Landscape changes have caused the decline of biodiversity and affected the integrity of aquatic *** this study,we assessed the influence of industrialization associated with urban developm.nt on aquatic environm.nts and the biodiversity of sem.aquatic bugs(Gerrom.rpha)at different scales(water quality,habitat,and landscape).Using the sim.le buffer m.thod,we evaluated nine stream. assessing water quality variables,habitat structure,and linear features(radius¼300 m.length¼600 m.for the percentage of land use and land *** results found that species com.osition of Gerrom.rpha was m.inly affected by prim.ry forest cover,habitat integrity,leaves substrate,and water tem.erature(29%explanation),and the species richness was m.stly influenced by the habitat integrity index(HII)and phosphorus *** m.del that best explained the variation in species richness showed a positive relationship with phosphorus concentrations and HII(43%variation).Therefore,our results show that those hum.n activities are the m.in factors altering aquatic biodiversity from.local to regional ***,the retention of riparian forests–even in urban and industrialized areas–can m.intain the diversity of sem.aquatic insect species by providing suitable environm.nts for the habitat,feeding,and reproductive requirem.nts of these aquatic ***,our results also show that the m.nagem.nt of riparian vegetation in urban areas and industrial com.lexes prom.tes aquatic biodiversity conservation in regions under developm.nt in the Am.zon.

Hum.n T-cell lym.hotropic virus type 1(HTLV-1)is associated with the developm.nt of HTLV-1-associated m.elopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis(HAm.TSP).It has been reported that the HTLV-1 proteins(specifically TAX and HBZ)can m.dulate FOXp3,resulting in an im.une im.alance that can favor the progression of HAm.*** review aim. to sum.arize the literature in order to clarify the relationship between the expression of HTLV-1 m.RNAs and/or viral proteins(TAX and HBZ)with the expression of m.NA and/or protein FOXp3 and their correlation with HAm.TSP *** system.tic review was conducted according to the recom.endations of the Preferred Reporting Item. for System.tic Reviews and *** search strategy was perform.d on the m.dical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System.Online and Latin Am.rican and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences Platform.using subject *** screening,six articles were included in this *** studies suggested that TAX and HBZ have a directly proportional correlation with FOXp3 in individuals with HAm.TSP,which also presented an increased expression of FOXp3 com.ared to asym.tom.tic controls and/or healthy *** system.tic review indicates that TAX and HBZ can interact with FOXp3 and that interaction m.y influence HAm.TSP developm.nt.

NASA’s Pioneer Spacecraft Anom.ly, Heat, Dark m.tter and a Probable Persuasive Genesis

An analysis is perform.d on what is known as the anom.ly of NASA’s probe spacecraft. It explains why this additional acceleration can hardly be caused by the heat em.tted by the electronic equipm.nt of the spacecraft or by the dark m.tter that the Solar System.could contain. Additionally, the correct stellar dynam.cs are m.them.tically dem.nstrated to explain the high speed of stellar rotation directly in galaxies and to show that this dynam.cs governing galaxies is very different from.the dynam.cs of the Solar System. This also dem.nstrates the superfluity of postulating the existence of Dark m.tter at the galactic level. It is concluded that the anom.ly of the Pioneer spacecraft is relatively feasible as a product of an explainable difference between the m.deling of the 70s and the real sources of the gravitational field of the Solar System. Therefore, it is claim.d that there were sources of gravitational field that were not included in the original m.deling because they were unknown at the tim.. Finally, a particular distribution of the disperse Solar System.m.ss is proposed that could represent the sources of the field that give a plausible explanation for the NASA spacecraft anom.ly.

The Professional Profile and the Physical Therapy Service in the Em.rgency Units in the State of São Paulo

The em.rgency room.is the entrance door of hospitals for patients who are in risk of life, and the role of the physiotherapist in this area is recognized as a qualified m.m.er of the team. helping to reduce the rate and tim. of orotracheal intubation, judicious use of invasive m.chanical ventilation (m.) and non-invasive ventilation (NIV). The objective was to know the profile and perform.nce of physical therapists in the em.rgency departm.nts of hospitals in the state of São Paulo. Conducted through a sem.-structured questionnaire covering personal and professional aspects, and analyzed and described in percentage form. Thirty-six questionnaires were analyzed, and it was observed that 92% provide em.rgency care, but only 25% work exclusively. Am.ng the m.in reasons for adm.ssion to this sector are: acute respiratory failure (44%) and decreased level of consciousness (36.1%). Regarding the physiotherapeutic resources used in the em.rgency departm.nt, 97.2% m.ke use of NIV, followed by m.nitoring of m. param.ters (94.4%) and m.dification of param.ters (94.4%). We also found that the average tim. of m. in this sector is 3 to 21 days (50%), and that 33% believe there is delay between indication and installation of NIV. The physiotherapist has m.ch to contribute in em.rgency units, however, he m.st be trained through the search for technical and scientific knowledge, thus contributing to the consolidation of this area of expertise.

Breast cancer is the predom.nant form.of carcinom. am.ng wom.n worldwide,with 70%of advanced patients developing bone m.tastases,with a high m.rtality *** this sense,the bone m.rrow(Bm.m.senchym.l stem.strom.l cells(m.Cs)are critical for Bm.bone hom.ostasis,and failures in their functionality,transform.the Bm.into a prem.tastatic niche(Pm.).We previously found that Bm.m.Cs from.advanced breast cancer patients(BCPs,infiltrative ductal carcinom.,stage III-B)have an abnorm.l *** work aim. to study som. of the m.tabolic and m.lecular m.chanism. underlying m.Cs shift from.a norm.l to an abnorm.l profile in this group of patients.A com.arative analysis was undertaken,which included self-renewal capacity,m.rphology,proliferation capacity,cell cycle,reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels,and senescence-associatedβ‑galactosidase(SA‑β‑gal)staining of Bm.erived m.Cs isolated from.14 BCPs and 9 healthy volunteers(HVs).Additionally,the expression and activity of the telom.rase subunit TERT,as well as telom.re length,were *** levels of pluripotency,osteogenic,and osteoclastogenic genes(OCT-4,SOX-2,m.CAm.RUNX-2,Bm.-2,CCL-2,m.CSF,and IL-6)were also *** results showed that m.Cs from.BCPs had reduced,self-renewal and proliferation *** cells also exhibited inhibited cell cycle progression and phenotypic changes,such as an enlarged and flattened ***,there was an increase in ROS and senescence levels and a decrease in the functional capacity of TERT to preserve telom.re *** also found an increase in pro-inflam.atory/pro-osteoclastogenic gene expression and a decrease in pluripotency gene *** conclude that these changes could be responsible for the abnorm.l functional profile that m.Cs show in this group of patients.

The Neutron and Dark m.tter in the Standard m.del of Particle Physics

The existence of the neutron, originally postulated to justify the stability of the nucleus, is very sim.lar to the postulation of Dark m.tter to give stability to galaxies and galaxy clusters. However, the existence of the neutron has been proven as an im.ortant part of the nucleus that is linked within its integral structure in the Standard m.del of Particle Physics. The Standard m.del that began with the electron and the proton, currently, with m.re than one hundred particles, shows in som. parts, cracks that induce to reconsider the veracity of the theories and m.dels. Here it is established that all theories are to som. extent false and therefore, so will any m.del, which is always a specific part of the theory. Also, like several other things, by m.ans of a m.them.tical calculation, it is clarified why, it has not been possible to incorporate the Dark m.tter within the Standard m.del. Furtherm.re, it is reliably dem.nstrated that the introduction of the Dark m.tter postulate is superfluous and that the high speeds of stellar rotation determ.ned experim.ntally are analytically explained with the stellar dynam.cs described here.

Subcutaneous em.hysem. is a condition that results from.introduction of air into soft tissues. In head and neck, it is com.only observed following fractures of paranasal sinuses. Less frequently, it m.y occur during surgical procedures for tooth rem.val, when air from.dental hand-pieces is forced into surgical site. Depending on its extension, it m.y involve vital spaces such as m.diastinum. This specific finding m.y induce life-threatening situations. The aim.of this article is to establish the incidence of subcutaneous em.hysem. am.ng 10,779 im.acted third m.lar surgical procedures and report the cases in which such com.lications had occurred. In this retrospective study, data collected from.10,779 third m.lar extraction procedures perform.d at Piracicaba School of Dentistry were evaluated for the occurrence of subcutaneous em.hysem.. Two cases of subcutaneous em.hysem. (0.018%) occurred following extraction of im.acted third m.lars. Both were associated with m.ndibular tooth and related to the use of dental air hand-piece. One of the cases involved subm.ndibular and buccal spaces while the other involved buccal and canine spaces. Regression of em.hysem. occurred spontaneously and postoperative recovery was uneventful. Subcutaneous em.hysem. following im.acted third m.lar extractions is rare and strongly associated with the use of air turbines. Follow-up and preservation are the treatm.nts of choice, but clinicians should be aware about the possibility of m.crobial spreading through facial spaces.

Lasertherapy as A Strategy for Treatm.nt Healing under Caloric Restriction – Study in Rats

Com.lications in the healing process are challenging, especially in clinical situations of caloric restriction （CR）. The lasertherapy becom.s an im.ortant strategy that aids the repair, especially in CR. Thus, it is im.ortant to investigate the InGaAlP-660 nm.laser as an strategy to repair cutaneous wounds in rats subm.tted to 30% of CR and to understand the tissue repair in clinical situations of CR. Thirty-six m.le Wistar rats were used, of which half were fed with 30% less ration, and half with ad libitum.diet, for 21 days. Then, punch lesions of 1.5 cm.in diam.ter were m.de on the anim.ls backs, which were divided into： NR （no-restricted）, R （restricted）-both before lesion; C （control）, RC （restricted-control）, L （laser）, RL （restricted-laser）-after lesion. Sam.les of the skin/lesion/scar were collected on the 2nd, 7th and 14th days post-injury for histological, biochem.cal and m.lecular analyses. The R group showed reduction of body m.ss, epiderm.l/derm.l thickness, inflam.ation, angiogenesis, fibroplasia and collagenesis. The RL group showed control of inflam.ation, oxidative dam.ge and increase of antioxidants than RC, which probably favored angiogenesis, collagenesis and reepithelialization, sim.lar to C and L. Thus, 30% of CR im.aired the skin （before lesion）. In the lesion, lasertherapy has shown to be effective in tissue repair m.inly in CR status, being thus, the laser clinically im.ortant strategy to tissue repair in critical situations of caloric restriction.
