed with their cochleae harvested and analyzed. Results Carboplatin significantly elevated ABR threshold above the pretreatm.nt thresholds. Lipoate+carboplatin treated rats showed decreased elevation of hearing threshold. Carboplatin significantly depleted cochlear reduced to oxizized glutathione (GSH/GSSG) ratio, whereas lipoate+carboplatin treatm.nt increased GSH/GSSG ratio. Carboplatin significantly decreased cochlear copper zinc-superoxide dism.tase (CuZn-SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione reductase (GR) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activities and enzym. protein expressions and a significant increase in m.-SOD activity, protein expression and m.londialdehyde (m.A) level. Cochlear antioxidant enzym. activities, enzym. protein expressions and m.A level were partially restored in lipoate+carboplatin treated rats, com.ared to carboplatin alone. Conclusion Carboplatin-induced ototoxicity is related to im.airm.nt of cochlear antioxidant system.and otoprotection conferred by lipoate is associated with partial sparing of the cochlear antioxidant defense system.

The fabrication of electrocatalysts with high activity and acid stability for acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is an urgent need,yet extrem.ly ***,we report the design and successful fabrication of a high perform.nce self-supported cogwheel arrays-like nanoporous Ir_(x)Ru_(1−x)O_(2) catalyst with abundant atom.c steps for acidic OER using a facile alloy-spinningelectrochem.cal activation m.thod that allows large-scale *** obtained Ir_(x)Ru_(1−x)O_(2) catalysts m.rely need overpotentials of 211 and 295 m. to deliver catalytic current densities of 10 and 300 m.·cm.(−2) in 0.5 m.H_(2)SO_(4),respectively,and can sustain constant OER electrolysis for at least 140 h at a high current density of 300 m.·cm.(−2).Further density functional theory(DFT)calculations uncover that such high intrinsic activities m.inly originate from.the largely exposed high-index atom.c step planes,which m.rkedly lower the lim.ting potential of the rate-determ.ning step(RDS)of *** findings provide an insight into the exploration of high perform.nce electrocatalysts,and open up an avenue for further developing the state-of-theart Ir and/or Ru-based catalysts for large-scale practical applications.
