Interfacial heat transfer behavior between the molten steel and twin-rolls is a key issue in the strip casting process,and it has already attracted wide attention from industrial and academic communities of steel.The research methods and influencing factors on the interfacial heat transfer were summarized.Numerical simulation models,semi-industrial scale,and laboratory equipment have been developed in this field,and these methods were also improved by worldwide researchers based on the development of computer,automatic,and visual technologies.Coating properties,naturally deposited film,and casting parameters are the main factors which affect the heat transfer significantly.Although lots of research has been carried out,the internal relations among these influencing factors,interfacial heat transfer,and the quality of the strip are still worth to be further explored.Keywords Strip casting Interfacial heat transfer Simulation method Coating property Naturally deposited film Casting parameter.

Continuous casting is considered to be one of the most important innovations in steel industry since it is first propagated by Henry Bessemer in 1846.It has many benefits,including(Ⅰ)increased yield,(Ⅱ)improved product quality,(Ⅲ)energy saving,(Ⅳ)less pollution,(Ⅴ)reduced costs,(Ⅵ)better working conditions,etc.Nowadays,more than 98% of crude steel output in the world is produced through the continuous casting process.

The influences of Al_(2)O_(3)/Na_(2)O ratio and MnO content on high-temperature properties,such as melting,crystallization,heat transfer,and viscosity of mold flux for casting peritectic steel,have been investigated.The results show that the melting temperatures of mold flux decrease,whereas the ratio of crystalline layers increases with the decrease in Al_(2)O_(3)/Na_(2)O ratio and increase in MnO content.The average response temperatures of the three mold fluxes decrease from 566,525,to 512℃,respectively,which indicates that the heat transfer controlling ability of mold flux is promoted due to the increase in crystallization ability and addition of transition metal oxide MnO.Furthermore,the viscosity-temperature curves suggest that the viscosity at 1300℃ decreases,but the break temperature increases with the reduction in Al_(2)O_(3)/Na_(2)O and addition of MnO.

命名实体消歧主要研究如何将存在歧义的文本描述映射到其对应知识库(例如Wikipedia)中的实体。本文结合群体智能(即群体用户生成的标签)和深度学习(即数据驱动学习),提出了在命名实体消歧过程中生成区别度更高的特征方法。具体来说,通过设计一个众包模型,学习文本描述或实体所对应"众包特征",然后利用"众包特征"对动态卷积神经网络(Dynamic convolutional neural network,DCNN)进行优化,最后用优化得到的DCNN来提取"深度众包特征",以此来解决传统命名实体消歧算法中单独依赖手工设计特征的不足。本文所提出方法巧妙将群体认知(由众包标签反映)结合到命名实体消歧深度学习框架中。实验分析表明,当有足够多众包标签时,所提出方法优于传统手工设计特征。

Background Gut microbiota alterations have been implicated in the pathogenesis of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).This study aimed to explore gut microbiota changes in a prospective cohort of COVID-19 children and their asymptomatic caregivers infected with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant.Methods A total of 186 participants,including 59 COVID-19 children,50 asymptomatic adult caregivers,52 healthy children(HC),and 25 healthy adults(HA),were recruited between 15 April and 31 May 2022.The gut microbiota composition was determined by 16S rRNA gene sequencing in fecal samples collected from the participants.Gut microbiota functional profling was performed by using Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States(PICRUSt)software.Results The gut microbiota analysis of beta diversity revealed that the fecal microbial community of COVID-19 children remained far distantly related to HC.The relative abundances of the phyla Actinobacteria and Firmicutes were decreased,whereas Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,and Verrucomicrobiota were increased in COVID-19 children.Feces from COVID-19 children exhibited notably lower abundances of the genera Blautia,Bifdobacterium,Fusicatenibacter,Streptococcus,and Romboutsia and higher abundances of the genera Prevotella,Lachnoclostridium,Escherichia-Shigella,and Bacteroides than those from HC.The enterotype distributions of COVID-19 children were characterized by a high prevalence of enterotype Bacteroides.Similar changes in gut microbiota compositions were observed in asymptomatic caregivers.Furthermore,the microbial metabolic activities of KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)and COG(cluster of orthologous groups of proteins)pathways were perturbed in feces from subjects infected with the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant.Conclusion Our data reveal altered gut microbiota compositions in both COVID-19 children and their asymptomatic caregivers infected with the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,which further im

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is the most common motor neuron disease.At present,no definite ALS biomarkers are available.In this study,exosomes from the plasma of patients with ALS and healthy controls were extracted,and differentially expressed exosomal proteins were compared.Among them,the expression of exosomal coronin-1a(CORO1A)was 5.3-fold higher than that in the controls.CORO1A increased with disease progression at a certain proportion in the plasma of patients with ALS and in the spinal cord of ALS mice.CORO1A was also overexpressed in NSC-34 motor neuron-like cells,and apoptosis,oxidative stress,and autophagic protein expression were evaluated.CORO1A overexpression resulted in increased apoptosis and oxidative stress,overactivated autophagy,and hindered the formation of autolysosomes.Moreover,CORO1A activated Ca^(2+)-dependent phosphatase calcineurin,thereby blocking the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes.The inhibition of calcineurin activation by cyclosporin A reversed the damaged autolysosomes.In conclusion,the role of CORO1A in ALS pathogenesis was discovered,potentially affecting the disease onset and progression by blocking autophagic flux.Therefore,CORO1A might be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for ALS.

Background Influenza A （H7Ng） virus infections were first observed in China in March 2013.This type virus can cause severe illness and deaths,the situation raises many urgent questions and global public health concerns.Our purpose was to investigate bedside chest radiography findings for patients with novel influenza A （H7Ng） virus infections and the followup appearances after short-time treatment.Methods Eight hospitalized patients infected with the novel influenza A （H7Ng） virus were included in our study.All of the patients underwent bedside chest radiography after admission,and all had follow-up bedside chest radiography during their first ten days,using AXIOM Aristos MX and/or AMX-Ⅳ portable X-ray units.The exposure dose was generally 90 kV and 5 mAs,and was slightly adjusted according to the weight of the patients.The initial radiography data were evaluated for radiological patterns （ground glass opacity,consolidation,and reticulation）,distribution type （focal,multifocal,and diffuse）,lung zones involved,and appearance at follow-up while the patients underwent therapy.Results All patients presented with bilateral multiple lung involvement.Two patients had bilateral diffuse lesions,three patients had unilateral diffuse lesions of the right lobe with multifocal lesions of the left lobe,and the remaining three had bilateral multifocal lung lesions.The lesions were present throughout bilateral lung zones in three patients,the whole right lung zone in three patients with additional involvement in the left middle and/or lower lung zone（s）,both lower and middle lung zones in one patient,and the right middle and lower in combination with the left lower lung zones in one patient.The most common abnormal radiographic patterns were ground glass opacity （8/8）,and consolidation （8/8）.In three cases examined by CT we also found the pattern of reticulation in combination with CT images.Four patients had bilateral and four had unilateral pleural effusion.After a short period of treatment the pneumonia in one patient had sig

The effect of Al2O3/SiO2 and CaO/Al2O3 ratios on the molten structure of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-based mold flux system was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Also,the variation in the wettability between the mold flux system and an interstitial free(IF)steel substrate was investigated using the sessile drop method.The results indicate that the contact angle and interfacial tension between the molten slag and solid steel increase slightly with the increase in the Al2O3/SiO2 ratio,while they decrease with the increase in the CaO/Al2O3 ratio.The network structure for the designed mold flux system changes gradually from silicate to aluminosilicate and aluminate with the increase in the Al2O3/SiO2 ratio,and the network is simplified with the increase in the CaO/Al2O3 ratio.Besides,combining the results of sessile drop method and melt structure analyses,it suggests that the variation in interfacial properties of mold flux/IF steel substrate is mainly caused by the change in melt structure,especially the variation in free oxygen ions(O^2-)and non-bridged oxygen(O^-)at the interface.

The single-event effect(SEE) is a serious threat to electronics in radiation environments. The most important issue in radiation-hardening studies is the localization of the sensitive region in electronics to the SEE. To solve this problem, a prototype based on a complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) pixel sensor, i.e., TopmetalM, was designed for SEE localization. A beam test was performed on the prototype at the radiation terminal of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). The results indicated that the inherent deflection angle of the prototype to the beam was 1.7°, and the angular resolution was 0.6°. The prototype localized heavy ions with a position resolution of 3.4 μm.

A virtual service placement approach based on improved quantum genetic algorithm

Despite the critical role that middleboxes play in introducing new network functionality,management and innovation of them are still severe challenges for network operators,since traditional middleboxes based on hardware lack service flexibility and scalability.Recently,though new networking technologies,such as network function virtualization(NFV) and softwaredefined networking(SDN),are considered as very promising drivers to design cost-efficient middlebox service architectures,how to guarantee transmission efficiency has drawn little attention under the condition of adding virtual service process for traffic.Therefore,we focus on the service deployment problem to reduce the transport delay in the network with a combination of NFV and SDN.First,a framework is designed for service placement decision,and an integer linear programming model is proposed to resolve the service placement and minimize the network transport delay.Then a heuristic solution is designed based on the improved quantum genetic algorithm.Experimental results show that our proposed method can calculate automatically the optimal placement schemes.Our scheme can achieve lower overall transport delay for a network compared with other schemes and reduce 30% of the average traffic transport delay compared with the random placement scheme.
