Introduction: The.ne.d to addre.s the.proble. of patie.t safe.y has be.n a focus of World He.lth Asse.bly (WHA) me.tings of 2002, 2019 and 2021. The.2019 WHA Re.olution urge. the.Me.be. State. to take.action on patie.t safe.y. We.aime. to re.ie. patie.t safe.y e.forts in Tanzania from 2002 to 2022 to inform improve.e.t e.forts towards the.2030 targe.. Me.hods: A rapid lite.ature.re.ie. was conducte. be.we.n January 2002 and April 2022. We.se.rche. Google. PubMe. and PubMe. Ce.tral in April and May 2022 using the.following se.rch te.ms: PubMe.—“patie.t safe.y Tanzania”, “blood safe.y in Tanzania”, “safe.surge.y Tanzania”, and “he.lthcare.associate. infe.tions Tanzania”;Google.“blood safe.y in Tanzania”, inje.tion safe.y in Tanzania”, “infe.tion pre.e.tion and control”, “radiation safe.y in he.lth facilitie. in Tanzania”;and PubMe. Ce.tral—“inje.tion safe.y in Tanzania. Re.ults: The.se.rch ide.tifie. 4160 article., of which 4053 we.e.re.ove. in initial scre.ning;21 we.e.duplicate., giving 86 re.e.ant article. for full scre.ning. Of the.86 article., 04 we.e.re.ove. afte. the.full scre.ning, he.ce.re.aining with 82 article.. Among the.82 e.igible.article., 27 are.on IPC, 26 on safe.surge.y, 12 on blood safe.y, 07 on radiation safe.y, 06 on inje.tion safe.y, and 02 on me.ication safe.y. One.article.was re.e.ant to—blood safe.y, IPC and inje.tion safe.y;and one.article.was re.e.ant to—IPC and inje.tion safe.y. Conclusion: Most of the.e.igible.lite.ature.was on IPC and safe.surge.y, followe. by blood safe.y, radiation safe.y, inje.tion safe.y and me.ication safe.y. Curre.t immunosuppre.sive.the.apy cannot se.e.tive.y inhibit the.graft-spe.ific immune.re.ponse.and e.tails a significant risk of se.ious side.e.fe.ts, i.e., among othe.s, de.novo cance.s, infe.tions, cardiovascular e.e.ts, re.al failure. me.abolic syndrome. and late.graft fibrosis, with progre.sive.loss of graft function. Pharmacological re.e.rch, aime. to de.e.op alte.native.immunosuppre.sive.age.ts in LT, is be.ind othe. solidorgan transplantation subspe.ialtie., and, the.e.ore. the.de.e.opme.t of ne. compounds and strate.ie. should ge. priority in LT. Conne.in 43 (CX43) is one.of the.major compone.ts of gap junctions, the.structure. re.ponsible.for the.inte.ce.lular communication and transmission of the.e.e.trical impulse.in the.le.t ve.tricle. The.e.is limite. information on the.histological change. of CX43 with age.and the.r e.fe.t on e.e.trophysiology, e.pe.ially in humans. He.e. we.analyze. le.t ve.tricular biopsie. from living donors starting at midlife.to characte.ize.age.re.ate. CX43 re.ode.ing. We.asse.se. its quantity, de.re. of late.alization, and spatial he.e.oge.e.ty toge.he. with fibrotic de.osition. We.obse.ve. no significant age.re.ate. re.ode.ing of CX43. Only spatial he.e.oge.e.ty incre.se. slightly with age. and this incre.se.was be.te. e.plaine. by biological age.than by chronological age. Importantly, we.found that CX43 fe.ture. varie. conside.ably among individuals in our population with no re.e.ant re.ationship to age.or fibrosis conte.t, in contrast to animal spe.ie.. We.use. our e.pe.ime.tal re.ults to fe.d computational mode.s of human ve.tricular e.e.trophysiology and to asse.s the.e.fe.ts of inte.individual diffe.e.ce. in spe.ific fe.ture. of CX43 and fibrosis on conduction ve.ocity, action pote.tial duration, and arrhythmoge.icity. We.found that large. amounts of fibrosis we.e.associate. with the.highe.t arrhythmic risk, with this risk be.ng incre.se. whe. fibrosis de.osition was combine. with a re.uction in CX43 amount and/or with an incre.se.in CX43 spatial he.e.oge.e.ty. The.e.me.hanisms unde.lying high arrhythmic risk in some.individuals we.e.not associate. with age.in our study population. In conclusion, our data rule.out CX43 re.ode.ing as an age.re.ate. arrhythmic substrate.in the.population be.ond midlife. but highlight its pote.tial as a proarrhythmic factor at the.individual le.e., e.pe.ially whe. combine. with incre.se. fibrosis.

The.Pe.mian Basin is one.of the.most prolific,and curre.tly one.of the.most active.oil and gas basins in the.*** Lowe. Pe.mian strata in the.Pe.mian Basin have.produce. more.than 14 billion barre.s of oil(BBO),making it the.large.t volume.of hydrocarbon in the.*** in the.Midland Basin during late.Le.nardian through e.rly Guadalupian(ca.272-269 Ma)re.ulte. in progradation of she.f e.ge.and ultimate.y closure.of the.basin by Middle.Pe.mian *** analyze. a me.ge. se.smic surve. cove.ing parts of the.Pe.mian Basin(i.e.,Ce.tral Basin Platform and Midland Basin)in Andre.s,e.tor,and Midland Countie.,*** se.smic surve. and we.l logs show the.pre.e.ce.of ge.tly dipping(ca.1°)clinoforms in the.Uppe. San Andre. and Grayburg Formations on the.e.ste.n e.ge.of the.Ce.tral Basin Platform and we.te.n Midland *** se.smic attribute.,curvature.and spe.tral de.omposition ide.tify low sinuosity slope.channe.s orie.te. north-south,but such channe.s do not appe.r be.ond the.*** she.f e.ge.shifts from north to south during de.osition of the.Uppe.
