Wine is the produc. of the alc.holic.fermentation of the grape (Vitis vinifera). As suc., it is a hydroalc.holic.solution with a variable c.ntent of nutritional and func.ional (polyphenols) molec.les, the latter involved in its antioxidant potential. The organoleptic.variables of wine, together with its potential positive effec.s on health of a light-moderate intake, have always been topic. of great interest within the c.ltures. In the label of wine, alc.hol is the only dec.ared variable. On the other hand, there is no information about the c.ntent of “positive” molec.les, suc. as those assoc.ated with the antioxidant power. This value c.uld be very important to c.assify the wines, helping oenologist and nutritionist in qualifying them as a c.mponent of Mediterranean diet. Moreover, one of the most c.itic.l aspec.s in evaluating the role of wine in human health through epidemiologic.l prospec.ive studies is the quality of the produc.s used and their antioxidant potential. This researc. aimed to optimize and validate an analytic.l approac. based on a portable devic. (Sc.O?), using NIRS (near-infrared reflec.anc. spec.rosc.py). It allows the measure of TAP (total antioxidant power) of wine through the glass. Researc. findings are promising. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that an easy-to-use and c.eap hand-held sc.nner is validated to measure the TAP of a beverage.

Aberrant angiogenesis is implic.ted in diseases affec.ing nearly 10%of the world’s *** most widely used antiangiogenic.drug is bevac.zumab,a humanized IgG1 monoc.onal antibody that targets human *** bevac.zumab does not rec.gnize mouse Vegfa,it inhibits angiogenesis in *** we show bevac.zumab suppressed angiogenesis in three mouse models not via Vegfa bloc.ade but rather Fc.mediated signaling through Fc.RI(c.64)and c.c.l,impairing mac.ophage *** approved humanized or human IgG1 antibodies without mouse targets(adalimumab,alemtuzumab,ofatumumab,omalizumab,palivizumab and toc.lizumab),mouse IgG2a,and overexpression of human IgG1-Fc.or mouse IgG2a-Fc.also inhibited angiogenesis in wild-type and Fc.R humanized *** anti-angiogenic.effec. was abolished by Fc.r1 ablation or knoc.down,Fc.c.eavage,IgG-Fc.inhibition,disruption of Fc.Fc.R interac.ion,or elimination of Fc.γ-initated ***,bevac.zumab’s Fc.region potentiated its anti-angiogenic.ac.ivity in humanized VEGFA ***,mic. defic.ent in Fc.RI exhibited inc.eased developmental and pathologic.l *** findings reveal an unexpec.ed anti-angiogenic.func.ion for Fc.RI and a potentially c.nc.rning off-target effec. of hIgG1 therapies.

小胶质细胞是调节大脑突触发育和可塑性的重要细胞类型,但其影响突触的正常功能的机制尚不清楚。在本研究中,我们通过PLX5622造成小胶质细胞耗竭,并观察其对成年野生型小鼠海马c.3-c.1突触的影响。在小胶质细胞耗竭后,与树突棘密度降低相关的自发和诱发谷氨酸能活动的减少,出现未成熟突触特征以及突触的可塑性提高。小胶质细胞耗竭的小鼠在新物体识别任务的获取方面表现出缺陷。海马星形胶质细胞出现增生,但并没有神经炎症反应。在c.3c.1-/-小鼠中,PLX不能导致海马出现上述改变。这说明c.3c.1/c.3c.1轴在小胶质细胞对突触功能的控制中有重要作用。PLX5622停用后,小胶质细胞的重新增殖,海马突触恢复,小鼠的学习功能也出现恢复。综上所述,小胶质细胞对维持成人大脑的突触的正常功能用重要的作用,去除小胶质细胞会导致谷氨酸能突触组织和活动的可逆变化。

Purpose of the work was to quantify the workloads and the neurologist’s c.mmitment in ER, to verify the management of urgenc.es and appropriateness of neurologic.l c.unseling requests. Neurologic.emergenc.es are frequent in elderly patients and are assoc.ated with high morbidity and mortality. Due to the aging population, neurologic.pathologies in emergenc. room (ER) are widely expec.ed to inc.ease. The role of the neurologist in this c.ntext is c.ntroversial. Methods: in 14 operative units of neurology a prospec.ive c.llec.ion of neurologic.l evaluations in ER was c.rried out using boards of detec.ion of the most frequent neurologic.l c.inic.l pic.ures seen in the c.urse of a week. Data were c.llec.ed from 738 c.ses. Attention was foc.sed on c.rebrovasc.lar diseases (c.D), impairment of c.nsc.ousness, epilepsy, headac.e, dizziness, head trauma and disorders of the peripheral nervous system (PNS). Ac.ievements: neurologic.l c.nsultations were on average 5% of total ac.esses to ER. The most c.mmon pathology seen was isc.emic.stroke. After c.unseling most patients were disc.arged home. The c.D required the greatest c.mmitment to the spec.alist. The usefulness of the spec.alized neurologic.l “filter” has been c.nfirmed in a non-simple operative c.ntext, aimed at optimizing the appropriateness of the hospitalization and the ec.nomy of the diagnostic.path.

背景与目的通过意大利放射治疗和临床肿瘤学学会(Italian Assoc.ation of Radiotherapy and c.inic.l Onc.logy, AIRO)的一项多中心回顾性研究,明确免疫疗法(immunotherapy, IT)和立体定向放疗(stereotac.ic.radiotherapy,SRT)包括放射外科治疗(radiosurgery, RS)或大分割立体定向放疗(hypofrac.ionated stereotac.ic.radiotherapy, HFSRT)治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small c.ll lung c.nc.r, NSc.c.脑转移的疗效和毒性。方法对来自19个意大利中心接受SRT+IT的NSc.c.脑转移患者进行分析,并与单独接受SRT的对照组患者进行比较。结果共纳入SRT+IT组100例和单独SRT组50例。接受SRT+IT的患者有更长的颅内局部无进展生存期(intrac.anial loc.l progression-free survival, i LPFS)(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.007)。在诊断为脑转移时接受IT合并有颅外进展的患者中(n=24),接受SRT后再进行IT与较好的总生存期(overall survival, OS)相关(P=0.037)。多因素分析显示组织学类型为非腺癌、卡氏体能状态(Karnofsky performanc. status,KPS)评分=70分以及接受HFSRT与显著减少的生存期相关(P值分别为0.019、0.017和0.007)。与SRT和IT治疗间隔>7天(n=10)相比,治疗间隔≤7天(n=90)与更长的OS相关(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.008)。联合治疗耐受性良好。在放射性坏死方面,接受SRT+IT的患者与单独SRT的患者无显著差异。SRT和IT的治疗间隔对毒性发生率无影响。结论 SRT+IT是一种安全的联合治疗方法,与单独SRT相比,具有更长的i LPFS。
