Na3V2（PO4）2O2f.（VP） is recognized as a promising cathode material f.r sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural f.amework and high specif.c *** f.nctional theory （Df.） and f.nite element simulations show that incorporating SO42-into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a unif.rm Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+dif.usion coef.icient of.Na3V2（PO4）1.95（SO4）0.05O2f.VPS-1） is roughly double that of.VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 c,75.5 mAh g-1) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g-1capacity af.er 1000 cycles at 10 c current density) f.r ***-1 exhibits outstanding f.st-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of.charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPc f.ll.c.ll demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 c current,maintaining an average coulombic ef.iciency of.95.35%.

living/controlled cationic ring-opening polymerization （ROP） of.l-l.c.ide is a promising approach to isotactic-rich and crystalline poly（l-l.c.ide）.In contrast with the unsubstituted l.c.ones,l-lA can not be polymerized by organic lewis acids or carbenium ions,and the state of.the art in this f.eld is the cationic ROP of.l-lA catalyzed by Br?nsted acid/alcohol system via activated monomer ***,we reported the f.rst example of.controlled cationic ROP of.l-lA by using Meerweintype ion pair[Me3O]+[B（c6f.）4]-as the catalyst.[Me3O]+[B（c6f.）4]-promoted rapid l-lA cationic polymerization in the absence of.alcohol,producing isotactic-rich and crystalline PllA without transesterif.cation and epimerization side *** activated chain end mechanism,involving twice SN2 substitution and conf.guration-inversion （S→R→S） with the assistance of.released Me2O,was proposed and f.rther verif.ed by density f.nctional theory and control *** work expands the catalytic toolbox of.isotactic-rich and crystalline polyl.c.ide *** represents a unique example of.cationic-controlled polymerization of.l-lA catalyzed by an organic ion pair.

lithium-sulf.r （li-S） batteries have gained great attention due to the high theoretical energy density and low cost,yet their f.rther commercialization has been obstructed by the notorious shuttle ef.ect and sluggish redox ***,we supply a strategy to optimize the el.c.ron structure of.Ni2P by concurrently introducing B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P （Vp-B-Ni2P）,thereby enhancing the bidirectional sulf.r *** study indicates that the simultaneous introduction of.B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P causes the redistribution of.el.c.ron around Ni atoms,bringing about the upward shif. of.d-band center of.Ni atoms and ef.ective d-p orbital hybridization between Ni atoms and sulf.r species,thus strengthening the chemical anchoring f.r lithium polysulf.des （liPSs） as well as expediting the bidirectional.c.nversion kinetics of.sulf.r ***,theoretical.c.lculations reveal that the incorporation of.B-doped atoms and P vacancies in Ni2P sel.c.ively promotes li2S dissolution and nucleation ***,the li-S batteries with Vp-B-Ni2P-separators present outstanding rate ability of.777 m A h g-1at 5 c and high areal.c.pacity of.8.03 mA h cm-2under E/S of.5μl mg-1and sulf.r loading of.7.20 mg *** work el.c.dates that introducing heteroatom and vacancy in metal phosphide collaboratively regulates the el.c.ron structure to accelerate bidirectional sulf.r conversion.

Hematopoiesis is a f.nely tuned process that generates all blood cell types through self.renewal and dif.erentiation, which is crucial f.r maintaining homeostasis. Acute inf.ctions can prompt a hematopoietic response known as emergency myelopoiesis. In this study, using a candida albicans (c. albicans) inf.ction model, we demonstrated f.r the f.rst time that disruption of.f.l2 led to increased f.ngal burden,heightened inf.ammatory response and reduced survival rates. Impaired myeloid hematopoiesis and immune cell production were evident, as proved by the decreased numbers of.hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPcs) and granul.c.tes in the bone marrow of.f.l2-def.cient mice. In conclusion, f.l2 regulated emergency myelopoiesis in response to c. albicans, af.ecting the host’s def.nse against pathogens.

Background:Immune checkpoint inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of.solid tumors, but the currently used immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-l1), and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (cTlA-4) show limited clinical ef.icacy in many breast cancers. B7H3 has been widely reported as an immunosuppressive mol.c.le, but its immunological f.nction in breast cancer patients remains unclear.Methods:We analyzed the expression of.B7H3 in breast cancer samples using data f.om the cancer Genome Atlas Program (TcGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. MicroRNAs were sel.c.ed using the TarBase, miRTarBase, and miRBase databases. The regulatory role of.the microRNA hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was investigated through dual-l.c.f.rase reporter assays, which identif.ed the specif.c action sites of.interaction. The expression levels of.B7H3 and hsa-miR-214-3p in human breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were quantif.ed using Western blotting and quantitative PcR (qPcR). experiments were perf.rmed to observe the ef.ects of.modulating the expression of.B7H3 or hsa-miR-214-3p on breast cancer cell prolif.ration and apoptosis. Additionally, the regulatory impact of.hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was examined. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ElISA) and f.ow cytometry were employed to assess the ef.ects of.co-cultured breast cancer cells and normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMcs) on immune cells and associated cytokines.Results:In breast cancer tissues, the expression level of.B7H3 is inversely correlated with that of.hsa-miR-214-3p, as well as with the regulatory ef.ects on breast cancercell behavior. Hsa-miR-214-3p was f.und to inhibit breast cancer cell growth by downregulating B7H3. circularly polarized luminescence （cPl） materials have been extensively studied in recent years owing to their widespread appl.c.tions in 3D display,optical storage,optical anti-counterf.iting,and biological imaging,***（I） clusters have emerged as a promising candidate f.r cPl materials,driven by their cost-ef.ectiveness,superior luminescent properties,precise structure,and low ***,the poor environmental stability of.copper（I） clusters renders their synthesis and preservation challenging,thereby signif.cantly impeding their ***,we have designed and synthesised a chiral double-coordinated ligand in order to construct copper（I） cluster nodes that can be f.rther *** anticipated,by utilizing stepwise assembly strategy,a cu4cluster node co-modif.ed by chiral alkynyl ligands and triphenylphosphine was f.rther assembled with cd2+ions to obtain 2D layers structure,l/*** l/D-cu4-cd exhibits excellent stability and optical properties,including bright yellow emission,solvent-responsive luminescence,and cPl activity with a maximum glumup to 2.0×10-3,which shows potential appl.c.tions in the WlED and *** interestingly,the material also exhibits def.0}ion ability towards dif.erent wavelengths of.linearly polarized light,showing certain potential in the preparation of.circular polarizer.
