目的分析1990―2019年中国阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)与其他痴呆症的疾病负担变化趋势及其危险因素,为合理配置卫生资源和制定针对AD与其他痴呆症防治策略提供依据。方法收集2019年全球疾病负担(global burden of disease 2019,GBD 2019)研究中1990、2000、2010和2019年中国AD与其他痴呆症疾病负担的相关数据,采用伤残损失健康寿命年(years lived with disability,YLD)、死亡损失寿命年(years of life lost,YLL)、伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted life years,DALY)、人群归因分值(population attributable fraction,PAF)等指标对1990―2019年中国AD与其他痴呆症及其危险因素疾病负担进行描述,并对比分析与全球AD疾病负担的差异性。结果2019年中国AD的YLD率、YLL率和DALY率均随年龄增大而升高,其中≥95岁人群疾病负担最重。中国1990―2019年AD的标化YLD率、YLL率和DALY率分别增加了1.35%、-0.12%和0.29%,全球的标化YLD率、YLL率和DALY率分别增加了0.28%、0.15%和0.19%。1990―2019年中国AD危险归因分析可见,行为因素和代谢因素均导致AD疾病负担的增加。女性由行为因素造成的疾病风险高于男性,而由代谢因素造成的疾病风险低于男性。结论尽管AD的疾病负担仍持续增加,但可以通过对包括行为和代谢因素等危险因素制定有针对性的预防和控制策略来进行有效控制。

Multicomponent polymerizations(MCPs)are powerful tools to synthesize functional polymers with great structural diversity,low cost and high efficiency,which usually generate single polymer ***,a robust one-pot diamines,CS_(2)and monoisocyanide-participated catalyst-free polymerization was developed at room temperature to produce polythiourea and thioformamide simultaneously in equal equivalent,which was featured with cheap monomers,simple operation and mild condition,affording various polythioureas with high Mws of up to 4.75×10^(4)g/mol in high yields of up to 98%.Polythioureas with varied chain composition and sequence-controlled structure could be synthesized in 62 g-scale from copolymerization or multicomponent tandem polymerization,enabling facile tuning of thermal property,crystallinity,mechanical property,and *** abundant irregular hydrogen bonds endowed the polythioureas excellent glassy state self-healing property at room temperature or below 0℃.This polymerization provided an efficient and economic approach to access functional polythioureas.

城市排水管道常出现堵塞、老化、腐蚀、破损等情况,严重影响城市的健康发展和市民的正常生活。通过分析当前排水管道缺陷识别方法的局限性,构建了基于YOLOv5s的排水管道缺陷识别模型,对10种常见的排水管道缺陷进行学习、训练和验证,通过数据收集、数据处理、模型训练和目标检测4个步骤,完成了排水管道缺陷的智能识别。实验结果表明,排水管道缺陷识别模型的多类别平均精确度达到了85.42%(其中错口、异物穿入、渗漏(附着型)和破裂4种缺陷识别的平均精确度分别达到了93.6%、91.7%、91.7%和91.3%),验证了该模型的有效性。另外,YOLOv5s模型相较于Faster R-CNN模型,多类别平均精确度更高,并且具有模型内存更小、检测速度更快的明显优势,大幅提升了模型的工程适用性。

Polymerization-induced self-assembly(PISA)enables the simultaneous growth and self-assembly of block copolymers in one pot and therefore has developed into a high-efficiency platform for the preparation of polymer assemblies with high concentration and excellent *** the past decade,the driving force of PISA has extended from hydrophobic interactions to other supramolecular interactions,which has greatly innovated the design of PISA,enlarged the monomer/solvent toolkit,and endowed the polymer assemblies with intrinsic dynamicity and *** unravel the important role of driving forces in the formation of polymeric assemblies,this review summarized the recent development of PISA from the perspective of driving *** by this goal,here we give a brief overview of the basic principles of PISA and systematically discuss the various driving forces in the PISA system,including hydrophobic interactions,hydrogen bonding,electrostatic interactions,andπ-π***,PISA systems that are driven and regulated by crystallization or liquid crystalline ordering were also highlighted.

The out-of-plane squeeze-out effect in relativistic heavy ion collisions is used to estimate the reaction plane by performing a modified transverse momentum analysis.A technique for investigating the azimuthal correlation between the out-of-plane squeeze-out and directed in-plane flow is described.A clear signature of the azimuthal correlation is evidenced in the 600 A MeV Au+Au reaction from the quantum molecular dynamic model calculations.

To address the relatively mediocre mechanical properties of single-phase multi-component carbide ceramics,a phase transition from a single phase to multiple phases was proposed to achieve superior mechanical properties.A series of(TiZrV_(x)Nb)C_(0.8) ceramics with different V contents were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS).The influence of the V content on the phase composition,microstructural evolution,and mechanical properties was investigated in *** transition behavior from a single phase to multiple phases is discovered and *** formation of the Zr-rich phase and Zr-poor phase can be attributed to the increase in lattice distortion and mixed enthalpy caused by the addition of V.A nanometer lamellar structure with a semi-coherent interface obtained via in situ decomposition is reported for the first time in multi-component carbide *** semi-coherent interfaces with high dislocation density and strain concentration effectively improve the mechanical properties,grain refinement,and multi-phase *** optimal comprehensive mechanical properties of the Vickers hardness(26.3 GPa),flexural strength(369 MPa),and fracture toughness(3.1 MPa·m^(1/2))were achieved for the sample with 20 mol%V.
