Magnetic diffusion plays an important role in inertial confinement fusion with strong magnetic *** this paper,we improve a previous analysis of the generation and diffusion of the magnetic field[Morita et al.,*** 25,094505(2018)].For the generation process,we calculate the temporal evolution of the coil current using a self-consistent circuit *** results show that the peak of the calculated magnetic field is delayed by 1.2 ns compared with that of the incident laser *** the diffusion process,we evaluate the electrical conductivity of warm dense gold over a wide temperature range(300K–100 eV)by combining the Kubo–Greenwood formula based on a quantum molecular dynamics simulation with the modified Spitzer *** simulation shows that the maximum magnetic field(530 T)that penetrates the cone is delayed by 2.5 ns compared with the laser *** result is consistent with experiments[Sakata et al.,***.9,3937(2018)]that showed that applying a strong magnetic field improved the heating efficiency of fusion fuel.

胸腺恶性肿瘤发病率低，临床病例分散，需要结合多中心经验才能进行良好的研究，但由于在诸多方面没有统一标准，使得研究与研究之间的可比性差。其中外科医生和病理医生对胸腺恶性肿瘤切除标本的处理是统一标准中至关重要的部分。针对目前胸腺瘤的常用手术方式胸骨劈开根治性r0切除术的标本处理作如下规定，包括切除胸腺瘤及周围的受累结构说明如何处理手术切除标本。活检或细胞学标本的处理另文描述[1]。本文首先由国际胸腺肿瘤协作组织（International hTymic Malignacy Interest Group, ITMIG）中病理医生和外科医生组成的小组回顾相关文献形成初步建议[2,3]，交扩展组审议提炼后分发给ITMIG成员进讨论，再将ITMIG成员回馈的建议和几个大中心试点的情况进行提炼，最终形成的建议经ITMIG批准并被采用。因此，既强调证据又代表ITMIG成员的广泛共识。

Inflammation plays a central role in development of cardiovascular pathology, and enhanced understanding of the innate immune response will help direct novel therapeutic strategies to address heart disease. Host defense peptides (HDPs)—hereunder defensins—exhibit antimicrobial, chemotactic, tissue healing and other key biological properties. Beta-defensin expression in whole-heart-homogenate has been reported in different species, and plasma alpha-defensins have been associated with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Still, the role of defensins in cardiac pathophysiology remains widely undetermined. Here, we show that a subset of rat-beta-defensins (rBDs) is constitutively expressed in the myocardium, and that their gene-expression level is influenced by systemic exposure to inflammatory mediators (highfat-diet and lipopolysaccharide). Using synthetic analogues of select rBD peptides, we evaluated the antimicrobial activity of these HDPs against clinically relevant pathogens and their ability as immunoregulatory compounds. We found that an innate myocardial response that involves rBDs is activated by highfat-diet feeding in rats, and that these HDPs influence monocyte migration-findings that suggest the peptides responding to exogenous danger-signals, and act within the context of a myocardial “first-line-of-defense”.

Global regulations and many regional and national controls restrict the use of substances that exhibit the potential for environmental persistence and long-range ***,many current-use pesticides(CUPs)continue to be newly discovered in remote regions,including the *** present review serves as an update,summarizing newly available information for CUPs in the Arctic environment and biota published from 2010 to *** 2010,at least seven new CUPs have been measured in Arctic media:2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid(MCPA),metribuzin,pendimethalin,phosalone,quizalofop-ethyl,tefluthrin and *** the large number of pesticides in current use,the number measured in the Arctic is very limited,however,modelling studies have identified additional CUPs as potential Arctic contaminants that have yet to be investigated in the *** to their recent detection,reports of CUPs in the Arctic are limited,but *** have been reported in a wide range of abiotic Arctic matrices,including air,snow,ice,freshwater and seawater,indicating their capacity for long-range atmospheric transport,however,concentrations are generally low in comparison to legacy pesticides and other persistent organic pollutants(POPs).recent food-web studies indicate CUPs can enter Arctic terrestrial and marine food chains,however,in contrast to POPs,the highest concentrations of many CUPs were found in lower trophic-level organisms,and the lowest concentrations detected in animals at the highest trophic levels(i.e,ringed seals,polar bear,caribou,and wolves)indicating significant trophic *** detection of CUPs in the remote Arctic ecosystem reinforces the need for continued monitoring of both known and potential Arctic pollutants to prevent impacts on human and environmental health as the global arsenal of pesticides used in agriculture continuously changes.

Metal/carbon nanocomposites have shown great potential as high-performance,low-cost electrocatalysts owing largely to their unique metal-support *** nanocomposites are typically prepared by conventional pyrolysis that is tedious and ***,we report the ultrafast preparation of cobalt/carbon nanocomposites by magnetic induction heating(MIH)of metal organic frameworks within seconds under an inert *** resulting samples consist of cobalt nanoparticles encapsulated within defective carbon shells,and effectively catalyze oxygen evolution reaction(OEr)in alkaline *** the series,the sample prepared at 400 A for 10 s exhibits the best OEr performance,needing a low overpotential of+308 mV to reach the current density of 10 mA cm^(−2),along with excellent stability,and even outperforms commercial ruO_(2) at high *** is ascribed to the charge transfer between the carbon scaffold and metal *** X-ray absorption spectroscopy measurements show that the electrochemically produced CoOOH species is responsible for the high electrocatalytic *** results highlight the unique potential of MIH in the development of effective nanocomposite catalysts for electrochemical energy technologies.
