Environmental stability is a major bottleneck of perovskite sol.r.*** a handful of studies are investigating the effect of moisture on the structural degradation of the *** mostly rely on ex situ experiments and on completely degraded samples,which restrict the assessment on initial and final *** combining in situ X-ray diffraction under controlled 85%relative humidity,and live observations of the water-induced degradation using liquid-cell transmission electron microscopy,we reveal two competitive degradation paths leading on one hand to the decomposition of state-of-theart mixed cation/anion(Cs_(0.05)(MA_(0.17)FA_(0.83))_(0.95)Pb(Br_(0.17)I_(0.83))_(3)(CsMAFA)into PbI_(2) through a dissolution/recrystallization mechanism and,on the other hand,to a non-equilibrium phase segregation leading to CsPb_(2)Br_(5) and a Cesium-poor/iodide-rich Cs_(0.05)-x(MA_(0.17)FA_(0.83))_(0.95)Pb(Br_(0.17-2y)I_(0.83)+2y)_(3) *** degradation mechanism is corroborated at atomic-scale resolution through solid-state ^(1)H and ^(133)Cs NMr *** to moisture leads to a film containing important heterogeneities in terms of morphology,photoluminescence intensities,and *** results provide new insights and consensus that complex perovskite compositions,though very performant as champion devices,are comparatively metastable,a trait that limits the chances to achieve long-term stability.

Iron- and Ferritin-Dependent reactive Oxygen Species Distribution： Impact on Arabidopsis root System Architecture

Iron （Fe） homeostasis is integrated with the production of reactive oxygen species （rOS）, and distribution at the root tip participates in the control of root growth. Excess Fe increases ferritin abundance, enabling the storage of Fe, which contributes to protection of plants against Fe-induced oxidative stress. AtFerl and AtFer3 are the two ferritin genes expressed in the meristematic zone, pericycle and endodermis of theAra- bidopsis thaliana root, and it is in these regions that we observe Fe stained dots. This staining disappears in the triple ferl-3-4 ferritin mutant. Fe excess decreases primary root length in the same way in wild-type and in ferl-3-4 mutant. In contrast, the Fe-mediated decrease of lateral.r.ot （lr） length and density is enhanced in ferl-3-4 plants due to a defect in lr emergence. We observe that this interaction between excess Fe, ferritin, and root system architecture （rSA） is in part mediated by the H_2O_2/O2·^- balance between the root cell proliferation and differentiation zones regulated by the UPB1 transcription factor. Meristem size is also decreased in response to Fe excess in ferritin mutant plants, implicating cell cycle arrest mediated by the rOS-activated SMr5/SMr7 cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors pathway in the interaction between Fe and rSA.

Peak of Electron Density in F2-layer Parameters Variability at Quiet Days on Sol.r.Minimum

This study deals with Peak of electron density in F2-layer sensibility scale during quiet time on sol.r.minimum. Peaks of electron density in F2-layer (NmF2) values at the quietest days are compared to those carried out from the two nearest days (previous and following of quietest day). The study uses International.r.ference Ionosphere (IrI) for ionosphere modeling. The located station is Ouagadougou, in West Africa. Sol.r.minimum of phase 22 is considered in this study. Using three core principles of ionosphere modeling under IrI running conditions, the study enables to carry out Peak of electron density in F2-layer values during the quietest days of the characteristic months for the four different seasons. These parameters are compared to those of the previous and the following of the quietest days (the day before and following each quietest selected day) at the same hour. The knowledge of NmF2 values at the quietest days and at the two nearest days enables to calculate the relative error that can be made on this parameter. This calculation highlights insignificant relative errors. This means that NmF2 values at the two nearest days of each quietest day on sol.r.minimum can be used for simulating the quietest days’ behavior. NmF2 values obtained by running IrI model have good correlation with those carried out by Thermosphere-Ionosphere-Electrodynamics-General Circulation Model (TIEGCM).

Physicochemical, Biochemical and Instrumental Attributes and Consumer Acceptability of Dry-Fermented Sausages Elaborated with Combined Partial Substitutions of Sodium Chl.r.de and Pork Backfat

We performed 6 fabrications of dry-fermented sausages to investigate, at laboratory scale, the effects of combined partial substitutions of sodium chl.r.de by potassium chl.r.de and pork backfat by sunflower oil on key physical-chemical and biochemical parameters, instrumental colour and texture measurements, and the consumer acceptability of the end-products. regarding the physical-chemical parameters, statistical analysis of results showed that final product weight loss was impacted by fat content and use of sunflower oil;final mean water activity value was only affected by salt level;and animal fat content impacted pH values, only at the end of drying. regarding the biochemical parameters investigated, we statistically found a marked impact of partial substitution of NaCl by KCl on the proteolysis evolution, of fat level and sodium content on the end-product lipolysis, and finally, a significant effect of animal fat level and incorporation of sunflower oil on both protein and lipid oxidations. However, the new product formulations combining salt and fat substitutions lead to globally acceptable water loss and water activity values and simil.r.rates of proteolysis, lipolysis and lipid oxidation, but less protein oxidation. from a practical point of view, the results clearly showed that sodium and animal fat contents in dryfermented sausages can be drastically reduced with no too marked adverse effect on colour, final textural properties or consumer acceptability. On the basis of these laboratory results, new healthier dry-fermented products can be manufactured by an industrial company in the near future.

Annual and Diurnal Variabilities in the Critical frequency (foF2) during Geomagnetic Fluctuating Activity over Sol.r.Cycles 21 and 22 at Ouagadougou

Geomagnetic activity is characterized by four sol.r.wind conditions. Each condition has specific impact on ionosphere. This paper review on fluctuating activity effects on ionosphere F2 layer through its critical frequency foF2 variations. Under fluctuating wind conditions, we have investigated on annual, diurnal and seasonal variations of foF2 during sol.r.cycles 21 and 22 phases covered by Ouagadougou ionosonde station data (lat: 12.5°N;long: 358.5°E;dip: 1.43°). Our investigations show that foF2 annual’ variability is in phase with sol.r.cycle. The diurnal variation is “noon bite out” most of the time except for the sol.r.maximum where we have a morning peak testifying to the fact that the vertical drift E × B is disturbed. The seasonal variations show that the fluctuating activity has no particul.r.effect on certain characteristics of the equatorial ionosphere such as electrojet and vertical drift E × B. However, the increase of the electric field pre-reversal phenomenon in autumn is a characteristic effect observed during the fluctuating activity.

foF2 Seasonal Asymmetry Time Variation at Korhogo Station from 1992 to 2002

foF2 seasonal asymmetry is investigated at Korhogo station from 1992 to 2002. We show that equinoctial asymmetry is less pronounced and somwhere is absent trough out sol.r.cycle phase. In general, the absence of equinoctial asymmetry may be due to the fact that in equinox and for each sol.r.cycle phase, the asymmetry is due to russell-McPherron mechanism. The solstice anomaly or annual anomaly is always observed throughout sol.r.cycle phase. The minimum value of ΔfoF2 is inferior than −60% seen during all sol.r.cycle phase at 0700 lT. This annual asymmetry may be due to interplanetary corpuscul.r.radiation.

Background:Populations of french Polynesia(FP),where france performed atmospheric tests between 1966 and 1974,experience a high incidence of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).However,up to now,no sufficiently l.r.e study of DTC genetic factors in this population has been performed to reach definitive *** research aimed to analyze the genetic factors of DTC risk among the native FP ***:We analyzed more than 300000 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)genotyped in 283 DTC cases and 418 matched controls born in FP,most being younger than 15 years old at the time of the first nuclear *** analyzed the genetic profile of our cohort to identify population *** then completed a genome-wide analysis study on the whole ***:We identified a specific genetic structure in the FP population reflecting admixture from Asian and European *** identified three regions associated with increased DTC risk at 6q24.3,10p12.2,and *** lead SNPs at these loci showed respective p-values of 1.66×10^(−7),2.39×10^(−7),and 7.19×10^(−7) and corresponding odds ratios of 2.02,1.89,and ***:Our study results suggest a role of the loci 6q24.3,10p12.2 and 17q21.32 in DTC ***,a whole genome sequencing approach would be better suited to characterize these factors than genotyping with microarray chip designed for the Caucasian ***,the functional impact of these three new loci needs to be further expl.r.d and validated.

foF2 long-Term Trend at a Station located near the Crest of the Equatorial Ionization Anomaly

Critical frequency foF2 long-term trends at Dakar station (14.4°N, 342.74°E) located near the crest of the equatorial ionization anomaly EIA, are analysed taking into account geomagnetic activity, increasing greenhouse gases concentration and Earth’s magnetic field secul.r.variation. After filtering sol.r.activity effect using F10.7 as a sol.r.activity proxy, we determined the relative residual trends slopes α values for three different levels of geomagnetic activity. For example, at 1200 LT, the value of α goes from ǂ.27%/year for very magnetically quiet days to -0.19%/year for magnetically quiet days and to -0.13%/year for all days. It appears from the slopes α obtained, that they increase with the level of geomagnetic activity and their negative values are qualitatively consistent with the expected decreasing trend due to the increase in greenhouse gases concentration but are greater than 0.003%/year which would result from a 20% increase in CO2 emissions which actually took place during the analysis period. Regarding Earth’s magnetic field magnitude, B secular variation and the dip equator secular movement,le="font-family:Verdana;"> Dakar station is located near the crest of the equatorial ionization anomaly, Earth’s magnetic field magnitude, B decreases there and the trough approaches the position of Dakar during the period of analysis. Comparative Study of the Geomagnetic Activity Effect on foF2 Variation as Defined by the Two Classification Methods at Dakar Station over Sol.r.Cycle Phases

This paper aims to establish a comparison between both geomagnetic activity classification methods on foF2 diurnal variation over sol.r.cycle phases. It concerns first a comparison of geomagnetic activity occurrences according to both classification methods;and second the geomagnetic effect on foF2 diurnal variation profiles as defined for the equatorial latitudes. The occurrences of the different disturbed geomagnetic activities (recurrent activity (rA), shock activity (SA) and fluctuant activity (FA)) according to both classifications (ancient classification (AC) and new classification (NC)) have been studied at Dakar ionosonde station (lat: 14.8°N;long: 342.6°E). regarding both classifications, the rA occurs more during the decreasing phase. And it’s observed that the rA occurs the most during the increasing phase for the AC and during the minimum phase for the NC. The maximum gap of occurrence (rc="Edit_***" alt="" />) between both classifications is ᆟ.1% (for the negative value which is observed during the increasing phase) and +16.74% (for the positive one which is observed during the decreasing phase). The occurrence of the SA in relation with both classifications is the lowest during the minimum phase and the maximum occurrence is observed during the maximum and decreasing phases, for the AC, with a value close to 37% and for the NC at the maximum phase with a percentage of 54.47%
