家禽是动物蛋白的良好来源,因为其生长速度快、生产率高。动物饲料的化学和营养成分,是维持牲畜生产力基础。饲料可能包含多种来源于环境的有害微生物,如曲霉能在饲料和食品中产生黄曲霉毒素。黄曲霉毒素是一种强效的致癌物质,并已直接对许多动物物种健康造成了不利影响,如肝癌。鸭与肉鸡和蛋鸡相比更敏感。并且,雏鸭最容易受到黄曲霉毒素的影响。为了避免黄曲霉毒素,已有几种方法对此进行了研究,以减少动物中的黄曲霉毒素的毒性,如使用的抗氧化剂和微生物。这些方法,可以在一种温和条件下去除黄曲霉毒素,由于没有有害化学品,所以不影响营养价值和脱毒饲料的适口性。本研究分为两个部分：体外试验和体内试验。在体外研究中用来确定的微生物亲和力,如枯草芽孢杆菌,短小芽孢杆菌,戊糖片球菌和酵母(酿酒酵母)对玉米黄曲霉毒素B1的吸附能力。而在体内研究主要评估抗氧化剂(BHT)和微生物(枯草芽孢杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,酵母菌和链球菌)减少饲料黄曲霉毒素B1的水平的能力,及对樱桃谷鸭生产性能和健康状况影响。1.体外研究在体外试验研究枯草芽孢杆菌,短小芽孢杆菌,戊糖片球菌和酵母(酿酒酵母)对霉变玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1降解能力。这项研究是在pH2.0和pH值7.0(根据家禽的胃和小肠的条件)的条件下进行的。结果表明,添加不同干菌(1×107CFU/毫升)对黄曲霉毒素B1(11.32-21.00%)抑制能力不同。治疗效果不明(P0.05))。添加0.10%抗氧化剂组(实验组4)ADFI升高,但未达到实验组水平。但是,生长阶段AFB1实验组相比于对照组的ADFI和ADG降低程度较小。FCR较高组是0.10%抗氧化剂组(实验组4)和酵母菌添加组(0.05％；1×1010CFU/kg).AFB1添加组在培育阶段脾脏重显著增加(P≤O.05),而心,肝,肾和胸腺等重量不受影响；但是,在生长阶段,肝,肾,脾和胸腺都显著增加。向含AFB1实验组添加微生物可减轻AFB1毒素对相关脏器的增重作用,这一效果不适用AFB1对试验期内心脏的作用。血清生化指标：与对照组相比,AFB1显著增加了天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性(P≤0.05)；降低了总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(A1P)和球蛋白(GLO)含量,但红细胞(RBC)作用效果不明显。在培育阶段,添加抗氧化剂(0.05%),枯草杆菌(0.05％:1×1011CFU/kg),地衣芽孢杆菌(0.05％:5×1010CFU/kg),酵母菌(0.05％:1×1010CFU/kg)和链球菌(0.02％:1×109CFU/kg)显著降低AST和ALT活性,其AST活性值分别为70.00;64.50;79.75;48.25;60.00U/L；ALT活性值分别为39.50：31.25：30.50：29.50：33.75U/L。而添加0.10%抗氧化剂的AST值显示其不足以缓解AFB1的副作用。而且,在鸭生长阶段试验中,添加抗氧化剂和微生物的实验组,AST和ALT的活性显著降低。相比于对照组,添加抗氧化剂和微生物的实验组增加了TP, ALB和GLO的含量,但差异不显著。肝组织学试验：添加抗氧化剂和微生物不足以减轻AFB1毒素导致的肝组织损伤,因为实验组肝组织呈现了胆管增生。肝脏和肌肉组织AFBl残留检验：肝脏中AFBl残留高于肌肉组织,实验组2在7周龄时肝脏中AFB1残留量为0.16±0.27ppb,而鸡肉中为检测到AFB1残留。结论,体外试

This paper deals with the effect of Cr content on photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin films deposited on quartz and intrinsic silicon substrates by using the RF magnetron co-sputtering process. Some physical investigations on such sputtered films were made by means of X-ray Diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy as well as UV-Vis-IR absorption techniques. The heat treatment under oxygen atmosphere at 550°C reveals that the crystalline structure of TiO2: Cr depends on Cr content. Anatase-to-rutile phase transformation occurs at a Cr content of about 7%. On the other hand, the band gap energy value of annealed TiO2: Cr films varies in terms of Cr doping and a transition around 7% of Cr is accrued. The photocatalytic activity of undoped and doped TiO2 films was evaluated by photo-degrading of the amido black under UV light irradiation. Modification of the chemical structure of titanium dioxide by Cr doping allows moving the photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide towards visible light. The results indicate that films doped with 2% Cr exhibit the highest UV and visible light photocatalytic activity.

This work investigates the effects of temperature and radiation intensity on the parameters of a copper indium diselenide (CIS) photovoltaic module. The module performance parameters are determined from calculated module parameters. An outdoor experimental setup is installed to carryout a series of I-V curve measurements under different irradiance and temperature conditions for the module. A numerical model which considers the effect of series and shunt resistances is developed to evaluate the different parameters of PV modules. Orthogonal distance regression (ODR) algorithm is adapted for fitting I-V measurements and extracting module parameters from I-V measurements. The values of module parameters, series resistance Rs, shunt resistance Rsh, diode ideality factor n and reverse saturation current Io determined from I-V measurements at different irradiation intensity and temperature range are in good agreement with the corresponding parameters obtained from the developed numerical model. The module parameters extracted from I-V measurements are employed to calculate the module performance parameters, i.e. open circuit voltage Voc, fill factor FF and module efficiency η at different irradiation intensity and temperature range. Present results indicate that the largest drop in open circuit voltage Voc due to about 20℃ increase in temperature is approximately 8.8% which is not compensated for by the relatively small increase in short circuit current, (2.9% in Isc), resulting in a reduction in maximum power of about 6.3%. Results let us conclude that the shunt resistance RSh increases with radiation at low radiation values (2). As radiation increases at high radiation values (> 400 W/m2), RSh begins to decease sharply and dramatically. Also, as the light intensity incident on the solar module increases, the series resistance and the output voltage decrease. Breast cancer appears to be a disease of both the developing and developed worlds. Among Moroccan women, breast cancer represents 34.4% of all cancers seen in women. This study aimed to give an overview of the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions related to breast cancer among Moroccan women. To our knowledge there is no previous study in Morocco to assess Moroccan women awareness of breast cancer. A national Cross-sectional study started in July 2011 based on eligible women for early detection programs in basal health centers from five Moroccan regions. A self-filled questionnaire was used to collect data outside working time. Knowledge was assessed using 24 true-false items. The questions were asked about symptoms and risk factors of breast cancer. A score ranging from 0 to 24 was calculated by weighting each item 1 point. Then the score was dichotomized according to the threshold 12 （50% correct answers）. The study included 1,444 women from the regions of Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez and Meknes. The average age was 40.6 ~ 10 years, 2 women with a minimum age of 17 years and a 1 with a maximum age of 86 years. At the bivariate analysis using chi-square test we found that Marital Status, Social Security, Education, Origin, Sport, Personal History of Cancer, Medical and Surgical personal History were associated with knowledge score. At the multivariate analysis （Logistic regression）, we found that Social Security, Education, Origin, Sport were associated to knowledge score at the final model. This study has important implications for health care providers. The poor knowledge of risk factors and practice of breast screening leads to late stage presentation at diagnosis of breast cancer.

Introduction Psychiatric manifestations are exceptional during hypothyroidism and are not always easy to diagnose, especially since the clinical signs of hypothyroidism can be confused with those of the depressive syndrome. We report an original observation of depression of the elderly revealing an isolated primary hypothyroidism. Observation A 78-year-old patient, followed for essential hypertension, well-balanced under monotherapy with calcium channel blockers, and without degenerative complications, was referred by her family doctor for depressive syndrome not improved by the specific treatment prescribed and correctly taken for six months. The clinical examination noted in particular macroglossia with dental impressions and dry and cracked skin. The biological assessment showed hypothyroidism with TSH at 28μmol/l. Thyroid ultrasound showed atrophy of the thyroid gland. The thyroid autoimmunity (anti-thyroglobulin and anti-thyroperoxidase antibodies) was negative. The rest of the biological tests were in the normal range. The diagnosis of Riedel’s thyroiditis was retained and the patient was treated with levothyroxine in progressive doses until TSH normalization was achieved. The evolution on the psychiatric level was also favorable with disappearance of the signs of the depression and the anti-depressive treatment was discontinued. Conclusion Depression is rare, complicating only 4% of overt hypothyroidism and its diagnosis is not always easy, especially in the elderly. Hormone replacement therapy significantly improves the depressive syndrome and protects against cognitive decline. Thus, hypothyroidism screening seems appropriate for any depressive syndrome in the elderly.

AIM: To study the prevalence and risk factors of significant hepatic fibrosis in Moroccan human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) monoinfected ***: We conducted a cross-sectional study among HIV monoinfected patients(negative for hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis C antibody). Clinical and laboratory data were collected from the data base of the Infectious Diseases Unit in Ibn Rochd Hospital Center [age, gender, duration of HIV infection, CD4 T lymphocyte count, HIV viral load, glycemia and current or prior use of antiretroviral and antiretroviral therapy(ART) duration]. The primary outcome was a FIB4score > 1.45. Multivariable logistic regression identifiedindependent risk factors for FIB4 > ***: A FIB4 score > 1.45 was identified in 96among 619(15.5%). HIV monoinfected patients followed up between September 1990 and September2012. Multivariate analysis showed that only a viral load > 75(OR = 2.23, 95%CI: 1.36-3.67), CD4 > 200cells/mm3(OR = 0.39, 95%CI: 0.21-0.72) and age at FIB4 index calculation(OR = 1.10, 95%CI: 1.07-1.13)were independently associated with the occurrence of FIB4 index(> 1.45). Gender, duration of HIV infection,glycemia, use of antiretroviral therapy and ART duration were not associated with significant fibrosis by ***: FIB4 score > 1.45 was found in 15.5%of Moroccan HIV monoinfected patients. Age, HIV viremia > 75 copies/mL and CD4 count > 200 cells/mm3are associated with liver fibrosis. Further studies are needed to explore mechanisms for fibrosis in HIV monoinfected patients.
