Dispersion fuels,knowned for their excellent safety performance,are widely used in advanced reactors,such as hightemperature gas-cooled *** with deterministic methods,the Monte Carlo method has more advantages in the geometric modeling of stochastic *** explicit modeling method has high computational accuracy and high computational *** chord length sampling(CLS)method can improve computational efficiency by sampling the chord length during neutron transport using the matrix chord length?s probability density *** study shows that the excluded-volume effect in realistic stochastic media can introduce certain deviations into the CLS.A chord length correction approach is proposed to obtain the chord length correction factor by developing the Particle code based on equivalent transmission *** numerical analysis against reference solutions from explicit modeling in the RMC code,it was demonstrated that CLS with the proposed correction method provides good accuracy for addressing the excludedvolume effect in realistic infinite stochastic media.

Nonnegative tensor ring(NTR) decomposition is a powerful tool for capturing the significant features of tensor objects while preserving the multi-linear structure of tensor data. The existing algorithms rely on frequent reshaping and permutation operations in the optimization process and use a shrinking step size or projection techniques to ensure core tensor nonnegativity, which leads to a slow convergence rate, especially for large-scale problems. In this paper, we first propose an NTR algorithm based on the modulus method(NTR-MM), which constrains core tensor nonnegativity by modulus transformation. Second, a low-rank approximation(LRA) is introduced to NTR-MM(named LRA-NTR-MM), which not only reduces the computational complexity of NTR-MM significantly but also suppresses the noise. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed LRA-NTR-MM algorithm achieves higher computational efficiency than the state-of-the-art algorithms while preserving the effectiveness of feature extraction.

A novel phenanthrene (PHE)-degrading strain named as Sphingomonas ***2B was isolated and identified from a farmland *** of a synthetic surfactant (Tween-80) and a rhamnolipid biosurfactant on PHE degradation by Sphin- gomonas ***2B were investigated at different concentrations of the *** results showed that Sphingomonas ***2B was able to mineralize up to 83.6% of PHE within 10 days without addition of *** addition of Tween-80 to the reaction medium inhibited greatly PHE biodegradation,with only 33.5% of PHE ***,the biosurfactant facilitated PHE biodegradation,with up to 99.5% of PHE *** preferential utilization of PHE as a carbon source and the enhanced solubility of PHE by the biosurfactant were likely responsible for the higher biodegra- dation efficiency of PHE in the presence of the ***,it could be concluded that the application of the biosurfactant to PHE-contaminated soils was perhaps a feasible way to facilitate the PHE biodegradation.

Rapid and accurate detection of immunoglobulin E(Ig E) in serum and reduction of serum dosage are of great significance for clinical detection. Herein, we described a rapid magnetic separation of Ig E from patient serum based on Fe3 O4@Si O2-NTA@026 sdab as the capture probe and multiple horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-labeled antibodies linked gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) as chemiluminescence(CL) signal amplifier for ultrasensitive detection of total Ig E. Results showed that the limit of detection of our immunosensor system in serum samples was 0.03 k U/L, which is lowest in comparison with current methods, and far lower than that of Immuno CAP for Ig E detection(0.1 k U/L). Furthermore, our immunosensor possessed satisfied repeatability and accuracy, as well as good stability. In comparison with the Immuno CAP for the quantitative detection of Ig E, highly consistent results were achieved in 20 serum samples. Specially, this method was also successfully utilized for assessing the Ig E traces in breast cancer patients,which provides a new idea for the diagnosis of early cancer. Therefore, we believe that such versatile immunosensor will offer an alternative method for the on-site monitoring and determination of various Ig E-related diseases.

Experimental investigation on flame stabilization of a kerosene-fueled scramjet combustor with pilot hydrogen

Flame stabilization in a kerosene-fueled scramjet combustor was investigated experimentally through Schlieren,flame luminosity,and wall pressure measurement,aiming to obtain better insight into combustion *** were conducted in a direct-connected supersonic combustion facility with inflow conditions of Mach number 2.0,stagnation pressure 0.82 MPa,and temperature 950 K,simulating the flight condition of Mach number *** revealed that kerosene was able to be ignited when the equivalence ratio of pilot hydrogen reached 0.080,but was unsuccessful when the equivalence ratio was *** ignited,the intense combustion induced high back pressure forcing the flame to spread into the *** pilot flame invariably appeared in the cavity shear layer and attached to the cavity ramp under different equivalence ratios of pilot *** the mass flux of pilot hydrogen increased,the kerosene flame located near the cavity ramp was asymmetrical and unstable since it propagated upstream ***,the kerosene could be ignited by a suitable equivalence ratio of continuous pilot hydrogen,potentially accompanied with unstable combustion.
