Hydrophobic protein in colorectal cancer in relation to tumor stages and grades

AIM: To identify differentially expressed hydrophobic proteins in colorectal cancer. METHODS: Eighteen pairs of colorectal cancerous tissues in addition to tissues from normal mucosa were analysed. Hydrophobic proteins were extracted from the tissues, separated using 2-D gel electrophoresis and analysed using Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). Statistical analysis of the proteins was carried out in order to determine the significance of each protein to colorectal cancer (CRC) and also their relation to CRC stages, grades and patients’ gender. RESULTS: Thirteen differentially expressed proteins which were expressed abundantly in either cancerous or normal tissues were identified. A number of these proteins were found to relate strongly with a particular stage or grade of CRC. In addition, the association of these proteins with patient gender also appeared to be ***: Stomatin-like protein 2 was found to be a promising biomarker for CRC, especially in female patients. The differentially expressed proteins identified were associated with CRC and may act as drug target candidates.

瞄准：为了识别并且分析差别，在受不了结肠癌的四个病人的正常、癌的纸巾表示了蛋白质。方法：结肠纸巾(正常、癌) 被一致，蛋白质用三个蛋白质抽取缓冲区被提取。抽取缓冲区在与恐水病的性质为蛋白质增加抽取力量的一个有序的序列被使用。蛋白浸出物用 SDS 页方法被分开，图象被捕获并且分析了使用数量一软件。目标蛋白质乐队与胰岛素受到在里面胶化消化并且最后分析了使用 ESI 离子陷井质谱计。结果：50 差别的一个总数在结肠的癌、正常的纸巾表示了蛋白质被识别。结论：许多识别蛋白质被报导了涉及前进类似或癌症的另外的类型。然而，一些识别蛋白质以前没被报导。另外，很多假想蛋白质也被识别。

Kratom(Mitragyna speciosa)is a plant that grows well in tropical climates such as in Southeast ***,people discovered it possessed a stimulating effect that relieved ***,it contains analgesic and medicinal properties for the treatment of pain,diarrhea,muscle discomfort,and blood pressure and to enhance ***,long term or regular consumption of kratom leads to *** is because the main alkaloid of kratom,mitragynine,binds to opioid receptors and exerts a euphoric effect similar to that of morphine,which may lead to *** to this reason,kratom has been listed as a regulated substance in many countries including the United States,Thailand,Malaysia,Bhutan,Finland,Lithuania,Denmark,Poland,Sweden,Australia,and *** of kratom carry two pharmacological effects depending on ***-dose kratom exerts a stimulating effect that refreshes the *** kratom exerts sedative effects that can lead to addiction similar to that of *** the euphoric effect of kratom,the beneficial values of kratom to human health is ***,a complete banning of kratom may cause a loss to pharmaceutical ***,a controlled or selective usage of kratom will be a better choice.
