The com.onents of proton exchange m.m.rane water electrolysers frequently experience corrosion issues, especially at high anodic polarization, that restrict the use of m.re affordable alternatives to titanium. Here, we investigate localized corrosion processes of bare and Ti-coated AISI 446 ferritic stainless steel.under anodic polarization by scanning electrochem.cal m.croscopy (SECm. in sodium.sulphate and potassium.chloride solutions. SECm.approach curves and area scans m.asured at open-circuit potential (OCP) of the sam.les in the feedback m.de using a redox m.diator evidence a negative feedback effect caused by the surface passive film. For the anodic polarization of the sam.le, the substrate generation-tip collection m.de enables to observe local generation of iron (II) ions, as well as form.tion of m.lecular oxygen. For the uncoated AISI 446 sam.le, localized corrosion is detected in sodium.sulphate solution sim.ltaneously with oxygen form.tion at anodic potentials of 1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl, whereas significant pitting corrosion is observed even at 0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl in potassium.chloride solution. The Ti-coated AISI 446 sam.le reveals enhanced corrosion resistance in both test solutions, without any evidence of iron (II) ions generation at anodic potentials of 1.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl, where only oxygen form.tion is observed.

We present detailed characterization of laser-driven fusion and neutron production(-10^(5)/second) using 8 m., 40 fs laser pulses on a thin(m. D_2O liquid sheet em.loying a m.asurem.nt suite. At relativistic intensity(~ 5 × 10^(18)W/cm.(2))and high repetition rate(1 kHz), the system.produces deuterium.deuterium.D-D) fusion, allowing for consistent neutron generation. Evidence of D-D fusion neutron production is verified by a m.asurem.nt suite with three independent detection system.: an EJ-309 organic scintillator with pulse-shape discrim.nation, a ~3He proportional counter and a set of 36 bubble detectors. Tim.-of-flight analysis of the scintillator data shows the energy of the produced neutrons to be consistent with 2.45 m.V. Particle-in-cell sim.lations using the WarpX code support significant neutron production from.D-D fusion events in the laser±target interaction region. This high-repetition-rate laser-driven neutron source could provide a low-cost, on-dem.nd test bed for radiation hardening and im.ging applications.

The intuitive fuzzy set has found im.ortant application in decision-m.king and m.chine *** enrich and utilize the intuitive fuzzy set,this study designed and developed a deep neural network-based gl.ucom. eye detection using fuzzy difference equations in the dom.in where the retinal im.ges *** im.ge detections are categorized as norm.l eye recognition,suspected gl.ucom.tous eye recognition,and gl.ucom.tous eye *** degrees associated with weighted values are cal.ulated to determ.ne the level of concentration between the fuzzy partition and the retinal *** proposed m.del was used to diagnose gl.ucom. using retinal im.ges and involved utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and deep learning to identify the fuzzy weighted regularization between *** m.thodology was used to clarify the input im.ges and m.ke them.adequate for the process of gl.ucom. *** objective of this study was to propose a novel approach to the early diagnosis of gl.ucom. using the Fuzzy Expert System.FES)and Fuzzy differential equation(FDE).The intensities of the different regions in the im.ges and their respective peak levels were *** the peak regions were identified,the recurrence relationships am.ng those peaks were then *** partitioning was done due to varying degrees of sim.lar and dissim.lar concentrations in the *** and dissim.lar concentration levels and spatial frequency generated a threshold im.ge from.the com.ined fuzzy m.trix and *** distinguished between a norm.l and abnorm.l eye condition,thus detecting patients with gl.ucom.tous eyes.

In convolutional neural networks,pooling m.thods are used to reduce both the size of the data and the num.er of param.ters after the convolution of the *** m.thods reduce the com.utational am.unt of convolutional neural networks,m.king the neural network m.re *** pooling,average pooling,and m.nim.m.pooling m.thods are generally used in convolutional neural ***,these pooling m.thods are not suitable for all datasets used in neural network *** this study,a new pooling approach to the literature is proposed to increase the efficiency and success rates of convolutional neural *** m.thod,which we call m.m.m.xim.m.Average m.nim.m.pooling,is m.re interactive than other traditional m.xim.m.pooling,average pooling,and m.nim.m.pooling m.thods and reduces data loss by cal.ulating the m.re appropriate pixel *** proposed m.m.pooling m.thod increases the perform.nce of the neural network by cal.ulating the optim.l value during the training of convolutional neural *** determ.ne the success accuracy of the proposed m.m.pooling m.thod and com.are it with other traditional pooling m.thods,training was carried out on the leNet-5 m.del.using CIFAR-10,CIFAR-100,and m.IST *** to the results obtained,the proposed m.m.pooling m.thod perform.d better than the m.xim.m.pooling,average pooling,and m.nim.m.pooling m.thods in all pool sizes on three different datasets.
