Aminoglycosides are a widely used class of antibacterials renowned for their effectiveness and broad antimicrobial ***,their use leads to irreversible hearing damage by causing apoptosis of hair cells as their direct *** addition,the hearing damage caused by aminoglycosides involves damage of spiral ganglion neurons upon *** investigate the mechanisms underlying spiral ganglion neuron degeneration induced by aminoglycosides,we used a C57Bl/6J mouse model treated with *** found that the mice exhibited auditory deficits following the acute loss of outer hair *** ganglion neurons displayed hallmarks of pyroptosis and exhibited progressive degeneration over *** profiling of these neurons showed significant upregulation of genes associated with inflammation and immune response,particularly those related to the NlRP3 *** of the canonical pyroptotic pathway in spiral ganglion neurons was observed,accompanied by infiltration of macrophages and the release of proinflammatory *** intervention targeting NlRP3 using Mcc950 and genetic intervention using NlRP3 knockout ameliorated spiral ganglion neuron degeneration in the injury *** findings suggest that NlRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis plays a role in aminoglycoside-induced spiral ganglion neuron *** of this pathway may offer a potential therapeutic strategy for treating sensorineural hearing loss by reducing spiral ganglion neuron degeneration.

Successful emergency surgical intervention in acute non-STsegment elevation myocardial infarction with rupture:A case report

BACKGROuND The incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is rising,with cardiac rupture accounting for approximately 2%of deaths in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Ventricular free wall rupture(FWR)occurs in approximately 2%of AMI patients and is notably rare in patients with *** of cardiac rupture include left ventricular FWR,ventricular septal rupture,and papillary muscle *** FWR usually leads to acute cardiac tamponade or electromechanical dissociation,where standard resuscitation efforts may not be *** septal rupture and papillary muscle rupture often result in refractory heart failure,with mortality rates over 50%,even with surgical or percutaneous repair *** SuMMARY We present a rare case of an acute non-STEMI patient who suffered sudden FWR causing cardiac tamponade and loss of consciousness immediate before undergoing coronary *** resuscitation and emergency open-heart repair along with coronary artery bypass grafting resulted in successful patient *** This case emphasizes the risks of AMI complications,shares a successful treatment scenario,and discusses measures to prevent such complications.

low-temperature fabrication of black-phase CsPbI3 perovskite films is first demonstrated by using diphenylphosphinic chloride additive under 30-50 degrees C, arising from the steric effect and chloride insertion ***-area high-quality all-inorganic perovskite films with fewer defects enhanced crystallographic orientation, and excellent environmental stability is *** record performances are demonstrated for flexible wearable photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 A W-1, a detectivity of 1.3 x 1014 Jones, high-fidelity image, photoplethysmography sensor functions, and high mechanical stability. Flexible wearable optoelectronic devices fabricated from organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites significantly accelerate the development of portable energy, biomedicine, and sensing fields, but their poor thermal stability hinders further applications. Conversely, all-inorganic perovskites possess excellent thermal stability, but black-phase all-inorganic perovskite film usually requires high-temperature annealing steps, which increases energy consumption and is not conducive to the fabrication of flexible wearable devices. In this work, an unprecedented low-temperature fabrication of stable black-phase CsPbI3 perovskite films is demonstrated by the in situ hydrolysis reaction of diphenylphosphinic chloride additive. The released diphenyl phosphate and chloride ions during the hydrolysis reaction significantly lower the phase transition temperature and effectively passivate the defects in the perovskite films, yielding high-performance photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 A W-1 and a detectivity of 1.3 x 1014 Jones. Furthermore, high-fidelity image and photoplethysmography sensors are demonstrated based on the fabricated flexible wearable photodetectors. This work provides a new perspective for the low-temperature fabrication of large-area all-inorganic perovskite flexible optoelectronic devices.

Herein, the de novo synthesis of atropisomeric benzofurans through the Cu/spirocyclic-pyrrolidine-oxazoline(SPDO) complex catalyze asymmetric formal [3 + 2] cycloaddition between quinones and ynamides is explored, producing a range of structurally diverse axially chiral benzofurans in satisfactory yields with good to excellent enantioselectivities. Furthermore, density functional theory cal.ulations were applied to explain the possible reaction mechanism.

Boosting bidirectional sul.ur conversion enabled by introducing boron-doped atoms and phosphorus vacancies in Ni2P for lithium-sul.ur batteries

lithium-sul.ur （li-S） batteries have gained great attention due to the high theoretical energy density and low cost,yet their further commercialization has been obstructed by the notorious shuttle effect and sluggish redox ***,we supply a strategy to optimize the electron structure of Ni2P by concurrently introducing B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P （Vp-B-Ni2P）,thereby enhancing the bidirectional sul.ur *** study indicates that the simultaneous introduction of B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P causes the redistribution of electron around Ni atoms,bringing about the upward shift of d-band center of Ni atoms and effective d-p orbital hybridization between Ni atoms and sul.ur species,thus strengthening the chemical anchoring for lithium polysulfides （liPSs） as well as expediting the bidirectional conversion kinetics of sul.ur ***,theoretical cal.ulations reveal that the incorporation of B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P selectively promotes li2S dissolution and nucleation ***,the li-S batteries with Vp-B-Ni2P-separators present outstanding rate ability of 777 m A h g-1at 5 C and high areal capacity of 8.03 mA h cm-2under E/S of 5μl mg-1and sul.ur loading of 7.20 mg *** work elucidates that introducing heteroatom and vacancy in metal phosphide collaboratively regulates the electron structure to accelerate bidirectional sul.ur conversion.

underwater acoustic signal processing is one of the research hotspots in underwater *** reduction of underwater acoustic signals is the key to underwater acoustic signal *** to the complexity of marine environment and the particularity of underwater acoustic channel,noise reduction of underwater acoustic signals has always been a difficult challenge in the field of underwater acoustic signal *** order to solve the dilemma,we proposed a novel noise reduction technique for underwater acoustic signals based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN),minimum mean square variance criterion(MMSVC) and least mean square adaptive filter(lMSAF).This noise reduction technique,named CEEMDAN-MMSVC-lMSAF,has three main advantages:(i) as an improved algorithm of empirical mode decomposition(EMD) and ensemble EMD(EEMD),CEEMDAN can better suppress mode mixing,and can avoid selecting the number of decomposition in variational mode decomposition(VMD);(ii) MMSVC can identify noisy intrinsic mode function(IMF),and can avoid selecting thresholds of different permutation entropies;(iii) for noise reduction of noisy IMFs,lMSAF overcomes the selection of deco mposition number and basis function for wavelet noise ***,CEEMDAN decomposes the original signal into IMFs,which can be divided into noisy IMFs and real ***,MMSVC and lMSAF are used to detect identify noisy IMFs and remove noise components from noisy ***,both denoised noisy IMFs and real IMFs are reconstructed and the final denoised signal is *** with other noise reduction techniques,the validity of CEEMDAN-MMSVC-lMSAF can be proved by the analysis of simulation signals and real.underwater acoustic signals,which has the better noise reduction effect and has practical application ***-MMSVC-lMSAF also provides a reliable basis for the detection,feature extraction,classification and recognition of underwater acousti

We focus on the localized characteristics of lump and interaction solutions to two extended Jimbo–Miwa *** on the Hirota bilinear method and the test function method,we construct the exact solutions to the extended equations including lump solutions,lump–kink solutions,and two other types of interaction solutions,by solving the underdetermined nonlinear system of algebraic equations for associated ***,analysis and graphical simulation are presented to show the dynamical characteristics of our solutions and the interaction behaviors are revealed.
