Analysis of drivers’characteristic driving operations based on combined features

Folic acid,served as dietary supplement,is closely linked to one-carbon metabolism and methionine *** clinical evidence indicated that folic acid supplementation displays dual effect on cancer development,promoting or suppressing tumor formation and ***,the underlying mechanism remains to be ***,we report that high-folate diet significantly promotes cancer development in mice with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)induced by DEN/high-fat diet(HFD),simultaneously with increased expression of methionine adenosyltransferase 2A(gene name,MAT2A;protein name,MATIIα),the key enzyme in methionine metabolism,and acceleration of methionine cycle in cancer *** contrast,folate-free diet reduces MATIIαexpression and impedes HFD-induced HCC ***,methionine metabolism is dynamically reprogrammed with valosin-containing protein p97/p47 complex-interacting protein(VCIP135)which functions as a deubiquitylating enzyme to bind and stabilize MATIIαin response to folic acid ***,upregulation of MATIIαexpression is positively correlated with increased VCIP135 protein level in human HCC tissues compared to adjacent ***,liver-specific knockout of Mat2a remarkably abolishes the advocating effect of folic acid on HFD-induced HCC,demonstrating that the effect of high or free folate-diet on HFD-induced HCC relies on ***,folate and multiple intermediate metabolites in one-carbon metabolism are significantly decreased in vivo and in vitro upon Mat2a ***,folate promotes the integration of methionine and one-carbon metabolism,contributing to HCC development via hijacking MATIIαmetabolic *** study provides insight into folate-promoted cancer development,strongly recommending the tailor-made folate supplement guideline for both sub-healthy populations and patients with cancer expressing high level of MATIIαexpression.

A geochemical investigation of the free and carbonate-bound organic matter in the clay-sized fraction of argillaceous source rocks and its significance for biogenic interpretation

The molecular composition and biomarker distribution of various occurrences of organic matter in argillaceous source rocks developed in fresh and saline lacustrine environments were revealed by successive treatments of solvent extraction followed by acid hydrolysis using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The free fraction obtained by solvent extraction provided abundant geochemical information concerning the sedimentary environment, thermal maturity and biogenic origin, and obvious differences existed between fresh and saline lacustrine source rock samples. Our research results indicate that the carbonate-mineral-bound(CM-bound) fraction released by successive acid hydrolysis could also serve as a significant biogenic indicator, as the bicyclic sesquiterpenoids, indicative of Botryococcus braunii origin, were specifically detected in quite high abundance in the acid-soluble fraction. In addition, the light end hydrocarbons were much better preserved in the acid-soluble fraction, and elemental sulfur was only detected in the CM-bound fraction, suggesting a relatively confined environment for the CM-bound fraction, which thus could preserve additional geochemical information compared to that of the free fraction. The CM-bound fraction also exhibited discernable differences between fresh and saline lacustrine samples. Therefore, it can be concluded that comprehensive analysis of free and CM-bound fractions in the argillaceous source rocks can provide a more authentic and objective interpretation of geologic conditions.

Dynamic Per-flow Queuing to Reduce Competitions Among Large Number of Flows

Per-flow queuing is believed to be able to guarantee advanced Quality of service(Qo S) for each flow at high speed routers. With the dramatic increase for both link speed and number of traffic flows, per-flow queuing confronts a great challenge, since millions of queues need to be maintained for implementation in a traditional sense. In this paper, setting only a small number of physical queues,we propose a Dynamic per-flow queuing(DPFQ) mechanism that achievesthe same performance as per-flow queuing at a cost of an additional Binary content addressable memory(BCAM). The proposed mechanism works due to the fact that the number of simultaneous active flows at a mini-time scale in the router buffer is much smaller than that of in-progress flows. In DPFQ, a physical queue is created on demand when a new flow comes, and released when the flow temporarily pauses or finishes. A small BCAM is occupied to map flows to queues, so as to guarantee that only the packets from the same flow are buffered in any assigned queue. Through analysis and simulation we show that using a small number of physical queues,DPFQ achieves both low operation delay and power consumption.

TIME AND POLING HISTORY DEPENDENT ENERGY STORAGE AND DISCHARGE BEHAVIORS IN POLY(VINYLIDENE FLUORIDE-CO-HEXAFLUOROPROPYLENE) RANDOM COPOLYMERS

We studied cycle time （0.01-10 s with triangular input waves） and poling history （continuous versus fresh poling） dependent electric energy storage and discharge behaviors in poly（vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene） [P（VDF- HFP）] films using the electric displacement -- the electric field （D-E） hysteresis loop measurements. Since the permanent dipoles in PVDF are orientational in nature, it is generally considered that both charging and discharging processes should be time and poling history dependent. Intriguingly, our experimental results showed that the charging process depended heavily on the cycle time and the prior poling history, and thus the D-E hysteresis loops had different shapes accordingly. However, the discharged energy density did not change no matter how the D-E loop shape varied due to different measurements. This experimental result could be explained in terms of reversible and irreversible polarizations. The reversible polarization could be charged and discharged fairly quickly （〈 5 ms for each process）, while the irreversible polarization depended heavily on the poling time and the prior poling history. This study suggests that it is only meaningful to compare the discharged energy density for PVDF and its copolymer films when different cycle times and poling histories are used.

Aqueous-Phase Synthesis ofAg-TiO2-Reduced Graphene Oxide and Pt-TiO2-Reduced Graphene Oxide Hybrid Nanostructures and Their Catalytic Properties

We demonstrate an aqueous solution method for the synthesis of a Ag-TiO2-reduced graphene oxide （rGO） hybrid nanostructure （NS） in which the Ag and TiO2 particles are well dispersed on the rGO sheet. The Ag-TiO2-rGO NS was then used as a template to synthesize Pt-TiO2-rGO NS. The resulting hybrid NSs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, high-resolution TEM （HRTEM）, energy-dispersive X-ray （EDX） spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）, and catalytic studies. It was found that TiO2-rGO, Ag-TiO2-rGO and Pt-TiO2-rGO NSs all show catalytic activity for the reduction of p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol by NaBH4, and that Pt-TiO2-rGO NS exhibits the highest catalytic activity as well as excellent stability and easy recyclability.

Geological analysis of gravitational rock slope deformation：a case from Nujiang River, China

This paper presents a study on the gravityinduced rock slope deformation observed along the Nujiang River in China. We performed a comprehensive field investigation and analysis to identify the deformation pattern of the slope and its triggering factors. Moreover, a geologicalevolutionary model was developed, and it considers the effects of river incision and rock mass degradation caused by weathering and simulates the mechanisms underlying the initiation and progression of the slope deformation. The results support the proposed failure mechanism in which fractures within the slope are induced by rock mass degradation caused by weathering. Importantly, the modeling reveals that compressional deformation at the toe of the slope results in a tensile failure in the upper portion of the slope, demonstrating that the rock mass in the slope toe is the key factor inducing slope deformation. This analysis of slope deformation and its spatial and temporal correlations with rock weathering and river incision reveal the main triggering factors that control the evolution of the studied slope and provide insights into the deformation process.

Impact of EnKF assimilating Himawari-8 all-sky infrared radiance on the forecasting of a warm-sector rainstorm event

Warm-sector rainstorms are highly localized events, with weather systems and triggering mechanisms are not obvious,leading to limited forecasting capabilities in numerical models. Based on the ensemble Kalman filter(PSU-En KF) assimilation system and the regional mesoscale model WRF, this study conducted a simulation experiment assimilating all-sky infrared(IR)radiance for a warm-sector rainstorm in East China and investigated the positive impact of assimilating the Himawari-8 moisture channel all-sky IR radiance on the forecast of the rainstorm. Results indicate that hourly cycling assimilation of all-sky IR radiance can significantly improve the forecast accuracy of this warm-sector rainstorm. There is a notable increase in the Threat Score(TS), with the simulated location and intensity of the 3-hour precipitation aligning more closely with observations. These improvements result from the assimilation of cloud-affected radiance, which introduces more mesoscale convective information into the model's initial fields. The adjustments include enhancements to the moisture field, such as increased humidity and moisture transport, and modifications to the wind field, including the intrusion of mid-level cold air and the strengthening of lowlevel convergent shear. These factors are critical in improving the forecast of this warm-sector rainstorm event.
