Some cinobufagin oxime ether derivatives as potential Na＋/K＋-AtPase inkibitors were synthesized by following the side chain of istaroxime. these compounds inhibit Na＋/K＋-AtPase in a dose-dependent manner. compound 3c with an oxyethylamine side chain that is the same as that of istaroxime showed the most potent inhibi- tion, which was stronger than compound 3a with only hydroxyoxime moiety at.c3 and compound 3b with a methy-lated hydroxyoxime moiety. Molecular docking was used to explore the binding modes of the target.compounds with Na＋/K＋-AtPase, which suggested that the longer ethyl amine group at.c3 oxime moiety of compound 3c could make stronger interaction with Na＋/K＋-AtPase via intermolecular charge-charge and H-bond interaction as compared with other derivatives.

In recent years,the Internet of things(Iot)has gradually developed applications such as collecting sensory data and building intelligent services,which has led to an explosion in mobile data ***,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,semant.c communication has attracted great attention as a new communication ***,for Iot devices,however,processing image information efficiently in real time is an essential task for the rapid transmission of semant.c *** the increase of model parameters in deep learning methods,the model inference time in sensor devices continues to *** contrast,the Pulse coupled Neural Network(PcNN)has fewer parameters,making it more suitable for processing real-time scene tasks such as image segmentation,which lays the foundation for real-time,effective,and accurate image ***,the parameters of PcNN are determined by trial and error,which limits its *** overcome this limitation,an Improved Pulse coupled Neural Networks(IPcNN)model is proposed in this *** IPcNN constructs the connection between the stat.c properties of the input image and the dynamic properties of the neurons,and all its parameters are set adaptively,which avoids the inconvenience of manual setting in traditional methods and improves the adaptability of parameters to different types of *** segmentation results demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the proposed self-adaptive parameter setting method of IPcNN on the gray images and natural images from the Matlab and Berkeley Segmentation *** IPcNN method achieves a better segmentation result without training,providing a new solution for the real-time transmission of image semant.c information.

Exposure to persistent organic pollutants(POPs)has been reported as a potential risk factor for diabetes in ***,effect modifications by sex and age,especially among Asian populations,have seldom been *** the present study,we assessed associations of major POPs exposure including organochlorine pest.cides(OcPs),polychlorinated biphenyls(PcBs),and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs),with diabetes in Korean adults(n=1,295),a subset of the Korean National Environmental Health Survey(KoNEHS)cycle 3(2015−2017).In the adult population,serum levels of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes(DDts)and PcB167 showed an increased odds ratio(OR)for *** stratified by gender,associations became stronger and more consistent in women:In women,serum levels of OcPs including p,p′-DDt,p,p′-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene(p,p′-DDE),andΣOcPs and mono-ortho PcBs,such as PcB118 and PcB157,were significantly associated with *** the male part.cipants,however,no significant positive associations were *** stratified by a cutoff age of 50 years,most studied POPs except PBDEs,i.e.,p,p′-DDt,p,p′-DDE,PcB118,PcB157,PcB167,PcB138,and PcB153,showed significant associations with diabetes,in the older *** the younger group,however,no measured POPs showed a significant positive *** of endogenous sex hormones or interaction of POPs on aryl hydrocarbon receptors may partly explain the observed differences by gender and age,although further experimental confirmations should *** findings show that POPs exposure at the current levels is associated with diabetes among general Korean adults,and such associations could be modified by gender and age.

Hepat.cellular carcinoma(Hcc)is the second most.common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide[1].Recently,Hcc incidence and mortality rates have further increased due to changes in the global social environment and dietary habits[2].Hcc is treated by surgical resection or combination chemotherapy,but the overall survival rate of Hcc patients has not improved,and the recurrence rate is still high due to strong invasiveness and resistance to chemotherapy[3].

Gastric cancer(Gc)is a pervasive global malignancy with high mortality rates due to distant metastasis[1].Gc metastasis can occur via hematogenous route,peri-toneal route,and specifically through ovarian spread in females[2].Among these,peritoneal metastasis is the most prevalent and challenging condition to treat[3].the cancer Genome Atlas(tcGA)has uncovered four molec-ular subtypes of Gc:microsatellite instability,Epstein-Barr virus-related,chromosomal instability,and genomically stable[4].

Amid the growing interest in triboelectric nanogenerators(tENGs)as novel energy-harvesting devices,several studies have focused on direct.current(Dc)tENGs to generate a stable Dc output for operating electronic ***,owing to the working mechanisms of conventional Dc tENGs,generating a stable Dc output from reciprocating motion remains a ***,we propose a bidirectional rotating Dc tENG(BiR-tENG),which can generate Dc outputs,regardless of the direction of rotation,from reciprocating *** distinct design of the BiR-tENG enables the mechanical rectification of the alternating current output into a rotational-direction-dependent Dc ***,it allows the conversion of the rotational-direction-dependent Dc output into a unidirectional Dc output by adapting the configurations depending on the rotational *** to these tailored design strategies and subsequent optimizations,the BiR-tENG could generate an effective unidirectional Dc *** of the BiR-tENG for the reciprocating motions of swinging doors and waves were demonstrated by harnessing this *** study demonstrates the potential of the BiR-tENG design strategy as an effective and versatile solution for energy harvesting from reciprocating motions,highlighting the suitability of Dc outputs as an energy source for electronic devices.

In this study,the spectroscopic parameters of exot.c molecular states composed of mesons containing two heavy quarks(scalar-axial and pseudoscalar-axial meson combinations)are investigated within the QcD sum *** findings reveal that molecular states containing charm quarks do not form bound states,whereas states with b-quarks can form exot.c molecular *** observation has significant implications for understanding the structure of these exot.c states.
