To obta.n sa.e a.d economica. structures, the modelling a.a.ysis a.cura.y is highly releva.t. Since meshless methods in the recent yea.s a.hieved a.rema.ka.le progress in computa.iona. mecha.ics, the present work uses one of the most flexible a.d sta.le interpola.ion meshless technique a.a.la.le in the litera.ure—the Ra.ia. Purpose： To eva.ua.e the effect of a.ipose derived mesenchyma. stem cell （a.SC） on the regenera.ion of irra.ia.ed ma.dible submitted to distra.tion osteogenesis on a.ult ra.bits. Methods： Ten a.ult ra.bits were selected a.d the dorsa. fa. wa. ha.vested for isola.ion, dissocia.ion a.d culture of a.ipose derived a.ult mesenchyma. stem cells. The ma.dibles were irra.ia.ed on a.single dose of 20 Gy. a.ter 30 da.s the a.ima.s underwent ma.dibula. lengthening by distra.tion osteogenesis. a.ter 10 mm of lengthening, the a.ima.s were distributed into two groups. Sa.ine solution （1 ml） wa. injected the control group, a.d supplemented with a.SC, on the study group. a.ter 4 weeks the ma.dibles were removed a.d eva.ua.ed by tomogra.hy a.d histomorphometric a.a.ysis. Histomorphometric wa. obta.ned a.d sta.istica. a.a.ysis done by Ma.n-Withney test （p 〉 0.05）. Results： The tomogra.hy shows a.significa.t improvement on the Hounsfield sca.e for la.era. fibrova.cula. zone （114.5±9.7 control group to 148 ± 24, p = 0.0045） a.d centra. fibrova.cula. zone （37 ± 13.4 control group to 96 ±41.8 on study groupp = 0.0045）. The Histomorphometric a.a.ysis demonstra.ed a. increa.e a.ea.of new bone forma.ion. The minera.ized a.ea.wa. of 61.2 ± 9.9% in the study group a.d 31.3 ± 10.6% in the control group （p = 0.0045） for the centra. fibrova.cula. zone, 79.± 9.1% in the study group a.d 39.1 ± 14.7 on control group for a.terior fibrova.cula. zone （p = 0.0001） a.d 67.7± 12.9% in the study group a.d 38.4 ± 12.9% in control group for posterior fibrova.cula. zone （p = 0.0001）. Conclusions： The injection of a.ipose derived mesenchyma. stem cell wa. effective to improve bone regenera.ion distra.tion ca.lus on the irra.ia.ed ma.dible.

METHODS This single-center retrospective study involved consecutive a.ult nondia.etic tra.spla.t recipients, who ha. undergone kidney tra.spla.ta.ion between Ja.ua.y 2012 a.d Ma.ch 2016. NODa. wa. dia.nosed a.cording to the criteria.of the a.erica. Dia.etes a.socia.ion. Da.a.were collected from a. institutiona. da.a.a.e of the Nephrology a.d Kidney Tra.spla.ta.ion Depa.tment(Sa.ta.Ma.ia.Hospita., lisbon, Portuga.) a.d a.gmented with da.a.of la.ora.oria. pa.a.eters collected from the corresponding pa.ient electronic medica. records. Exclusion criteria.were preexisting dia.etes mellitus, missing informa.ion a.d follow-up period of less tha. 12 mo. Da.a.on demogra.hic a.d clinica. cha.a.teristics a. well a. a.thropometric a.d la.ora.oria. pa.a.eters were a.so collected. Pa.ients were divided into two groups: With a.d without NODa.-for sta.istica. *** a.tota. of 156 pa.ients received kidney tra.spla.tduring the study period, 125 of who were included in our a.a.ysis. NODa. wa. identified in 27.2% of the pa.ients(n = 34; 53% fema.e; mea. a.e: 49.5 ± 10.8 yea.s; media. follow-up: 36.4 ± 2.5 mo). The incidence in the first yea. wa. 24.8%. The media. time to dia.nosis wa. 3.68 ± 5.7 mo a.ter tra.spla.ta.ion, a.d 76.5% of the pa.ients developed NODa. in the first 3 mo. In the group tha. did not develop NODa.(n = 91), 47% were fema.e, with mea. a.e of 46.4 ± 13.5 yea.s a.d media. follow-up of 35.5 ± 1.6 mo. In the NODa. group, the pretra.spla.t fa.ting pla.ma.glucose(FPG) levels were significa.tly higher [101(96.1-105.7) mg/d l vs 92(91.4-95.8) mg/d l, P = 0.007] a.d pretra.spla.t impa.red fa.ting glucose(IFG) wa. significa.tly more frequent(51.5% vs 27.7%, P = 0.01).
