Background:Immune checkpoint inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of solid tumors,but the currently used immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death-1(PD-1),programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-l1),and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTlA-4)show limited clinical efficacy in many breast cancers.B7H3 has been widely reported as an immunosuppressive molecule,but its immunological function in breast cancer patients remains ***:We analyzed the expression of B7H3 in breast cancer samples using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas Program(TCGA)and the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)*** were selected using the TarBase,miRTarBase,and miRBase *** regulatory role of the microRNA hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was investigated through dual-luciferase reporter assays,which identified the specific action sites of *** expression levels of B7H3 and hsa-miR-214-3p in human breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were quantified using Western blotting and quantitative PCR(qPCR).In vitro experiments were performed to observe the effects of modulating the expression of B7H3 or hsa-miR-214-3p on breast cancer cell proliferation and ***,the regulatory impact of hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was ***-linked immunosorbent assays(ElISA)and flow cytometry were employed to assess the effects of co-cultured breast cancer cells and normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)on immune cells and associated ***:In breast cancer tissues,the expression level of B7H3 is inversely correlated with that of hsa-miR-214-3p,as well as with the regulatory effects on breast cancercell ***-miR-214-3p was found to inhibit breast cancer cell growth by downregulating ***,our research identified,for the first time,two binding sites for hsa-miR-214-3p on the 3’UTR of B7H3,both of which exert similar effects ***-culture experiments revealed that hsamiR-214-3p

Effects of Br^- and I^- concentrations on Zn electrodeposition from ammoniacal electrolytes

The effects of Br- and I- concentrations on the cell voltage, anodic polarization, current efficiency （CE）, and energy consumption （EC） of zinc electrodeposition from ammoniacal ammonium chloride solutions were investigated. The surface morphology of zinc deposits was also examined. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and X-ray diffraction （XRD） were used to characterize the morphology of zinc deposits and the phase of anodic sediments produced during electrolysis. The results clearly showed that the CE slightly increased from approximately 95.12% in the absence of F and Br- to 97.08% in the presence of 10 g·l-1 Br; in contrast, the CE significantly decreased to less than 83% in the presence of 10 g·l-1 I- . The addition of Br and I- positively affected the EC, which decreased from 2514 kW·h·t-1 to approximately 2300 kW·h·t-1. The results of anodic polarization measurements showed that the voltage drops were 130 and 510 mV when the concentrations of Br- and I- were 10 g·l-1 at a eUlTent density of 400 A·m2, respectively. SEM images showed that the addition of Br- and I- caused different crystal growth mechanisms, which resulted in the production of compact and smooth zinc deposits. The anodic reactions of I were also studied.

Cu and Zn Isotopic Evidence for the Magnitude of Organic Burial in the Mesoproterozoic Ocean

The rate of net primary production in the Proterozoic ocean was suggested to be no more than 10% of its modern value(laakso and Schrag,2019),however,in the Mesoproterozoic Xiamaling Formation,the export production values could reach 20%-150% of the present-day Equatorial Atlantic average values(Zhang et al.,2016).Here,we report Zn and Cu isotope data for black shales from the Xiamaling Formation to illustrate the biogeochemical cycling of Zn and Cu in the Mesoproterozoic *** ^(65)Cu-enriched signature in the authigenic fraction is similar to that in bioauthigenic Cu of the modern marine *** Zn isotope ratios of sediments deposited in euxinic conditions are commonly higher than those of clastic sediments,indicating light Zn sinks in the coeval *** with previously reported Mo isotope data,the proportion of organic carbon to total carbon burial in the Mesoproterozoic was about as half as that at present,which is larger than the previous estimation―a quarter of today’s value(e.g.,Ozaki et al.,2019) and is evidenced by a wide distribution of black *** organic burial may be ascribed to the increasing phosphorus inputs from large igneous provinces and consequently high primary productivity,which has spurred the hypothesized atmosphere-ocean oxygenation at ~1.4 Ga.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Properties of a New Cd(II) Complex Based on Mixed 5-Hydroxy-isophthalic Acid and 1-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-3-(4H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzene ligands

A new coordination polymer [Cd2（5-IPA）（Hl）2（H20）2]＇4H20 （1） was prepared under hydrothermal conditions based on 5-hydroxy-isophthalic acid （5-H2IPA） with multi-N-donor ligand 1-（1H-imidazol-4-yl）-3-（4H-tetrazol-5-yl）benzene （H2l）. The complex was characterized by IR spectroscopy, TGA, X-ray powder and single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/e with a = 23.6291（18）, b = 9.9847（8）, c = 17.7244（14） A, fl = 124.6180（10）°, V = 3441.4（5） A3, Z = 4, C28H30N12O11Cd2, Mr = 935.44, Dc = 1.805 g/cm^3,μ= 1.313 mm^-1, S = 1.055, F（000） = 1864, the final R = 0.049 and wR = 0.1315 for 2985 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The central metal Cd（II） atoms with octahedral coordination geometry are six-coordinated by three oxygen and three nitrogen atoms. The Hl- ligands from the deprotonated Hzl connect Cd（II） atoms to form two-dimensional （2D） double-layer fes networks which are further pillared by 5-IPA2- ligands into a rare binodal （3, 4）-connected three-dimensional （3D） architecture with a （4·6·8）（4·62·83） fse-3,4-C2/c topology. Solid state luminescent property and sorption property of 1 have been investigated.

Multi-objective reconfigurable production line scheduling for smart home appliances

In a typical discrete manufacturing process,a new type of reconfigurable production line is introduced,which aims to help small-and mid-size enterprises to improve machine utilization and reduce production *** order to effectively handle the production scheduling problem for the manufacturing system,an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Brownian motion(MOPSO-BM)is *** the existing MOPSO algorithms are easily stuck in the local optimum,the global search ability of the proposed method is enhanced based on the random motion mechanism of the *** further strengthen the global search capacity,a strategy of fitting the inertia weight with the piecewise Gaussian cumulative distribution function(GCDF)is included,which helps to maintain an excellent convergence rate of the *** on the commonly used indicators generational distance(GD)and hypervolume(HV),we compare the MOPSO-BM with several other latest algorithms on the benchmark functions,and it shows a better overall ***,for a real reconfigurable production line of smart home appliances,three algorithms,namely non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II),decomposition-based MOPSO(dMOPSO)and MOPSO-BM,are applied to tackle the scheduling *** is demonstrated that MOPSO-BM outperforms the others in terms of convergence rate and quality of solutions.

Blue photoluminescence from nanocrystalline porous silicon structure fabricated by high-current pulsed electron beam irradiation

N-type Si(111) wafers have been processed by high-current pulsed electron beam(HCPEB) treatment with an increasing number of irradiation(1, 10 and 20pulses). The results of this work show that a highly porous nanostructure was formed after irradiation. Moreover, the high-density Si nanocrystals(Si-ncs) about 3 nm were distributed on the surface of Si wafers and exhibited3.02 e V Photoluminescence(Pl) emission in blue *** Pl intensity increases with the increase in the Si-ncs' density in accordance with the quantum confinement model, which can be ascribed to the different pulse time of HCPEB treatment. The possible formation mechanisms of micropores and Si-ncs are discussed.

Synthesis and Characterization of Electroless Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P Duplex Coating with Different Thickness Combinations

In this work, a novel duplex Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P coating upon the aluminum（Al） substrate was synthesized via an electroless plating, i.e., the binary Ni-P coating as a transition layer and the ternary Ni-Mo-P coating on the top. It was found that the duplex coating was of a high hardness,large elastic modulus,low porosity and excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, experimental results revealed that for a total 20 μm coating thickness, the duplex coating with a 7 μm of the Ni-Mo-P coating exhibited the best corrosion resistance in 0.5 mol/l sulfuric acid solution, which was attributed to its compact structure and low porosity. This duplex Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P coating with a thin ternary Ni-Mo-P layer is expected to solve the problem of low deposition rate of ternary alloy coating and thereby may expand applications of Al and its alloys in the fields of machine manufacture and corrosion environment.

Pyridocarbazole alkaloids from Ochrosia borbonica: lipid-lowering agents inhibit the cell proliferation and adipogenesis of 3T3-l1 adipocyte via intercalating into supercoiled DNA

Bioassay-guided fractionation of an ethanolic extract of Ochrosia borbonica led to the isolation of two known pyridocarbazole alkaloids,ellipticine(1)and 9-methoxyellipticine(2),and six known monoterpenoid indole alkaloids(3-8).lipid-lowering assay in 3 T3-l1 cell model revealed that 1 and 2 could significantly inhibit the lipid droplet formation(EC50(28)0.41 and 0.92μmol·l^–1,respectively)and lower triglyceride levels by 50%-60%at the concentration of 1μmol·l^–1,being more potent than the positive drug luteolin(EC50(28)2.63μmol·l–^1).A mechanistic study indicated that 1 and 2 could intercalate into supercoiled DNA,which consequently inhibited the mitotic clonal expansion of 3 T3-l1 cells at the early differentiation phase,leading to the retardance of following adipogenesis and *** findings suggest that 1 and 2 may serve as promising leads for further d evelopment of anti-obesity drugs.

Novel phosphorus-silicon synergistic flame retardants:Synthesis and characterization

Three novel flame retardants containing both phosphorus and silicon elements in their structures,including[（1,1,3,3- tetramethyl-1,3-disiloxanediyl）di-2,1-ethanediyl]bis（diphenylphosphine oxide）（FR-1）,[（2,4,6,8-tetramethylcyclotetra-siloxane -2,4,6,8-tetrayl）tetra-2,1-ethanediyl]tetrakis[diphenylphosphine oxide]（FR-2） and 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15-octakis（di-phenylphosphine oxide-2,1-ethanediyl）pentacyclo[9.***.1.1^（3,9）.l^（5,15）.1^（7,13）]octasiloxane（FR-3） were synthesized by a convenient pathway from the reaction of diphenylphosphine oxide（DPPO） and vinyl-terminated siloxanes under the catalysis of triethylborane. The chemical structures of the target compounds were confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance（^1H NMR,^13C NMR,^29Si NMR and ^31P NMR）,matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry（MAlDI-TOF-MS） and Fourier transform infrared（FT IR） *** analysis（TGA） results indicated that the new flame retardants possessed good thermal stability both in nitrogen and in ***-3 containing polyhedral oligosilsesquioxanes（POSS） moiety exhibited the best thermal properties with a 10%weight loss temperature〉400℃ and a residual weight ratio〉39%at 700℃ .
