In recent years,with the continuous development of deep learning and knowledge graph reasoning methods,more and more researchers have shown great interest in improving knowledge graph reasoning methods by inferring missing facts through *** searching paths on the knowledge graph and making fact and link predictions based on these paths,deep learning-based Reinforcement learning(Rl)agents can demonstrate good performance and ***,deep reinforcement learning-based knowledge reasoning methods have rapidly emerged in recent years and have become a hot research ***,even in a small and fixed knowledge graph reasoning action space,there are still a large number of invalid *** often leads to the interruption of Rl agents’wandering due to the selection of invalid actions,resulting in a significant decrease in the success rate of path *** order to improve the success rate of Rl agents in the early stages of path search,this article proposes a knowledge reasoning method based on Deep Transfer Reinforcement learning path(DTRlpath).Before supervised pre-training and retraining,a pre-task of searching for effective actions in a single step is *** Rl agent is first trained in the pre-task to improve its ability to search for effective ***,the trained agent is transferred to the target reasoning task for path search training,which improves its success rate in searching for target task ***,based on the comparative experimental results on the FB15K-237 and NEll-995 datasets,it can be concluded that the proposed method significantly improves the success rate of path search and outperforms similar methods in most reasoning tasks.

A modified stochastic model for lS+AR hybrid method and its application in polar motion short-term prediction

Short-term(up to 30 days)predictions of Earth Rotation Parameters(ERPs)such as Polar Motion(PM:PMX and PMY)play an essential role in real-time applications related to high-precision reference frame ***,least squares(lS)+auto-regressive(AR)hybrid method is one of the main techniques of PM ***,the weighted lS+AR hybrid method performs well for PM short-term ***,the corresponding covariance information of lS fitting residuals deserves further exploration in the AR *** this study,we have derived a modified stochastic model for the lS+AR hybrid method,namely the weighted lS+weighted AR hybrid *** using the PM data products of IERS EOP 14 C04,the numerical results indicate that for PM short-term forecasting,the proposed weighted lS+weighted AR hybrid method shows an advantage over both the lS+AR hybrid method and the weighted lS+AR hybrid *** to the mean absolute errors(MAEs)of PMX/PMY sho rt-term prediction of the lS+AR hybrid method and the weighted lS+AR hybrid method,the weighted lS+weighted AR hybrid method shows average improvements of 6.61%/12.08%and 0.24%/11.65%,***,for the slopes of the linear regression lines fitted to the errors of each method,the growth of the prediction error of the proposed method is slower than that of the other two methods.

Researchers are paying increasing attention to the development of low-cost and microcontroller-based accelerometers,in order to make structural health monitoring feasible for conventional bridges with limited monitoring *** with the low-cost sensor development,the use of the embedded accelerometers of smartphones for eigenfrequency analysis of bridges is becoming popular in the civil engineering *** paper,for the first time in the literature,studies these two promising technologies by comparing the noise density and eigenfrequency analysis of a self-developed,validated and calibrated low-cost Internet of things based accelerometer lARA(low cost adaptable reliable accelerometer)with those of a state of the art smartphone(iPhone XR).The eigenfrequency analysis of a footbridge in San Sebastian,Spain,showed that the embedded accelerometer of the iPhone XR can measure the natural frequencies of the under study bridge.

Effect of dissolved-oxygen on the flotation behavior of pyrite at high altitude area

With the continuous development of mineral resources to high altitude areas,the study of sulfide ore flotation in unconvention-al systems has been *** is a consensus that moderate oxidation of sulfide ore is beneficial to flotation,but the specific suit-able dissolved oxygen value is inconclusive,and there are few studies on sulfide ore flotation under low dissolved oxygen environment at high *** this paper,we designed and assembled an atmosphere simulation flotation equipment to simulate the flotation of pyrite at high altitude by controll.ng the partial pressure of N_(2)/O_(2) and dissolved oxygen under atmospheric conditions.X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy(XPS),atomic force microscope(AFM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),UV-vis spectrophotometer,zeta po-tential,and contact angle measurements were used to reveal the effects of surface oxidation and agent adsorption on pyrite at high altitude(4600 m dissolved oxygen(DO)=4.0 mg/l).The results of pure mineral flotation indicated that the high altitude and low dissolved oxy-gen environment is favorable for pyrite *** angle measurements and XPS analysis showed that the high altitude atmosphere nslows down the oxidation of pyrite surface,facilitates S_(n)^(2-)/S^(0) production and enhances surface *** calcula-tions and zeta potential analysis showed that the influence of atmosphere on the form of pyrite adsorption is small,and the different atmo-spheric conditions are consistent with dixanthogen electrochemical adsorption,with lower Zeta potential under high altitude atmosphere and significant potential shift after sodium isobutyl xanthate(SIBX)*** results of FT-IR,UV-vis,and AFM analysis showed that SIBX adsorbed more on the surface of pyrite under high altitude atmosphere and adsorbed on the surface in a mesh structure com-posed of column/*** results of the experimental study revealed the reasons for the easy flotation of s

One-pot synthesis of N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon for high-performance CO_(2) adsorption and supercapacitors

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(lating the N content and ultra-microporosity led to efficient CO_(2)adsorption and *** ambient pressure,the optimal N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon exhibited the highest CO_(2)uptake of 4.25 mmol/g at 25℃ and 6.57 mmol/g at 0℃.These values are comparable or even better than those of numerous previously reported adsorbents prepared by multistep synthesis,primarily due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycl.ng performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/l KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

Precipitation of multi-type nano-quasicrystals in a Mg-Zn-Y alloy

Mg-6Zn-1Y(at.%)ribbons with strengthening precipitates of multi-type nanoquasicrystals were prepared by melt-spinning followed by aging *** evolution of the rapidly solidified ribbons during isothermal aging was comprehensively studied using various electron microscopy *** new kinds of decagonal quasicrystals were formed in aged ribbons,in addition to precipitation of nanometer icosahedral ***-resolution observations reveal that both decagonal quasicrystals can be modeled by quasiperiodic til.ng with decagonal clusters of 2.5 nm in diameter,but overlap of neighboring clusters in both decagonal quasicrystals is different from the Gummelt model observed in other quasicrystals.A shell composed of complex laves Mg-Zn domains was formed surrounding each decagonal quasicrystal precipitate upon prol.nged *** addition,all kinds of nanoprecipitates exhibit excellent structure and size stability at 573 *** findings may have implications for not only fundamental studies about quasicrystals,but also microstructural manipulation of high-performance Mg alloys.

Transforming liquid flow fuel cells to controllable reactors for highlyefficient oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2, 5-furandicarboxylic acid at low temperature

Highly-efficient oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurtural(HMF) to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA) at low temperature with air as the oxidant is still ***,inspired by the respirato ry electron transport chain(ETC) of living cells mediated by electron carriers,we constructed artificial ETCs and transformed liquid flow fuel cells(lFFCs) to flexible reactors for efficient oxidation of HMF to produce FDCA under mild *** lFFC reactor employed an electrodeposition modified nickel foam as an anode to promote HMF oxidation and(VO_(2))_(2)SO_(4) as a cathode electron carrier to facilitate the electron transfer to *** reaction rate could be easily controlled by selecting the anode catalyst,adjusting the external loading and changing the cathodic electron carrier or oxidants.A maximal power density of 44.9 mW cm^(-2) at room temperature was achieved,while for FDCA production,short-circuit condition was preferred to achieve quick transfer of *** a single batch operation with 0.1 M initial HMF,FDCA yield reached 97.1%.By fed-batch operation,FDCA concentration reached 144.5 g l^(-1) with a total yield of 96%.Ni^(2+)/Ni^(3+) redox couple was the active species mediating the electron transfer,while both experimental and DFT calculation results indicated that HMFCA pathway was the preferred reaction mechanism.

Role of phosphorus on the biogeochemical behavior of cadmium in the contaminated soil under leaching and pot experiments

Phosphorus(P)is involved in various biochemical reactions in plant growth,so it is beneficial to plants growing in soils contaminated by metals,including cadmium(Cd).However,few studies have reported on the mechanistic roles of P in mitigating Cd toxicity to ryegrass root,and especially in alleviating the disruption of the mitochondrial function of living *** this study,the physiological and biochemical mechanisms associated with ryegrass growth under various Cd and P treatments were investigated using leaching and pot *** concentration of Cd in soil leachates showed a significantly positive relationship with redox potential(Plationship(Pleachate pH values and dissolved organic carbon(DOC),indicating that exogenous P addition(as H_(2)PO_(4)*)may decrease Cd leaching from contaminated *** to the control(without P addition),the cumulative Cd content was reduced by 53.3%and 64.5%in the soil leachate with exogenous P application(20 mg/l and 80 mg/l),***,application of P decreased the Cd concentrations in the symplastic fractions and increased the Cd concentrations in the apoplastic fractions in root tips,which may help to alleviate Cd stress to the ***,exogenous P was found to play a positive role in mitochondrial function and Ca^(2+)variation in root cells under Cd stress,which provides novel insights into the mechanisms of exogenous P in alleviating plant Cd injury.
