Internal transcribed spacer sequencing to explore the intrinsic composition of fungal communities in fungal esophagitis

BACKGROUND Fungal esophagitis(FE)is caused by fungal invasion of the esophageal *** endoscopy,the esophageal mucosa shows edema,congestion,erosion,and ulceration,and bleeds easily when touched,and the surface of the mucosa is covered with small white spots like"bean curd residue".Clinical cases showing typical FE under endoscopic imaging but negative esophageal mucosal brush(referred to as suspected FE)have increased the difficulty and challenge of clinical diagnosis and *** present,the esophageal fungal flora of suspected case has not been thoroughly *** To characterize the fungal flora in FE,suspected FE,and the esophageal normal controls(NCs),and to identify marker species to improve detection of *** This was a case-control study.A total of 19 patients with FE,16 with suspected FE,and 10 NCs were selected by *** esophageal cell brush samples of each group were sequenced by internal transcribed spacer(ITS)1 and analyzed by *** In FE and suspected FE patients,species richness,species diversity and species evenness,as measured by the Chao1 index,Shannon index and Pielou index,were lower than in the NCs,and the comparison between the FE and NCs was the most significant(P<0.05).Compared with the NCs,the relative abundance of Candida in FE and suspected FE patients was significantly increased(P<0.001),while the relative abundance of Yarrowia was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover,Yarrowia abundance in the FE group was significantly lower than in the NCs and suspected FE groups(P<0.001).The area under the curve for Candida in FE and suspected FE patients was 99.5%(P<0.05)and 81.3%(P<0.05),***,compared with FE patients,the relative abundance of Ascomycota and Candida in the esophageal flora of suspected FE patients was decreased,while the relative abundance of Yarrowia,Thermomyces and Pichia was *** ITS showed that composition of the fungal community was similar in the F

为揭示转子-轴承系统在不同涡动状态下的产热机理,明确不同涡动状态下的轴颈温度分布特性,提出了一种考虑轴颈同步涡动的转子-轴承系统热效应分析方法。以热效应分析模型为基础,借助C++语言编写用户自定义函数(UDF)引入了温度-黏性模型,采用基于结构化网格的非定常动网格更新方法,实现了同步涡动时轴颈中心的自动迭代。通过算例验证并与Kucinschi实验结果对比,证明了提出的数学模型和求解方法的有效性,探究了轴颈在3种涡动轨迹下,偏心率、同步涡动频率、涡动幅值对轴颈周向温度及压力分布特性的影响。结果表明:当轴颈偏心率固定为0.5、同步涡动频率从50 Hz增大至200 Hz时,直线轨迹下周向温差最大,其与圆轨迹和椭圆轨迹下周向温差的最大相对偏差分别达到了11.51%和14.01%;当轴颈涡动频率固定为159.17 Hz、偏心率从0.1升至0.5时,直线轨迹下的周向温差最大,其与圆轨迹和椭圆轨迹的周向温差的相对偏差均在10%~25%之间;轴颈周向温度分布与油膜黏性剪切力分布具有相位差。研究可为抑制转子热致同步振动失稳提供理论参考。

Interface modulation is an important pathway for highly efficient electromagnetic wave ***,tailored interfaces between Fe_(3)O_(4)particles and the hexagonal-YFeO_(3)(h-YFeO_(3))framework were constructed via facile *** resulting interfa-cial electron rearrangement at the heterojunction led to enhanced dielectric and magnetic loss *** results and density function theory(DFT)simulations demonstrate a transition in electrical properties from a half-metallic monophase to metallic Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)composites,emphasizing the advantages of the formed *** transformation of electron behavior is also accompan-ied by a redistribution of electrons at the Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)heterojunction,leading to the accumulation of localized electrons around the Y-O-Fe band bridge,consequently enhancing the polarization.A minimum reflection loss of-34.0 dB can be achieved at 12.0 GHz and 2.0 mm thickness with an effective bandwidth of 3.3 GHz due to the abundant interfaces,enhanced polarization,and rational ***,the synergistic effects endow the Fe_(3)O_(4)/h-YFeO_(3)composites with high performance and tunable functional properties for efficient electromagnetic absorption.

Semi-heterogeneous photocatalysis has emerged as a powerful and productive platform in organic chemistry, which provides mild and eco-friendly conditions for a diverse range of bond-forming *** synergy of homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts inherits their main advantages, such as higher activities, easy separation and superior recyclability. In this review, we summarize the recent advances in recyclable semi-heterogenous protocols for the light promoted bond-forming reactions and identify directions for future research according to the different photocatalysts/metal/redox catalysts involved. Notably, this review is not a comprehensive description of reported literature but aim to highlight and illustrate key concepts, strategies, reaction model, reaction conditions and mechanisms.

Model Predictive Control Scheduling Strategy for Hydrogen-doped Integrated Energy System Considering Ladder Carbon Trading

To achieve low-carbon economic operation of hydrogen-doped integrated energy systems while mitigating the stochastic impact of new energy outputs on the system,the coordinated operation mode of hydrogen-doped gas turbines and electrolyzers is focused on,as well as a hybrid energy storage scheme involving both hydrogen and heat storage and an optimized scheduling model for integrated energy systems encompassing electricity-hydrogen-heat-cooling conversions is established.A model predictive control strategy based on deep learning prediction and feedback is proposed,and the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy are demonstrated using error penalty ***,the introduction of hydrogen energy exchange and ladder carbon trading is shown to effectively guide the low-carbon economic operation of hydrogen-doped integrated energy systems across multiple typical scenarios.A sensitivity analysis is conducted based on this framework,revealing that increases in the hydrogen doping ratio of turbines and the carbon base price led to higher system operation costs but effectively reduce carbon emissions.

Distribution and Hydrogeochemical Characteristic of High Iodine Groundwater in Oasis Zone in the Tarim Basin in Xinjiang,China

BACKGROUND Diverting stoma(DS)is routinely proposed in intersphincteric resection for ultra-low rectal cancer,but it is associated with increased stoma-related complications and economic *** patient selection and operative strategies to avoid stoma formation need further *** This study enrolled 505 consecutive patients,including 84 who underwent stoma-free(SF)intersphincteric *** matching,patients were divided into SF(n=78)and DS(n=78)*** primary endpoint was the anastomotic leakage(AL)rate within 6 months and its protective factors for both the total and SF *** secondary endpoints included overall survival and disease-free *** The AL rate was greater in the SF group than in the DS group(12.8%vs 2.6%,P=0.035).Male sex[(odds ratio(OR)=2.644,P=0.021],neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(nCRT)(OR=6.024,P<0.001),and tumor height from the anal verge≤4 cm(OR=4.160,P=0.007)were identified as independent risk *** of the left colic artery(LCA)was protective in both the total cohort(OR=0.417,P=0.013)and the SF cohort(OR=0.312,P=0.027).The female patients who did not undergo nCRT and had preservation of the LCA experienced a significantly lower incidence of AL(2/97,2.1%).The 3-year overall survival or disease-free survival did not significantly differ be-tween the *** Female patients who do not receive nCRT may avoid the need for DS by preserving the LCA without increasing the risk of AL or compromising oncological outcomes.
