Objective:This study aimed to describe the conflict management styles and identify factors affecting the conflict management styles of nurse *** and Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted by interviewing nurse managers with a questionnaire,including the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II Form B,used to assess an individual’s approach to conflict management across five styles:cooperating,competing,compromising,obliging,and ***:A total of 30 nurse managers participated in this *** mean scores of the cooperating style were the highest at 4.3±0.4,followed by a compromising style at 3.4±0.5,an avoiding style at 3.1±0.6,an accommodating style at 2.9±0.7,and a competing style at 2.8±0.8(χ^(2)=66.624,Ple among bachelor’s degree nurse managers(3.2±0.6)were higher than those of master’s degree nurse managers(2.7±0.6)(P=0.036).Nurse managers over 40 years old,holding a managerial position for≥10 years,and frequent conflict handling rated higher mean scores for the cooperating style than their counterparts(Ple was the most commonly used conflict management style among nurse *** affecting the conflict management style were age,education level,and experience in management and conflict *** findings are useful for developing interventions that enhance the competencies of nurse managers in conflict management.

Surgical sperm retrieval(SSR)is currently one of the most common procedures in in vitro fertilization(IVF).however,a gap between the guidelines and routine clinical practice regarding antibiotic use in sSR,which might lead to antibiotic resistance,is a challenging problem worldwide.A cross-sectional survey was conducted from May 1,2021,to July 15,2021,to investigate antibiotic usage by medical professionals when performing SSR in IVF centers in *** confidential questionnaire comprised 12 items,including characteristics of the study population,awareness of antimicrobial resistance,attitude toward prescribing antibiotics,and current practice of prescribing antibiotics when performing *** were completed by 30 of 45 registered IVF centers(66.7%).Among 67 physicians working at those centers,the age and work-experience years(mean±standard deviation[s.d.])were 38.6±6.6 years and 11.2±7.0 years,*** 60%of them held a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology,and over four-fifths were *** respondents"often/very often/always"raised awareness of antimicrobial resistance to their patients(83.3%),but only half of them"often/occasionally"prescribed antibiotics to patients with SSR in cases where the prescription would be *** one-tenth of respondents followed the recommendation from the American Urological Association using"prophylaxis only"for SSR *** more invasive SSR,physicians tended to prescribe more complicated and sometimes inappropriate *** conclusion,antibiotic usage in SSR was not always appropriate among IVF *** studies may define specific recommendations for regimens,intervention strategies,and programs to promote appropriate antibiotic use for SSR patients among IVF specialists.

Meniscus,the cushion in knee joint,is a load-bearing tissue that transfers mechanical forces to extracellular matrix(ECM)and tissue resident *** mechanoresponse of human tissue resident stem/progenitor cells in meniscus(hMeSPCs)is significant to tissue homeostasis and regeneration but is not well *** study reports that a mild cyclic tensile loading regimen of~1800 loads/day on hMeSPCs seeded in 3-dimensional(3D)photocrosslinked gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel is critical in maintaining cellular ***,a“slow walk”biomimetic cyclic loading regimen(10%tensile strain,0.5 Hz,1 h/day,up to 15 days)is applied to hMeSPCs encapsulated in GelMA hydrogel with a magnetic force-controlled loading *** loading significantly increases cell differentiation and fibrocartilage-like ECM deposition without affecting cell *** analysis reveals 332 mechanoresponsive genes,clustered into cell senescence,mechanical sensitivity,and ECM dynamics,associated with interleukins,integrins,and collagens/matrix metalloproteinase *** cell-GelMA constructs show active ECM remodeling,traced using a green fluorescence tagged(GFT)-GelMA *** enhances nascent pericellular matrix production by the encapsulated hMeSPCs,which gradually compensates for the hydrogel loss in the *** findings demonstrate the strong tissue-forming ability of hMeSPCs,and the importance of mechanical factors in maintaining meniscus homeostasis.

This article presents a new scheme for dynamic data optimization in IoT(Internet of Things)-assisted sensor *** various components of IoT assisted cloud platform are *** addition,a new architecture for IoT assisted sensor networks is ***,a model for data optimization in IoT assisted sensor networks is proposed.A novel Membership inducing Dynamic Data Optimization Membership inducing Dynamic Data Optimization(MIDDO)algorithm for IoT assisted sensor network is proposed in this *** proposed algorithm considers every node data and utilized membership function for the optimized data *** proposed framework is compared with two stage optimization,dynamic stochastic optimization and sparsity inducing optimization and evaluated in terms of reliability ratio,coverage ratio and sensing *** optimization was performed based on the availability of cloud resource,sensor energy,data flow volume and the centroid of each *** was inferred that the proposed MIDDO algorithm achieves an average performance ratio of 76.55%,reliability ratio of 94.74%,coverage ratio of 85.75%and sensing error of 0.154.

The demand of higher energy density and higher power capacity of lithium（Li）-ion secondary batteries has led to the search for electrode materials whose capacities and performance are better than those available today. Carbon nanotubes（CNTs）, with their unique properties such as 1D tubular structure, high electrical and thermal conductivities, and extremely large surface area, have been used as materials to prepare cathodes for Li-ion batteries. The structure and morphology of CNTs were analyzed by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, and transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. The functional groups on the purified CNT surface such as –COOH, –OH were characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy. The electrode materials were fabricated from LiMn2O4（LMO）, doped spinel LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4, and purified CNTs via solid-state reaction. The structure and morphology of the electrode were characterized using XRD, SEM, and TEM. Finally, the efficiency of the electrode materials using CNTs was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.

This study describes an integrated framework in which basic aerospace engineering aspects(performance, aerodynamics, and structure) and practical aspects(configuration visualization and manufacturing) are coupled and considered in one fully automated design optimization of rotor blades. A number of codes are developed to robustly perform estimation of helicopter configuration from sizing, performance analysis, trim analysis, to rotor blades configuration representation. These codes are then integrated with a two-dimensional airfoil analysis tool to fully design rotor blades configuration including rotor planform and airfoil shape for optimal aerodynamics in both hover and forward flights. A modular structure design methodology is developed for realistic composite rotor blades with a sophisticated cross-sectional geometry. A D-spar cross-sectional structure is chosen as a baseline. The framework is able to analyze all realistic inner configurations including thicknesses of D-spar, skin, web, number and ply angles of layers of each composite part,and materials. A number of codes and commercial software(ANSYS, Gridgen, VABS, Pre VABS,etc.) are implemented to automate the structural analysis from aerodynamic data processing to sectional properties and stress analysis. An integrated model for manufacturing cost estimation ofcomposite rotor blades developed at the Aerodynamic Analysis and Design Laboratory(AADL),Aerospace Information Engineering Department, Konkuk University is integrated into the framework to provide a rapid and dynamic feedback to configuration design. The integration of three modules has constructed a framework where the size of a helicopter, aerodynamic performance analysis, structure analysis, and manufacturing cost estimation could be quickly investigated. All aspects of a rotor blade including planform, airfoil shape, and inner structure are considered in a multidisciplinary design optimization without an exception of critical configuration.

Along with vast non-fossil potential and significant expertise,there is a question of whether Asian nations are attaining efficient consumption and exploitation of renewable *** this perspective,the paper aims to evaluate the efficiency of 14 potential Asia countries in renewable energy consumption during the six-year periods(2014-2019).In analyzing the performance of the renewable energy sector,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)with an undesirable output model approach has been widely utilized to measure the efficiency of peer units compared with the best practice *** consider four inputs and two outputs to a DEA-based efficiency *** force,total energy consumption,share of renewable energy,and total renewable energy capacity are *** outputs consist of CO_(2)emissions as an undesirable output and gross domestic product as a desirable *** results show that United Arab Emirates,Saudi Arabia,Japan,and South Korea consistently outperform in the evaluation,achieving perfect efficiency scores during the research *** is found to have the lowest average efficiency of renewable energy utilization.

This paper provides insight into the wing kinematics,the power requirement and the dynamic stability characteristics of a hawkmoth model in vertically ascending *** wing kinematics of the hawkmoth model is obtained based on the minimum required power *** optimization process is conducted using genetic and simplex algorithms that are coupled with an artificial neural network to rapidly predict the aerodynamic force and required *** training data for the neural network are generated from an unsteady vortex-lattice *** to hover,the results in this study show the larger flapping frequency and the smaller rotation amplitude of the hawkmoth wing kinematics in ascending ***,more power is required when the ascending speed *** conducting a dynamic modal analysis based on a cycle-average approach,the certain effect of the ascending speed on the modal structures of the hawkmoth model was observed.
