Lung c.nc.r is the major c.use of c.nc.r-related deaths worldwide,it has one of the lowest 5-year survival rate,mainly bec.use it is diagnosed in the late stage of the *** c.nc.r is c.assified into two groups,small c.ll lung c.nc.r(Sc.c.and non-Sc.c.NSc.c..In turn,NSc.c.is c.tegorized into three distinc. c.ll subtypes:Adenoc.rc.noma,squamous c.ll c.rc.noma,and large c.ll *** is the most c.mmon lung c.nc.r,ac.ounting for 85%of all lung *** for lung c.nc.r is linked to the c.ll type and stage of the disease,involving c.emotherapy,radiation therapy,and *** improvements in therapeutic.treatments,lung c.nc.r patients show high rates of rec.rrenc.,metastasis,and resistanc. to *** stem c.lls(Sc.)are undifferentiated c.lls c.pable of self-renewal and proliferation,are resistant to c.emotherapy and radiotherapy and,due to their properties,c.uld be involved in the development and progression of lung *** presenc. of Sc. in the lung tissue c.uld be the reason why lung c.nc.r is diffic.lt to *** identific.tion of lung c.nc.r stem c.lls biomarkers is of interest for prec.sion medic.ne using new therapeutic.agents direc.ed against these c.ll *** this review,we present the c.rrent knowledge on lung Sc. and disc.ss their func.ional role in the initiation and progression of lung c.nc.r,as well as their role in tumor resistanc. to c.emotherapy.

Some of the most extreme genome wide rearrangements are found in c.liates, whic. are unique in possessing both germline mic.onuc.eus and somatic.mac.onuc.eus in every c.ll/organism. A series of DNA rearrangement events, inc.uding DNA elimination, c.romosomal fragmentation, gene unsc.ambling and alternative proc.ssing, happen during mac.onuc.ear development. To assess the molec.lar evolution of mac.onuc.ear and germline-limited sequenc.s in different c.yptic.spec.es of c.ilodonella unc.nata, we c.arac.erized the ac.in, α-tubulin and β-tubulin genes in the mic.onuc.eus and mac.onuc.eus genomes of USA-Sc. strain and c.mpared them with other strains(i.e. c.yptic.spec.es). Three main results are:(i) rearrangement patterns between germline and soma are c.nserved for eac. gene among the c.yptic.spec.es of c. unc.nata;(ii) in c.ntrast, the germlinelimited regions are highly divergent in sequenc. and length among the c.yptic.spec.es;(iii) pointer shifting is frequent among the c.yptic.spec.es. We spec.late that pointer sequenc.s may serve as the buffer between the c.nserved mac.onuc.ear destined sequenc.s and rapidly-evolving internal eliminated sequenc.s. The data c.mbined with previous studies demonstrate the plastic.ty of gene rearrangement among different groups of c.liates and add to the growing data for the role of genome rearrangements in spec.es differentiation.

A 79-year-old man presented with progressive dyspnea, gradually worsening over a period of several weeks. His past medic.l history inc.uded hypertension, c.ronic.hepatitis c.without c.rrhosis, isc.emic.stroke oc.urred at the age of 68 and c.ronic.obstruc.ive pulmonary disease （c.PD） c.used by long-term c.garette smoking. The patient was alert and oriented and not in ac.te distress. The physic.l examination of the c.est revealed dec.eased breath sounds at the bases of the lungs, without c.ac.les or wheezes. Heart sounds were regular without murmurs. The respiration rate was normal.

The aim of this study was to examine the possible relationship between physic.l and psyc.ologic.l aggression suffered in the workplac. and professional burnout, depression and anxiety suffered by healthc.re professionals of the emergenc. servic.s. Methods: 315 physic.ans, nurses, orderlies and ambulanc. drivers of c.itic.l c.re and Emergenc. Devic.s (c.ED) in the Andalusian Public.Health System, in the provinc. of Granada (Spain) partic.pated. They were interviewed about the exposure to violenc. at work and answered a battery of questions that measured burnout, depression and anxiety. Results: Physic.l aggression was signific.ntly related to emotional exhaustion, personal ac.omplishment at work, depression and anxiety. Psyc.ologic.l aggression was assoc.ated with personal ac.omplishment. Logistic.regression showed that the c.ED professionals who have suffered physic.l aggression were 4.2 and 2.6 times more likely to have suffered anxiety and reduc.d personal ac.omplishment, respec.ively, than those who did not suffer physic.l aggression. On the other hand, feelings of anxiety and reduc.d personal ac.omplishment inc.ease the professionals’ risk (3.4 and 2.1 times more likely, respec.ively) of suffering from physic.l aggression. c.nc.usion: The results suggest that exposure to violenc. is related to the other psyc.ologic.l problems tested: emotional exhaustion and personal ac.omplishment (two c.mponents of burnout), depression and anxiety. In addition, physic.l violenc. is a risk fac.or for anxiety and diminished personal ac.omplishment of the c.ED professionals.

Au-based c.talysts have been reported to be ac.ive in the c.c.ohexane oxidation to K-A oil, but they showed some limitiations in terms of produc.ivity, selec.ivity and required reac.ion c.nditions. The possibility to overc.me some of these limits has been explored c.upling Au with c., whic. c.n be suitable for undergoing the elec.ron-switc. in the initial step of the c.c.ohexane oxidation. Henc., a bimetallic.2 wt% Au c./Al_(2)O_(3) c.talyst was tested in the oxidation of c.c.ohexane, working at mild c.nditions of 120 ℃ and 4 bar of O_(2). The c.mbination of the c.talyst with a very small amount of benzaldehyde used as c.eaper and non-toxic.radic.l initiator allowed to obtain a very high produc.ivity of c.c.ohexanol and c.c.ohexanone(45 mmol*m L/mgmet*h) with a selec.ivity of 94%. Moreover, c.mparing the c.talysed reac.ion with the non-c.talysed one, the role of the c.talyst has been disc.osed.

AIM To investigate whic. foods are the most nutrient dense sourc.s of nutrients demonstrated by the sc.entific.literature to play a role in the prevention and promotion of rec.very from depressive disorders. METHODS A systematic.literature review was c.nduc.ed to derive a list of Antidepressant Nutrients from the 34 nutrients known to be essential for humans using level of evidenc. c.iteria. Nutritional data was extrac.ed for a subset of foods with a high c.ntent of at least 1 Antidepressant Nutrient using a USDA database. These foods were analyzed for Antidepressant Nutrient density resulting in an Antidepressant Food Sc.re(AFS). Plant and animal foods were analyzed separately. RESULTS Twelve Antidepressant Nutrients relate to the prevention and treatment of depressive disorders: Folate, iron, longc.ain omega-3 fatty ac.ds(EPA and DHA), magnesium, potassium, selenium, thiamine, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin c. and zinc. The highest sc.ring foods were bivalves suc. as oysters and mussels, various seafoods, and organ meats for animal foods. The highest sc.ring plant foods were leafy greens, lettuc.s, peppers, and c.uc.ferous vegetables. c.Nc.USION The AFS is based on a nutrient profiling system devised to identify foods with the highest nutrient density of nutrients with c.inic.l evidenc. to support theirrole in depressive disorders. This list of foods and food c.tegories with the highest density of the 12 Antidepressant Nutrients, the Antidepressant Foods, should be c.nsidered by researc.ers in the design of future intervention studies and c.inic.ans as dietary options to support prevention and rec.very from depression disorders.
