Developing efficient and stable cathodes for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(lT-SOFCs) is of great importance for the practical ***,we propose a series of Sm-modified Bi_(0.7-x)Sm_xSr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ) perovskites as highly-active catalysts for *** doping can significantly enhance the electrocata lytic activity and chemical stability of *** 600℃,Bi_(0.675)Sm_(0.025)Sr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ)(BSSF25) cathode has been found to be the optimum composition with a polarization resistance of 0.098 Ω cm^2,which is only around 22.8% of Bi_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ)(BSF).A full cell utilizing BSSF25 displays an exceptional output density of 790 mW cm^(-2),which can operate continuously over100 h without obvious *** remarkable electrochemical performance observed can be attributed to the improved O_(2) transport kinetics,superior surface oxygen adsorption capacity,as well as O_(2)p band centers in close proximity to the Fermi ***,larger average bonding energy(ABE) and the presence of highly acidic Bi,Sm,and Fe ions restrict the adsorption of CO_(2) on the cathode surface,resulting in excellent CO_(2) *** work provides valuable guidance for systematic design of efficient and durable catalysts for lT-SOFCs.

Task allocation is a key aspect of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarm collaborative *** an continuous increase of UAVs’scale and the complexity and uncertainty of tasks,existing methods have poor performance in computing efficiency,robustness,and realtime allocation,and there is a lack of theoretical analysis on the convergence and optimality of the *** paper presents a novel intelligent framework for distributed decision-making based on the evolutionary game theory to address task allocation for a UAV swarm system in uncertain scenarios.A task allocation model is designed with the local utility of an individual and the global utility of the ***,the paper analytically derives a potential function in the networked evolutionary potential game and proves that the optimal solution of the task allocation problem is a pure strategy Nash equilibrium of a finite strategy ***,a PayOff-based Time-Variant log-linear learning Algorithm(POTVllA)is proposed,which includes a novel learning strategy based on payoffs for an individual and a time-dependent Boltzmann *** former aims to reduce the system’s computational burden and enhance the individual’s effectiveness,while the latter can ensure that the POTVllA converges to the optimal Nash equilibrium with a probability of *** simulation results show that the approach is optimal,robust,scalable,and fast adaptable to environmental changes,even in some realistic situations where some UAVs or tasks are likely to be lost and increased,further validating the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed framework and algorithm.

Although Federated Deep learning(FDl)enables distributed machine learning in the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),it requires multiple clients to upload model parameters,thus still existing unavoidable communication overhead and data privacy *** recently proposed Swarm learning(Sl)provides a decentralized machine learning approach for unit edge computing and blockchain-based coordination.A Swarm-Federated Deep learning framework in the IoV system(IoV-SFDl)that integrates Sl into the FDl framework is proposed in this *** IoV-SFDl organizes vehicles to generate local Sl models with adjacent vehicles based on the blockchain empowered Sl,then aggregates the global FDl model among different Sl groups with a credibility weights prediction *** experimental results show that compared with the baseline frameworks,the proposed IoV-SFDl framework reduces the overhead of client-to-server communication by 16.72%,while the model performance improves by about 5.02%for the same training iterations.

The quantum anomalous Hall effect（QAHE） has unique advantages in topotronic applications, but it is still chall.nging to realize the QAHE with tunable magnetic and topological properties for building functional devices. Through systematic first-principles calculations, we predict that the in-plane magnetization induced QAHE with Chern numbers C = ±1 and the out-of-plane magnetization induced QAHE with high Chern numbers C = ±3 can be realized in a single material candidate, which is composed of van der Waals（vdW）coupled Bi and MnBi2Te4monolayers. The switching between different phases of QAHE can be controlled in multiple ways, such as applying strain or（weak） magnetic field or twisting the vdW materials. The prediction of an experimentally available material system hosting robust, highly tunable QAHE will stimulate great research interest in the field. Our work opens a new avenue for the realization of tunable QAHE and provides a practical material platform for the development of topological electronics.

The in-situ generated oxyanions at electrochemically reconstructed catalysts from metal-based nonoxide compounds have been proven to significantly accelerate oxygen evolution reaction（OER） ***,it remains a chall.nge to retain these self-released oxyanions at reconstructed catalysts,hindering its utilization as a tool to develop efficient OER ***,we demonstrate a versatile selftransformed carbonate regulation strategy to efficiently retain the self-released chalcogenate at Co oxyhydroxides reconstructed from carbon-incorporated Co selenides under OER *** selftransformed CO32-can induce electron accumulation and narrow d bond at Co sites to facilitate the Co3d-O 2p orbital hybridization between Co sites and SeOx2-for enhanced SeOx2-retention,which can accelerate the rate-limiting step for*OOH formation during *** to CoOOH-SeOx2-with limited SeOx2-residues,CoOOH-CO32-/SeOx2-with elevated SeOx2-retention by CO32-regulation exhibited a 5.6-fold increase in current density and a remarkable lower Tafel slope towards *** strategy paves a rational avenue to design efficient catalysts for electrooxidation reactions through finely regulating self-released oxyanions at reconstructed structures.

On August 6,2023,a magnitude MW5.5 earthquake struck Pingyuan County,Dezhou City,Shandong Province,*** event was significant as no large earthquakes had been recorded in the region for over a century,and no active fault had been previously *** study collects 1309 P-wave arrival times and 866 S-wave arrival times from 74 seismic stations less than 200 km to the epicenter to constrain the spatial distribution of the mainshock and its 125 early aftershocks by the double difference earthquake relocation method,and selects 864 P-waveforms from 288 stations located within 800 km of the epicenter to constrain the focal mechanism solution of the mainshock through centroid moment tensor *** relocation and the inversion indicate,the Pingyuan MW5.5 earthquake was caused by a rupture on a buried fault,likely an extensive segment of the Gaotang *** buried fault exhibited a dip of approximately 75°to the northwest,with a strike of 222°,similar to the Gaotang *** rupture initiated at the depth of 18.6 km and propagated upward and ***,the ground surface was not *** total duration of the rupture was~6.0 s,releasing the scalar moment of 2.5895×1017 N·m,equivalent to *** moment rate reached the maximum only 1.4 seconds after the rupture initiation,and the 90%scalar moment was released in the first 4.6 *** the first 1.4 seconds of the rupture process,the rupture velocity was estimated to be 2.6 km/s,slower than the local S-wave *** the rupture neared its end,the rupture velocity decreased *** study provides valuable insights into the seismic characteristics of the Pingyuan MW5.5 earthquake,shedding light on the previously unidentified buried fault responsible for the seismic activity in the *** the behavior of such faults is crucial for assessing seismic hazards and enhancing earthquake preparedness in the future.

In the future development direction of the sixth generation(6G)mobile communication,several communication models are proposed to face the growing chall.nges of the *** rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)foundation models provides significant support for efficient and intelligent communication *** this paper,we propose an innovative semantic communication paradigm called task-oriented semantic communication system with foundation ***,we segment the image by using task prompts based on the segment anything model(SAM)and contrastive l.nguage-image pretraining(ClIP).Meanwhile,we adopt Bezier curve to enhance the mask to improve the segmentation ***,we have differentiated semantic compression and transmission approaches for segmented ***,we fuse different semantic information based on the conditional diffusion model to generate high-quality images that satisfy the users'specific task ***,the experimental results show that the proposed system compresses the semantic information effectively and improves the robustness of semantic communication.
