Hierarchically porous carbons(HPCs)with multimodal pores have attracted considerable.attention due to their unique physical and chemical properties and various application potentials in heterogeneous catalysis,environmental treatment,and energy storage and ***,we report a general and simple.zinc salts-assisted method for the synthesis of HPCs with varied porosity and chemical func-tionalities by the direct carbonization of diverse biomass and *** the carbonization,zinc salts are thermally decomposed into nanoparticle. that serve as in-situ templates to introduce nanopores in *** prepared HPCs exhibit high specific surface areas(up to 2432 m2 g-1),large pore volumes(up to 4.30 cm^(3)g^(-1)),and broad pore size ***,the zinc salts can be recovered and recycle.,supporting the sustainable.production of HPCs on large *** prepared HPCs-supported catalysts with atomically dispersed metal sites exhibit promising ele.trocatalytic performance for the oxygen reduction reaction.

To further improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of gas tungsten arc welded(GTAW)welded joints for ZC63 magnesium alloy,post-weld heat treatment is carried *** is found that the majority of the MgZnCu phase in the fusion zone(FZ)is dissolved in theα-Mg matrix under suitable.heat treatment *** remainder is diffusely distributed as rods or granule. at the grain *** excessive heat treatment temperature(460℃)le.ds to abnormal grain growth(AGG)in the *** substructure gradient between the abnormally grown grains and the surrounding small grains pro-vides the driving force for ***,the dissolution of the MgZnCu phase weakens the hindering effect of the second phase on grain boundary migration,setting the stage for *** addition,the detri-mental impact of the continuous MgZnCu phase on the mechanical properties of the welded joint is also le.sened by its *** ultimate tensile.strength(UTS),yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)of the welded joints are 255 MPa,119 MPa and 27.0%,respectively,under the post-weld heat treatment process of 440℃×12 *** welding coefficient of the welded joint reaches 97.0%,satisfying the service criteria set forth by the mechanical properties of the welded joints.

Mechanical properties of semi-solid casting are dependent on multiple.processing parameters,and improper processing parameters will not only reduce mean data but also increase *** present study investigated the impact of parameters in slurry preparation and heat treatment on the yield strength and ductility of T6 heat-treated A356 Al-Si alloy using rapid slurry forming(RSF)semi-solid *** focus was primarily on the robustness of mechanical properties based on Taguchi design *** analyzing signal-to-noise ratio and minimum value calculated from-3S,the optimum slurry preparation parameters and heat treatment parameters were determined to be no quench,enthalpy exchange material(EEM)temperature of 140℃,EEM-to-melt ratio of 6mass%,stirring time of 18 s,solution heat treated at 520℃ for 2 h,and ageing heat treated at 190℃ for 6 *** a small batch validation,the-3S yield strength and-3S elongation reach 256.1 MPa and 5.03% respectively,showing a satisfactory *** hardness and microstructure of heat-treated sample. with the best and worst properties were characterized to gain insight into the underlying mechanisms affecting the mean value and variations of mechanical properties.

BACKGROUND Intestinal flora disorder(IFD)poses a significant challe.ge after laparoscopic colonic surgery,and no standard criteria exists for its diagnosis and *** To analyze the clinical features and risk factors of *** Patients with colon cancer receiving laparoscopic surgery were included using propensity-score-matching(PSM)*** on the occurrence of IFD,patients were categorized into IFD and non-IFD *** clinical characteristics and treatment approaches for patients with IFD were *** regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors of *** The IFD incidence after laparoscopic surgery was 9.0%(97 of 1073 patients).After PSM,97 and 194 patients were identified in the IFD and non-IFD groups,*** most common symptoms of IFD were diarrhea and abdominal,typically occurring on post-operative days 3 and *** patients were managed conservatively,including modulation of the intestinal flora(90.7%),oral/intravenous application of vancomycin(74.2%),and insertion of a gastric/ile.s tube for decompression(23.7%).Multivariate regression analysis identified that preoperative intestinal obstruction[odds ratio(OR)=2.79,95%CI:1.04–7.47,P=0.041]and post-operative antibiotics(OR=8.57,95%CI:3.31–23.49,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for IFD,whereas pre-operative parenteral nutrition(OR=0.12,95%CI:0.06–0.26,P<0.001)emerged as a protective *** A stepwise approach of probiotics,vancomycin,and decompression could be an alternative treatment for *** attention is warranted post-operatively for patients with pre-operative obstruction or early use of antibiotics.

目的支链氨基酸（branched-chain amino acids, BCAAs）相关的代谢特征与胰岛素抵抗密切相关，并可预测糖尿病的发生和干预效果。为了更深入地了解BCAA在胰岛素抵抗中的作用及相关机制，通过限制饲料中BCAA水平，观察其限制对高脂诱导的胰岛素抵抗C57BL/6J小鼠胰岛素敏感性及胰岛功能的影响。方法雄性3月龄C57BL/6J小鼠按体重随机分为对照组、高脂组和高脂限制支链氨基酸组，分别给予普通饲料、高脂饲料和高脂饲料的基础上减少50%BCAA，干预24 w后，葡萄糖耐量试验评价胰岛素抵抗模型是否建立成功。实验结束后，动物禁食，处死后收集各组小鼠血清和胰腺组织。液相色谱与串联质谱联用检测血清BCAA水平，ELISA法测定血清胰岛素水平，比色法检测血清葡萄糖水平，计算胰岛素抵抗指数。苏木素-伊红染色（HE）观察各组小鼠胰腺组织病理形态，免疫荧光染色检测胰岛素含量，TUNEL染色观察胰岛细胞凋亡。结果高脂喂养24 w，高脂组体重、空腹血糖、血胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、葡萄糖耐量试验血糖曲线下面积和三种BCAA水平均显著高于对照组。与高脂组相比，BCAA限制组三种BCAA水平显著下降，体重显著降低，空腹血糖、血胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量试验血糖曲线下面积无显著差异。与对照组相比，高脂组部分胰岛形态不规则，出现空泡样变性，胰岛素分泌增加。与高脂组相比，BCAA限制组胰岛形态相对规则，胰岛面积缩小，胰岛数目减少，胰岛素分泌减少，胰岛细胞凋亡减少。结论在高脂膳食背景下长期BCAA限制对总体胰岛素敏感性无明显改善，但是对胰岛β细胞具有保护作用。[营养学报，2024,46(3):235-240]
