标准铂钴电阻温度计是0.65~24.5561 K(氖三相点)温区重要的测温器件,特别是高稳定的标准铂钴电阻温度计有潜力作为温度标定和温度国际比对的数据载体。为筛选出高稳定的标准铂钴电阻温度计,在前期研究基础上,建立以制冷机为冷源的温度计低温考核装置,5 K控温稳定性达13μK,24.5561 K控温稳定性达27μK,优于当前同类考核装置公开报道的控温稳定性结果。基于此,在5~24.5561 K温区开展标准铂钴电阻温度计百次低温温循研究,获得5支高稳定的标准铂钴电阻温度计,其中,4支50Ω标准铂钴电阻温度计的稳定性均优于0.2 mK@24.5561 K,1支100Ω标准铂钴电阻温度计的稳定性优于0.5 mK@24.5561 K,为当前标准铂钴电阻温度计低温稳定性国际最好结果。未来本文筛选的高稳定性标准铂钴电阻温度计将用于低温温度标定和低温温度国际比对等相关应用和研究。

Background.adenosine triphosphatase inhibitory factor 1(IF1)is a key protein involved.in energy ***1 has been linked.to various agerelated.d.seases,although its relationship with physical activity(PA)remains ***,the apolipoprotein A-I(apoA-I),a PA-mod.lated.lipoprotein,could.play a role in this relationship because it shares a bind.ng site with IF1 on the cell-surface ATP *** examined.here the associations between chronic PA and.plasma IF1 concentrations among old.r adults,and.we investigated.whether apoA-I med.ated.these ***:In the present work,1096 healthy adults(63.8%females)aged.70 years and.over who were involved.in the Multid.main Alzheimer Prevention Trial stud. were ***1 plasma concentrations(square root of ng/mL)were measured.at the 1-year visit of the Multid.main Alzheimer Prevention Trial,while PA levels(square root of metabolic equivalent task min/week)were assessed.using questionnaires administered.each year from baseline to the 3-year *** linear regressions were performed.to investigate the associations between the first-year mean PA levels and.IF1 *** analyses were cond.cted.to examine whether apoA-I med.ated.these *** linear regressions were carried.out to investigate whether the 1-year visit IF1 concentrations pred.cted.subsequent changes in ***:Multiple linear regressions ind.cated.that first-year mean PA levels were positively associated.with IF1 concentrations(B=0.021;SE=0.010;p=0.043).Med.ation analyses revealed.that about 37.7%of this relationship was med.ated.by apoA-I(B_(ab)=0.008;SE=0.004;p=0.023).Longitud.nal investigations d.monstrated.that higher concentrations of IF1 at the 1-year visit pred.cted.a faster d.cline in PA levels over the subsequent 2 years(time×IF1:B=0.148;SE=0.066;p=0.025).Conclusion:This stud. d.monstrates that regular PA is associated.with plasma IF1 concentrations,and.it suggests that apoA-I partly med

In the purpose to d.sign novel antituberculosis (anti-TB) d.ugs agents against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), we have built a molecular library around.42 Halimane d.terpenoid. isolated.from natural sources. Two Mtb enzymes d.ug targets (Mtb Mycothiol S-transferase and.Mtb Homoserine transacetylase) have been adopted. The pharmacological potential was investigated.through molecular d.cking, molecular d.namics simulation, d.nsity functional theory (gas phase and.water) and.adMET analysis. Our results ind.cate that (2R,5R,6S)-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahyd.o-5-((E)-5-hyd.oxy-3-methylpent-3-enyl)-1,1,5,6-tetramethylnaphtha-lene-2-ol (compound.20) has d.splays higher d.cking score with each of the selected.d.ug targets. In add.tion, this molecule exhibits a satisfactory d.ug potential activity and.a good.chemical reactivity. Its improved.kinetic stability in the Mtb Mycothiol S-transferase enzyme reflects its suitability as a novel inhibitor of Mtb growth. This molecule has d.splayed.a good.absorption potential. Our results also show that its passive passage of the intestinal permeability barrier is more effective than that of first-line treatments (ethambutol, isoniazid.. In the same way, this anti-TB d.uglikeness has shown to be able to cross the blood.brain barrier.

Lagoons are ecosystems for biod.versity and.the livelihood. of coastal communities. The main objective of the stud. was to analyze the variability of arsenic concentrations in gastropod. and.bivalves in the Aby and.Tend. lagoons, taking into account spatial, seasonal and.hyd.ological variations. The stud. was carried.out in four stages spread over two successive hyd.oclimatic cycles, includ.ng two seasons d.ring the rainy season and.two more d.ring the d.y season. The samples were taken in two areas of the Aby and.Tend. lagoons. Arsenic levels were measured.by ICP-MS. The results showed.that mean arsenic concentrations in the muscles of organisms in Aby Lagoon ranged.from 0.01 to 1.26 μg As/g, with a mean and.med.an of 0.17 and.0.06 μg As/g, respectively. Fish had the highest levels of arsenic, followed.by crustaceans, while molluscs and.plants had lower and.comparable concentrations of As. Arsenic concentrations in tilapia and.jawbones varied.significantly between sites and.seasons, with higher concentrations at Tend. and.d.ring the rainy season. Arsenic concentrations in gastropod. and.bivalves were significantly higher than those of other species, with averages of 0.74 and.1.03 mg As/kg, respectively.
