Mg-based amorphous alloys are one of the potential hydrogen storage materials but suffer from sluggish dehydrogenation/hydrogenation(de/hydrogenation)*** this work,as a new strategy,a hydrogen pump is built on the surface of amorphous alloys to solve this *** milling crystalline YFe_(2-x)Al_(x) hydrogen storage alloy with Mg_(60)la_(10)Ni_(20)Cu_(10) amorphous alloy,fine crystalline particles were seeded on amorphous alloy powder to form a“strawberry”*** to the TEM observation,a metallurgical bonding boundary formed between the Mg-based amorphous matrix and the Y-Fe-Al crystalline *** microstructure and de/hydrogenation kinetics investigation,the“hydrogen pump”effect of the seeded crystalline alloy was confirmed,which makes it much easier for the hydrogen to dissociate on and diffuse through the surface of the Mg-based amorphous *** such effect,the H absorption rate of Mg_(60)la_(10)Ni_(20)Cu_(10) amorphous alloy became almost eight times faster and it absorbs ~2.8 wt.% in 1 h at 130℃ under 4.5 MPa-H_(2).Further,fast hydrogenation can even achieve at 70℃ and the low-temperature dehydrogenation kinetics of the amorphous hydride can be also greatly *** present work proves that surface modification is of great importance for obtaining Mg-based amorphous alloy with ideal hydrogen storage performance.

Mg-Ni thin films for nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) battery negative electrode were prepared on three different substrates by using magnetron sputtering with compacted Ni and Mg mixture powder. The microstructure of Mg-Ni thin films deposited on the glass and the Ni foil substrate respectively was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the Mg-Ni thin films were in amorphous structure and the composition of the thin film was homogeneous. Electrochemical measurement show the discharge capacity of the thin film negative electrode deposited on the foam Ni substrate was 284.8mAh/g in 6M alkaline electrolyte and the internal resistance was much lower than that of the electrode prepared by the ball-milled powder during the charge-discharge cycle.

Hydrolysis of zr（BH4）4·8NH3in deionized water can generate high purity hydrogen at room ***, the sluggish hydrolysis kinetics of zr（BH4）4·8NH3hinders its practical use. To improve its hydrogen generation properties, the effects of magnetic stirring, changing hydrolysis solution and tuning the ammonia coordination number on the hydrolysis properties of zr（BH4）4·8NH3were investigated. Results show that both changing hydrolysis solution and tuning the ammonia coordination number can enhance the hydrolysis *** hydrolysis kinetics properties of zr（BH4）4·8NH3were significantly improved in MgCl2and *** zr（BH4）4·8NH3（x ≤ 8） samples were synthesized by a ball-milling method with different ammonization time（10, 60 and 180 min）. Both the hydrolysis kinetics and hydrogen yield of zr（BH4）4·8NH3（x ≤ 8） were enhanced as the ammonia coordination number（x） decreased. Thus, tuning ammonia coordination number is an effective way to control the hydrolysis properties of zr（BH4）4·8NH3（x ≤ 8）.

In order to improve the high rate discharge properties of laMgNiCoAl alloy multiwalled carbon nanotubes are added into it by ball milling(BM) for different *** and SEM analysis show that the laMgNiCoAl alloy is composed of main (laMg)(NiCoAl) phase(CaCu-type,SG:P6/mmm) and a few(laMg)(NiCoAl) phase (PuNi-type,SG:R-3m),(laMg)(NiCoAl) phase(CeNi-type,SG:P6/mmc).It is confirmed that the ball milled laMgNiCoAl alloy surface is covered with short carbon nanotubes.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFlD)has emerged as a prominent global health concern associated with high risk of metabolic syndrome,and has impacted a substantial segment of the *** disease spectrum ranges from simple fatty liver to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),which can progress to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and is increasingly becoming a prevalent indication for liver *** existing therapeutic options for NAFlD,NASH,and HCC are limited,underscoring the urgent need for innovative treatment *** into gene expression,particularly RNA modifications such as N6methyladenosine(m^(6)A),hold promising avenues for *** modifications play integral roles in RNA metabolism and cellular functions,encompassing the entire NAFlD-NASH-HCC *** review will encompass recent insights on diverse RNA modifications,including m^(6)A,pseudouridine(Ψ),N^(1)-methyladenosine(m^(1)A),and 5-methylcytidine(m^(5)C)across various RNA *** will uncover their significance in crucial aspects such as steatosis,inflammation,fibrosis,and ***,prospective research directions and therapeutic implications will be explored,advancing our comprehensive understanding of the intricate interconnected nature of these pathological conditions.

The pseudo-excitation method combined with the integral transform method (PEM-ITM) is presented to investigate the ground vibration of a coupled track-soil system induced by moving random loads. Commonly in the track model, the rail, sleepers, rail pads, and ballast are modelled as an infinite Euler beam, discretely distributed masses, discretely distributed vertical springs, and a viscoelastic layer, respectively. The soil is regarded as a homogenous isotropic half-space coupled with the track using the boundary condition at the surface of the ground. By introducing a pseudo-excitation, the random vibration analysis of the coupled system is converted into a harmonic analysis. The analytical form of evolutionary power spectral density responses of the simplified coupled track-soil system under a random moving load is derived in the frequency/wavenumber domain by PEM-ITM. In the numerical examples, the effects of different parameters, such as the moving speed, the soil properties, and the coherence of moving loads, on the ground response are investigated.
