近年来,随着越中两国关系友好发展,中国向越南投资越来越多,中国电影、电视剧、小说等文化产品在越南日益流行,将汉语作为第二语言或第二外语的学习者人数也越来越多,学习汉语成为一种潮流。同时,在越南报名参加HSK中文水平考试人数不断增加,成为一种现象——“HSK热”。目前,关于越南汉语学习者报考HSK的动机还未有相关研究。为了帮助越南汉语学习者有更好的针对HSK考试的学习,本人将以越南河内大学孔子学院考点为例对越南汉语学习者的HSK报考动机进行调查与研究。第一部分为第一章绪论部分。这部分明确研究对象,说明选题理由和意义。介绍了国内外相关研究综述,包括越南学习者汉语学习动机、汉语学习者报考HSK现状、越南HSK考试现状。最后介绍本文采用的研究方法。第二部分包括本文的第二章至第四章。是本文的主体部分。第二章主要介绍越南河内大学孔子学院考点HSK报考情况,分别对每年的考试形式与考生人数进行分析。第三章是调查越南汉语学习者HSK报考动机的情况,调查对象为越南河内大学孔子学院考点的考生,针对考生报考动机的倾向进行调查分析。为了获得最佳的结果,笔者还专门对考生以及中文教师进行深度访谈。第四章是通过对各所高校、高中以及中文教育机构的教师进行调查和深度访谈提出针对HSK考试的教与学相关的建议。第三部分是结语部分,对本文的研究进行归纳总结。

New proteins and protein species identified in human umbilical vein endothelial cells by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance-mass spectrometry

For many years, ***1 public database provides biological data relative to the proteome of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HU-VECs), which are the most used human endothelial cell model in vascular biology. The proteins were identified using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DGE) for protein separation coupled with Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption-Ionization Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) for identification. We present here an important update of *** with 521 protein identifications as determined using Fourier transformed ion cyclotron resonance-mass spectrometry (FTICR-MS) applied to an unstained 2-DGE gel cut in 221 squared pieces;each identified protein being accompanied by a semi-quantitative three dimensional visualization is called “score imaging”. The squared analyzed gel and the alphabetical list of identified proteins, linked with their corresponding three-dimensional score imaging, are available at ***. this original approach led to the establishment of the most protein-rich and informative database for HUVECs, as well as to the identification of some protein species, in particular with phosphorylation.

Overview of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of cervix in women over 40-year-old

The literature on cervical embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS) is reviewed here to identify management guidelines for middle-aged women diagnosed with this rare type of gynecologic cancer. Specifically, the Pub Med, Web of Science and Google Scholar databases, were searched to find published case series on cervical embryonal RMS reporting on four or more patients, of whom at least one was > 40-year-old. The χ2 test was used to assess heterogeneity. Five articles published between 1986 and 2013 were identified, reporting on a total of 47 patients, of whom 22(46.8%) were older and 25(53.2%) younger than 40-year-old. Although the two age groups did not differ significantly by stage of disease or radiotherapy treatment, the older age groupreceived less chemotherapy(55% vs 90%, P = 0.008)and had more hysterectomy(86% vs 43%, P = 0.009).Follow-up data was missing for 18/47(38.3%) *** the 29 patients with follow-up data, survival was shorter in the older group, with 8/12(67%) alive and3 with disease at a median follow-up of 2.6 years, as compared with the younger group that had 15/17(88%)alive and none with disease at a median follow-up of 3.5years. The longest survivals among the older women were observed in those who received radiotherapy,including one case with a resected lung metastasis.A prospective multi-institutional collaboration and better follow-up are needed to determine the optimal management of cervical embryonal RMS. Long-term survival appears feasible if management is accompanied by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Effect of Temperature Dependence on Electrical Characterization of <i>p-n</i>GaN Diode Fabricated by RF Magnetron Sputtering

The p-n junction GaN diodes were all fabricated by sputtering technique with cermet targets for p- and n-type GaN and metal targets for electrodes. The interface of these p-n junction GaN diodes examined by high-resolution transition electron microscopy was clear and distinguishable. Lattice images identified the complete dissolution of Mg into the Ga site. At the room temperature, the diode had the turn-on voltage of 2.2 V, the leakage current of 2.2 × 10–7 A, the breakdown voltage of –6 V, the barrier height of 0.56 eV, ideality factor of 5.0 by I (current)-V (voltage) test and 5.2 derived from the Cheungs’ method, and series resistance of 560 Ω. These electrical properties were investigated at different testing temperatures from room temperature to 200°C. The temperature dependence in the I-V characteristics of the p-n diodes can be successfully explained on the basis of thermionic-emission mode.

Extracellular sulfatase-2(Sulf-2)influences receptor-ligand binding and subsequent signaling by chemokines and growth factors,yet Sulf-2 remains unexplored in inflammatory cytokine signaling in the context of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).In the present study,we characterized Sulf-2 expression in RA and investigated its potential role in TNF-α-induced synovial inflammation using primary human RA synovial fibroblasts(RASFs).Sulf-2 expression was significantly higher in serum and synovial tissues from patients with RA and in synovium and serum from hTNFtg *** sequencing analysis of TNF-α-stimulated RASFs showed that Sulf-2 siRNA modulated~2500 genes compared to scrambled *** Pathway Analysis of RNA sequencing data identified Sulf-2 as a primary target in fibroblasts and macrophages in *** blot,ELISA,and qRT‒PCR analyses confirmed that Sulf-2 knockdown reduced the TNF-α-induced expression of ICAM1,VCAM1,CAD11,PDPN,CCL5,CX3CL1,CXCL10,and *** studies identified the protein kinase C-delta(PKCδ)and c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)pathways as key in the TNF-α-mediated induction of proteins related to cellular adhesion and *** of Sulf-2 abrogated TNF-α-induced RASF ***-2 knockdown with siRNA and inhibition by OKN-007 suppressed the TNF-α-induced phosphorylation of PKCδand JNK,thereby suppressing the nuclear translocation and DNA binding activity of the transcription factors AP-1 and NF-κBp65 in human ***,Sulf-2 expression positively correlated with the expression of TNF receptor 1,and coimmunoprecipitation assays demonstrated the binding of these two proteins,suggesting they exhibit crosstalk in TNF-α*** study identified a novel role of Sulf-2 in TNF-αsignaling and the activation of RA synoviocytes,providing the rationale for evaluating the therapeutic targeting of Sulf-2 in preclinical models of RA.

“作为NP,(S)VP”是现代汉语常用结构之一,本文借鉴构式语法理论,称为“构式”。在对该构式的构件逐一进行描写分析的基础上,概括该构式的构式义,并通过历时语料考察该构式的形成过程、动因和机制。全文分为五个部分:第一章说明“作为NP,(S)VP”构式研究的目的和意义,这一课题的相关研究现状,研究内容以及研究的理论基础和采用的方法,最后说明语料来源。第二章对构式“作为NP,(S)VP”的各构件逐一进行分析:常项“作为”、变项“NP”、“S”、“VP”。具体讨论“作为”用于名词性成分前面,起介引作用,为介词性用法;NP为名词性成分,表示被介引的对象,其形式及意义丰富,跟构式的主体S之间存在着上下义关系,对VP有很强的制约作用。第三章讨论“作为NP”在构式中起着提供主观预设推理的背景信息的作用,跟构式的后面部分“(S)VP”存在着紧密的联系,提出“作为NP,(S)VP”的构式义为“从人的某种身份或者事物的某种特性的角度表达某种预期以及该预期的实现情况”。在此基础上,对该构式的语义类型和表示道义情态的情况进行考察,即该构式表示常态、异态两种语义类型,表示道义可能性和道义必然性两种情态。第四章从历时角度考察“作为”的语法化历程以及构式“作为NP,(S)VP”的形成机制和动因。“作为”最初为动词,在语法化过程中,其词性、意义和句法功能逐步变化,完成由动词向介词的虚化,句法功能也由谓语降级为与介引成分共同作状语。语法化的外部因素为白话文运动发生、发展及其成功与外来语的影响(如英语的as)。构式“作为NP,(S)VP”的形成机制,在结构方面上,其是由两个具有语义关系的独立句子结合起来并通过其中一个句子的背景化过程而形成的。从认知方面上看,构式“作为NP,(S)VP”建立于“理想化认知模型”。其体现“NP”与“VP”之间的各种可能性,具有很强的表现力,存在着比较稳固的联系。第五章总结全文内容并指出研究中存在的不足和今后改进的方向。

Distortion-Free Data Embedding Scheme for High Dynamic Range Images

Distortion-free data embedding is a technique which can assure that not only the secret data is correctly extracted but also the cover media is recovered without any distortion after secret data is extracted completely. Because of these advantages, this technique attracts the attention of many researchers. In this paper, a new distortion-free data embedding scheme for high dynamic range （HDR） images is proposed. By depending on Cartesian product, this scheme can obtain higher embedding capacity while maintaining the exactly identical cover image and stego image when using the tone mapping algorithms. In experimental results, the proposed scheme is superior to Yu et aL＇s scheme in regard to the embedding rate——an average embedding rate of 0.1355 bpp compared with Yn et aL＇s scheme （0.1270 bpp）.
