Metal halide perovskites have emerged as promising light-emitting materials for next-generation displays owing to their remarkable material characterist.cs including broad color tunability,pure color emission with remarkably narrow bandwidths,high quantum yield,and solution *** recent advances have pushed the luminance efficiency of monochromic perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)to their theoret.cal limits,their current fabrication using the spincoating process poses limitations for fabrication of full-color *** integrate PeLEDs into full-color display panels,it is crucial to pattern red–green–blue(RGB)perovskite pixels,while mitigating issues such as cross-contamination and reductions in luminous ***,we present state-of-the-art patterning t.chnologies for the development of full-color ***,we highlight recent advances in the development of efficient ***,we discuss various patterning t.chniques of MPHs(i.e.,photolithography,inkjet printing,electron beam lithography and laserassisted lithography,electrohydrodynamic jet printing,thermal evaporation,and transfer printing)for fabrication of RGB pixelated *** patterning t.chniques can be classified into two distinct approaches:in situ crystallization patterning using perovskite precursors and patterning of colloidal perovskite *** review highlights advancements and limitations in patterning t.chniques for PeLEDs,paving the way for integrating PeLEDs into full-color panels.

two-stage dynamic recrystallization and texture evolution in Al-7Mg alloy during hot torsion

Hot torsion tests were performed on the Al-7Mg alloy at the temperature ranging from 300 to 500℃ and strain rates between 0.05 and 5 s^(-1) to explore the progressive dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and texture *** DRX behavior of the alloy manifested two distinct stages:Stage 1 at strain of≤2 and Stage 2 at strains of≥*** Stage 1,there was a slight increase in the DRXed grain fraction(X_(DRX))with predominance of discontinuous DRX(DDRX),followed by a modest.change in X_(DRX) until the transition to Stage *** 2 was marked by an accelerated rate of DRX,culminating in a substantial final X_(DRX) of~*** backscattered diffraction(EBSD)analysis on a sample in Stage 2 revealed that.continuous DRX(cDRX)predominantly occurred within the(121)[001]grains,whereas the(111)[110]grains underwent a geometric DRX(GDRX)evolution without a not.ceable sub-grain ***,a modified Avrami’s DRX kinet.cs model was utilized to predict the microstructural refinement in the Al-7Mg alloy during the DRX *** this kinet.cs model did not accurately capture the DDRX behavior in Stage 1,it effectively simulated the DRX rate in Stage *** texture index was employed to assess the evolution of the texture isotropy during hot-torsion test,demonstrating significant improvement(>75%)in texture randomness before the commencement of Stage *** initial texture evolution is attributed to the rotation of parent grains and the substructure evolution,rather than to an increase in X_(DRX).

In designing efficient perovskite solar cells(PScs),the selection of suitable electron transport layers(EtLs)is crit.cal to the final device performance as they determine the driving force for selective charge ***_(2)nanopart.cles(NPs)based EtLs have been a popular choice for PScs due to superior electron mobility,but their relatively deep-lying conduction band energy levels(EcB)result in substantial potential ***,tiO_(2)NPs establish favorable band alignment owing to shallower EcB,but their low intrinsic mobility and abundant surface trap sites impede the final *** this reason,constructing a cascaded bilayer EtL is highly desirable for efficient PScs,as it.can rearrange energy levels and exploit on advantages of an individual *** this study,we prepare SnO_(2)NPs and acetylacetone-modified tiO_(2)(Acac-tiO_(2))NPs and implement them as bilayer SnO_(2)/Acac-tiO_(2)(BSt)EtL,to assemble cascaded energy band ***_(2)contributes to rapid charge carrier transport from high electron mobility while Acac-tiO_(2)minimizes band-offset and effectively suppresses interfacial ***,the optimized BSt EtL generates synergist.c influence and delivers power conversion efficiency(PcE)as high as 23.14%with open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))reaching 1.14 ***,the BSt EtL is transferred to a large scale and the corresponding mini module demonstrates peak performance of 18.39%PcE from 25 cm^(2)aperture ***,the BSt-based mini module exhibit excellent stability,maintaining 83.1%of its initial efficiency after 1000 h under simultaneous 1 Sun light-soaking and damp heat(85℃/RH 85%)environment.

(Hf,Zr)O_(2)offers considerable potential for next-generation semiconductor devices owing to its nonvolatile spontaneous polarization at the ***,scaling this material to sub-5 nm thickness poses several challenges,including the formation of an interfacial layer and high trap *** part.cular,a low-k SiO_(2)interfacial layer is naturally formed when(Hf,Zr)O_(2)films are directly grown on a Si substrate,leading to high depolarization fields and rapid reduction of the remanent *** address these issues,we conducted a study to significantly improve ferroelectricity and switching endurance of(Hf,Zr)O_(2)films with sub-5 nm thicknesses by inserting a tiO_(2)interfacial *** deposition of a ti film prior to Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)film deposition resulted in a high-k tiO_(2)interfacial layer and prevented the direct.cont.ct of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)with *** findings show that the high-k tiO_(2)interfacial layer can reduce the SiO_(2)/Si interface trap density and the depolarization field,resulting in a switchable polarization of 60.2μc/cm^(2)for a 5 nm thick Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)***,we propose that inserting a high-k tiO_(2)interfacial layer between the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)film and the Si substrate may offer a promising solution to enhancing the ferroelectricity and reliability of(Hf,Zr)O_(2)grown on the Si substrate and can pave the way for next-generation semiconductor devices with improved performance.

A Preliminary comparative Study on the centering Algorithms for cassiniISS NAc Images

Obtaining high precision is an important.consideration for astrometric studies using images from the Narrow Angle camera(NAc)of the cassini Imaging Science Subsystem(ISS).Selecting the best.centering algorithm is key to enhancing astrometric *** this study,we compared the accuracy of five centering algorithms:Gaussian fitting,the modified moments method,and three point-spread function(PSF)fitting methods(effective PSF(ePSF),PSFEx,and extended PSF(x PSF)from the cassini Imaging central Laboratory for Operations(cIcLOPS)).We assessed these algorithms using 70 ISS NAc star field images taken with cL1 and cL2 filters across different stellar *** ePSF method consistently demonstrated the highest accuracy,achieving precision below 0.03 pixels for stars of magnitude *** to the previously considered best,the modified moments method,the e PSF method improved overall accuracy by about 10%and 21%in the sample and line directions,***,the xPSF model provided by cIcLOPS had lower precision than the ***,the ePSF exhibits an improvement in measurement precision of 23%and 17%in the sample and line directions,respectively,over the *** discrepancy might be attributed to the xPSF focusing on photometry rather than *** findings highlight the necessity of constructing PSF models specifically tailored for astrometric purposes in NAc images and provide guidance for enhancing astrometric measurements using these ISS NAc images.

Health risks of pest.control and disinfection workers after the cOVID-19 outbreak in South Korea

the exposure patterns of pest.control and disinfection workers have changed after the coronavirus disease 2019(cOVID-19)outbreak,but the health risks of chemical exposure have not been *** identified these workers’chemical exposure patterns and risks before and after the cOVID-19 *** used data conducted between 2018(pre-pandemic)and 2021(post-pandemic)from three-year cross-sectional surveys on pest.control and disinfection *** and dermal exposure concentrations were estimated using equations based on a biocidal product risk assessment model from the Korean National Institute of Environmental *** non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of chemicals were calculated using the United States Environmental Prot.ction Agency risk assessment *** found that the annual work frequency(50^(th)percentile)of foggers using disinfectants increased the most among all the work types,from 140 uses/year to 176 uses/year after the cOVID-19 ***,all chemicals’non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks increased regardless of exposure *** the worst scenario(95^(th)percentile),the margin of exposure for citric acid,benzethonium chloride,benzyl-c12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides,and sodium chlorite of inhalation exposure,and isopropyl alcohol and benzyl-c12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides of dermal exposure were acceptable(>100)before the cOVID-19outbreak but became unacceptable(ter the cOVID-19 *** risks of dichlorvos from inhalation and dermal exposure were above acceptable levels(>10^(-6))before and after the cOVID-19 outbreak but.comparatively high after the cOVID-19 ***,significantly more workers experienced health symptoms after the cOVID-19outbreak(pth the most.common being muscle lethargy(31%),skin/face stinging(28.7%),and breath shortness/neck pain(24.1%).
